I have never been to a dentist where the staff from reception to dental assistance were so nice! They are efficient and get you in and out of the office in a reasonable time. Dr. Moshe was very friendly and gave me thorough explanation of foreseeable work I would need on my teeth. He showed me pictures and x rays of my teeth which he used to explain the problem areas. I recently got 2 wisdom teeth removed and the oral surgeon was great. I opted out of the laughing gas (piece of advice: don't ever opt out, it was awful being awake!) so, naturally, I was nervous. The oral surgeon talked me through the entire surgery to ease my nerves. It was a quick (15 mins!!) and painless process which healed days later. Love this office! Highly recommend read more

I'm lowering my rating because 3 years later my crown fell out. My new dentist tells me the crown was not done properly and that this should not happen. Now I have to pay full price out of pocket to get a new crown because it's been less than 5 years. I do not recommend this dentist. read more

I'm a bit torn on my experiences here. Overall I was very pleased by the work of their dentists (got crowns here) and hygienists, and their front desk workers were very sweet, but on an administrative/organization side they could use some work. On two separate occasions, my appointments were for teeth cleaning but they marked in their system it was for Invisalign consultation, and then when I got there they told me their hygienist were not free. I had to make time to drive to this office so this was infuriating for me. After the second time, I just switched dental offices. read more

There is a reason I left this place. I was never a fan of the cleanings that were done and when I went to a different dentists, they were shocked that I had one done since it wasn't done properly. Also this dental office forgot to charge me for a procedure in 2023 and calls to charge me A YEAR later in 2024. They are not organized in the office, and when I inquired on the amount they changed the amount due FIVE TIMES which was so frustrating. They came up with a random number and when asking for the itemized, it ended up doubling, but they didn't incorporate payment that was made when I originally had my procedure done a year ago. Would not recommend, especially their front desk. I was told 5 different totals until I did the math myself, and even gave them an incorrect amount to see if they would finally get it right on the fifth try. I'm sure I was still quoted above the normal rate for procedures that were not covered by insurance. But would definitely stay away from this place. read more

It is with great regret that I write this review, but I hope it will prevent others from having the same disappointing experience. I chose this clinic because they were one of the few options available within my temporary insurance network. Unfortunately, I did not read the other Yelp reviews before, which I deeply regret. First, they strongly recommended a deep cleaning, and when I declined, they became visibly unpleasant. After the doctor left the room, an office staff member came over and, while looking at my X-rays, told me in a way that implied she was a doctor, that I had several issues requiring treatment. This was very unpleasant, as she is merely a receptionist and not a dentist!! Although I made a follow-up appointment, I decided to seek a second opinion at another dental clinic due to my concerns. When I called to cancel my appointment, they abruptly changed their demeanor and lectured me with an utterly unsympathetic tone. I also mentioned that I could not afford the initially quoted treatment cost, and they surprisingly offered a significant discount. I wondered why they were offering such a discount without consulting the doctor. Overall, the staff's attitude was terrible, and I will never return or recommend this clinic to anyone. read more

