Fast forward a couple of weeks later and our dog had bad intestinal issues all over our recently done carpets! I called them and they came out same day to help us clean it and get us squared away. That technician was very nice and thorough too. Overall, the value for the quality of service was great. We paid $410 for them to do our whole house (living room, family room, stairway, upstairs loft, hallway, and master bedroom/bathroom). When they came back a second time to help us with the pet mess, it was $210. Overall, friendly staff, prompt and thorough service, fairly reasonable price, and quality job. While nothing was grossly stained, we did have some carpet wear after five years and the rug and furniture needed refreshing. Our sectional and rug looked brand new by the time he was done.
