The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.

So, I think they are probably fine for some things but for skunks, I'd try someone else. They did give a very partial refund since they caught nothing.

I was a bit hesitant to use this company because there weren't many reviews on Yelp. Like others have mentioned, I now know that they would do a fantastic job. I guess companies have to start somewhere, and just because they don't have 1000 reviews doesn't mean they're at fault. The crew showed up right on time and did an amazing job. They took extra care to lay down mats and plastic coverings over the flooring and furniture where they were working. Communication was very smooth, and there were no issues with language barriers or communication struggles. We mostly communicated through text messages and email. I received a quote almost immediately after they came in and did the free estimate. The amount I paid seemed fair for the work they had to do. They had to rip out the old installation, which was definitely a huge mess. Everything was bagged up and thrown away, and they made sure the old mess was completely gone before finishing up with the cleanup. They also checked all the access points to make sure everything was securely closed off to prevent any future pests from getting in. Finally, they installed brand new blow-in insulation to the attic. Peeking my head up there, it looks completely different than it did a few hours before. So, yes, I definitely recommend using them for your services. I was very pleased with everything they did, and I believe they will do an amazing job wherever they go.

This covid testing site is the best for traveling overseas which requires a negative test with time…read morerestriction such as 48hr and 72hr before your flight. So entering my native country Japan requires a special paperwork provided by the Japanese government to be filled by a medical facility as for your covid test (it has to be done within 72hrs of your flight departure time). So I cannot just take a covid test and show that result a facility provides. Since I don't live in LA or Bay area, there is no Japanese clinic around that can fill the special form for me. Then I find this place. MAI is very knowledgeable and provides the same day result with the special form filled by them to enter Japan. $150 for the same day result plus $30 for the paperwork. You have to be there before 9am for the same day result (online reservation needed). If you are going to Japan, they will provide you a saliva test instead of nasal automatically, since saliva testing is the most popular done in Japan. FYI Real Time PCR nasal testing is accepted by Japan, however a rapid nasal testing done at CVS, Walgreen and such is not accepted. I really appreciate they do saliva instead of nasal which is painful. I took my test around 8:30am and the result was emailed by 12pm and the Japanese form was emailed about an hour after getting my result back. The testing site and their lab is at the same location and that is why they can process your test so quickly...instead of sending samples somewhere else. It is 90min drive one-way for me but it saves me a lot, especially the stress of getting the result back on time (as most places only have an estimate time of processing....usually 1-2days if not rapid) and getting the neccessary Japanese form filled correctly. I would definitely use them again!

During the Dec 2020/Jan…read more2022 Christmas season with PCR test shortages and long appointment wait times, McCampbell was one of the few capable of PCR test with guaranteed same day and next day result reports that were acceptable for international air travel. This was imperative because some countries require a PCR test within 72 hours of *landing*--considerably difficult especially considering long international layovers that can take up to 5 hours. McCampbell Analytical lab workers were incredibly systematic in their procedure to minimize clients' exposure to one another (and themselves). Everyone makes an appointment and arrives at the designated time. They remain in their vehicles the entire time. A lab worker comes up to the window to verify IDs then returns with their test kits. Everyone does their own nasal swab, same swab in both nostrils, then deposits it into a small vial of liquid, swab side down. After successfully collecting nasal swab samples from the safety of their vehicles, just flag down a worker and they will collect the samples from you and remind that results are delivered by email later that day (or next day, depending which test package you purchased). The whole process happens very quickly with exposure to other people minimized. It's worth the drive to get guaranteed results in time for your big trip.