I've never written a negative review, but I have to call out some utter incompetence (and bad attitude) at the Westchester office on the day I visited. The dentist gave what seemed a reasonable diagnosis but said he needed to refer me to Root Vision Endo to handle what I thought All in One could. Fair enough. The young lady in training said I needed four X-rays, not the two that were recommended. I passed on the fourth, which she insisted was needed. The dentist didn't need the fourth. Then the front desk assistant could not accurately call in my antiobiotic prescription to my pharmacy. I was patient with her, but she was snippy with me and then said she had phoned it in. When I called the pharmacy later, they had no record of the call. I called the dental office assistant and she said "the system" couldn't work right and was snippy again. A third call later that day, and she said the system worked and then abrutly hung up on me. Again, my pharmacy had no record. I eventually found she had called it in to the wrong pharmacy. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here. This whole experience (minus my cleaning with the amazing dental hygienist) was terrible. Front desk: They changed my appointment time without telling me, then proceeded to call me asking if I was still showing up to my appointment since it was 10 minutes past. They confirmed the correct appointment time with me the day prior, so why did they change my appointment without telling me? When I got there, the front desk said "Oh sorry we moved you up." How extremely unprofessional to change your patients' appointment times without notifying them. Dentist: Spent about 2 minutes looking at my teeth and told me I had six cavities and needed a partial crown. I was blown away. I knew I probably had some cavities, but didn't think it was so extensive that I needed a partial crown. I, however, took his word for it. Maybe I wasn't brushing properly. The worst part of the establishment: the lady who handles billing and quotes. I wish I got her name but there's another review here with a negative experience of her. She handed me a quote for almost $2k (I have good dental insurance btw, so I was shocked), and basically just said "Here's the quote. When do you want to make your appointment?" No explanation of the costs--nothing. I took the quote home and realized they tacked on over $100 in charges for EACH filling, not including the filling itself. Each filling was over $200. They also chose the most expensive material for the partial crown that was not covered at all by my insurance. I called and asked if the material could be changed to something that my insurance covers and the lady said she'd look into it, but I never heard back. I ended up going to another dentist thats highly reviewed and they said I had 4 cavities, no partial crown needed. The cost? Less than $400. No absurd add ons. The dentist spent way more than 2 minutes with me and kept asking if I had questions. The person handling finances came over right after I was done with my cleaning and explained every single charge to me. THAT is what a GOOD dentist experience should be. They build trust and a good rapport with their patients and are not clearly trying to drain every cent from them that they can. This dentist? Awful. Do not come here. read more

