I walked in thinking it would be a simple, professional process like, show them a design, they give you a price, you get out. But these guys are on a whole other level of awful. They wouldn't let me hold a single shirt like, I was some intruder in their secret club. I asked if I could stretch the shirt to check the print, and they looked at me like I was crazy. The print was cheap, blurry garbage like something from a dollar store and then, when I asked for a price, they just threw some random number at me and a week later, out of nowhere, they hiked it up with a bunch of hidden fees, taxes, and random charges. And don't even get me started on their communication they straight up forgot what I asked for, didn't take notes, and then acted like it was my fault. This is not a real business it's a scam factory in disguise. I don't want anyone else to waste their time or money even your grandpa doing his backyard hobby would be better. Avoid this disaster at all costs. Just don't waste your time here it's completely not worth it if there was a negative start I would put that.

They don't do sublimation unfortunately... but all else including one-off and embroidery. They also have experience with "odd" pieces and fabrics - stuff I know other shops have totally screwed up. They've always been willing to work with me on getting the art "just right" and useful advice on what would work best on the job (colors, design sizes, etc.). Even to the point of recommending things that they don't make as much money on - just because it's better for me/the job. Prices are about the same or a little high compared to the area (less than 10%), but too many other places are either "fly-by-night" and won't stand behind their work if there's a mistake, "just figuring out how to run a business" and can't get the job done (or anything close to "on time"), places that have been awful about communications, and printing the wrong numbers of shirts/items and then acting like it's my fault. At the time I'm posting this, I couldn't help but notice the 1 star review. I read into that comment he had them do artwork then decided not to do the order. My experience has been that EFG under-bills for time spent on artwork (but, honestly, if you have them spend time on it - you should be paying for it). Sounds like he was upset they billed him for that (and didn't pay...) EFG has always been SUPER professional all the way around. Nice people too. Hard to picture going somewhere else.

Paid $629.39, got nothing…read more I hope you read this review before ordering from U-Brand, and avoid my mistake of believing that Peter has the client's best interest in mind. Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either. Dealing with customers this way is truly concerning. Be careful.

The other person was so flaky and unprofessional, I called him twice and he never called me back. I was so frustrated and decided to look at another choice. I found SilkScreen on Yelp and contacted Tony about my project. I will admit that I was slightly skeptical about all the rave reviews, was it too good to be true? No, no it wasn't, Tony really is that GOOD! I called and explained my situation. I had a finished graphic, I needed 35 shirts and I needed them as soon as possible. He was so polite and so professional. Tony asked me to email him the graphic and we could look at it right then. I emailed him, he looked at it and he told me that he would get on it right away! He suggested different color shirts, within the range that I gave him , and showed me a proof. It was perfect! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!…read more I highly recommend SilkScreen Customs! I called around 5pm on a Thursday and told Tony I needed shirts by that night or next morning at 7am. He said it was going to be tough but was willing to work with me depending on the graphic. (EVERY OTHER company that I called on Yelp that had "high ratings" told me I didn't prepare right or that it was impossible). Well, I told Tony what I needed and what the shirts needed to look like. He worked hard into the night and got my team EXACTLY what we needed for our presentation on friday morning. Guess what? It's Friday afternoon and we had our presentation and scored excellent points because of the shirts by building repoire with our clients.