My experience with your clinic has been frustrating. A receptionist, , inappropriately diagnosed my dental issue over the phone after I called to schedule an appointment for a loose crown. She insisted I needed a full replacement based on x-rays, making claims that are inconsistent with my dental history and general dental practices. When I requested a copy of my x-rays, the request was mishandled. initially said she would send them, then later denied the conversation ever happened. I highly recommend DO NOT come here. I booked a new patient visit and cleaning on opencare (another scam). When I go in for the appointment, they do a bunch of x-rays. I told them PRIOR to doing them, I had some done recently. Within the past year. They know the drill, they know what's covered and what's not covered. They decided they were going to do x-rays that I did not need but didn't tell me this and then did a quick evaluation of my teeth and said this was the plan "blah blah blah" and I said I would schedule other issues later, but I would just like to proceed with the cleaning for now. I didn't have time for other treatment. They then tell me they don't have time for my cleaning that day lol! And a month later I get a bill for $100 for some x-rays that they baited me into coming for that I did not need (only covered once every 5 years-which they know and that's why they did it. To get easy $)and then not giving me any service. They refuse to give me my records I requested. They lied to my insurance and said they don't do cleanings on initial visits. Let's start at the front desk. Anna is lovely and helpful. Unfortunately that is where it stops. The office manager Lucy is unpleasant and rude and only cares about money. Dr. Moshe has no follow up. He extracted several of my teeth, made a denture for me (which didn't fit properly) and during my healing process was not available as he was working in a different location and said I should see another dentist in the practice, This happened on a few occasions and then when I called for an appointment I spoke with Lucy and she said she would get back to me and she never did.. The plan that Dr. Moshe and I had was after my healing he was going to fit me with implants. I WAS ABANDONED!!!Months went by without a word from All In One Dental. I have since started by full mouth implants with a group that specializes in this service and am very happy!! Dr Mo is honestly gd given. I have a severe phobia of dentist and he took care of me he did the anesthesia without me filling anything, he is funny, he did my deep cleaning and I'm good to go. I have Alisa K. work on my teeth for quite a long time. She does very thorough job. I have receding gum problem where plaque can build pre-easily. She has given me lots of advice in order to keep my teeth and gum line clean, especially trying to get rid of plaque built. My old dentist has done some work on my teeth and I've had problems for years now- thats until I met Dr. Mo- when i called him after hours for an emergency. He is gentle and thorough and more importantly HE WALKS YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING HE DOES. I got a deep cleaning with the laser with the hygieniest. I went to All in One Dental early in the year, thinking it would be wise to find a place that took my dental insurance. The little savings this provided was quickly wiped out by all the unnecessary work that was performed. That would have been tolerable, but the dental work left my mouth in serious pain, which was brushed off by the dentist and his assistants. I've spent thousands of dollars with my former dentist, trying to repair the damage to my teeth and gums, and to get my jaw working again. Perhaps by year's end it will all be straightened out. In my last outdated review I was a little disappointed but I didn't complement the outstanding work Dr. Moeshe completed on my teeth. I was a hot mess going in and shining bright going out. I thought about it long and hard before I wrote this review. But ultimately decided it was the right thing to do given my scenario. I first came to Dr.Moshe because I cracked my tooth in half. It ultimately needed to come out. This would have been the diagnosis regardless of where I went. The tooth was no longer salvageable. He was quick and thorough with removal. He made sure I didn't feel any pain, and that I was comfortable throughout the process. Upon completing the removal, I had to come back for a follow up process that was necessary for my prior procedure. To be completely transparent, I hadn't been to the dentist in years. While I follow a rigorous dental hygiene routine at home-there's nothing like the dentist. Seriously, go to the dentist. So, I assumed I would have a cavity or two. Here's where the issue set in. He proceeded to tell me that I not only had 8 cavities, but that most of them would require crowns/root canals. To my horror, I considered the cost and ultimate consequences of this. I'd lose integral parts of my real teeth, and it would cost me so much money. I was devastated. But still, something in my gut told me something wasn't right. I decided to get a second opinion. My boyfriend had had the same issue we all had-the issue I previously mentioned. You go to the dentist and they basically tell you your teeth are rotting out of your skull. He found his current dentist and really felt comfortable with him. So I went to him for a second opinion. Imagine my surprise/relief when they told me that not only do I not need any crowns, but I don't even need any fillings. My "cavities" are surface level. Not even deep enough to be filled. Just need a sealant. And a crown? Absurd. Not even close to the degree of my "cavities". The hygienist and dentist were appalled when I told them what the previous dentist had told me. He even said, "people like that give us [dentist] a bad name." When I left his office I felt immediate relief, and then anger. A doctor wouldn't tell you you needed open heart surgery if you didn't need it, would they? So, why is it okay for dentists' to recommend procedures we don't need? It's not. Maybe I'm an exception. But just be warned if you see this dentist. He definitely tried to take me for a ride. read more

Fantastic dentist but terrible customer service. The wait is long every time and on top of that, the front desk is super unapologetic about it and almost has an attitude. I am not sure why a front desk staff would be so unfriendly at a dentist office where people feel nervous to begin with. I came in as a new patient and was greeted by such a sweet young lady named Hannah & i remember this name clearly because it's my grand babys name the person sitting behind her who i later realized i would be meeting was on the phone with someone and i could hear how rudely she was communicating. like in any office, i filled out paperwork & once done, i was brought to the back to take xrays . The assistant was so nice. I unfortunately didn't ask for her name she took my xrays i then met Doctor kim, who i was not expecting to see since I did schedule with another, but I was fine with that he was very detailed and informative which I appreciate. I needed a crown and a cleaning. Next, I met the coordinator whom i had already seen when i walked in. Look, i give people chances, but I don't know if she was just having a bad day or that's just her deameanor , let's just say i decided to take my business elsewhere. I am so, so, so disappointed that I had to write this review. This is my first time writing a yelp review. This place has such good reviews, so I had good expectations. I just called up to make an appointment and the receptionist had a very bad attitude. She was extremely rude and I couldn't make the appointment. I am sure the dentists are very good and extremely professional, but to have such dissatisfactory customer service at the very beginning is a huge blunder. He completed my deep cleaning himself because he knew I'm scared of anyone touching my mouth, and kept me calm, laughing and relaxed during the whole procedure-gd bless you Dr Mo.
