Trap and Rodents were great company to work with. One would be surprised on how many entry points into your house you might have for rodent exposure. I had quite a few on my roof and I pride myself thinking I take care of my house exceptionally well. They plugged up all the holes professionally vacuumed and cleaned out and sanitize the attic and then put traps out. They were able to catch sizable Rodents and eliminate the problem and then came back and set more traps just in case. It's hard to find a company first that will do this kind of work and second will follow through with knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend them. read more

I have to be careful here, or I might run out of characters. What an incredible job. We were crawling with rats. I had trapped and shot probably 60 rats over five or six years. We didn't want poison, because, quite honestly, no living animal should die by poison. It's probably one of the most inhuman ways to go. I love killing rats, but I won't do that. So I started calling around, only to find out that many of the companies were just insulation companies, disguising themselves as rodent control companies. And the prices I received were nonsensical, I mean, like out of this universe. The Trap N Rodents plan worked beautifully. They went around the house. They sealed everything up, even though I thought I had already done that, which took two guys an entire day, including cleaning the attic, setting traps, and launching the plan. They returned regularly and cleared the traps. One thing led to another, and the next thing you know, I was without rats. My only regret is that I didn't make this call years ago, dumb. Their honesty, follow-through, exceptional service, and extremely competent staff produced every result they promised. What a great company ! I have definitely been dealing with mice for quite some time. I hired a pest control company that caused me more of a mess than help. My neighbors referred me to this company. The office girl submitted my estimate and my project was started the same week. The team showed up on time, very friendly, very strong work ethic. They spent a great amount of time at my residence plugging up entry points and lifting a significant amount of tiles from my roof. I received a portfolio of all of my before and after pictures. This was amazing I had the opportunity to see all the work that was done to my home. David and Cash came back once a week to clear my trap. I couldn't believe the amount of rodents were removing from my property. Considering the fact I've had traps out for years with no catch . My activity died down with scratching in my walls the second night after proofing. I can't believe that this proofing worked so fast on my property. Want to commend this company for the work they do and how they stand behind their work. I had work done in December. Calked them this morning because I saw some evidence of mice. Have no idea if it was old or new. They were very responsive. Sent someone out TODAY! The tech was on time , polite and so very nice. Turns out it was "old" droppings but he didn't make me feel stupid for calling and encouraged me to continue to be on the lookout and call whenever. This isn't about their proofing they never got that far as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't going to write this review and just give feedback to their office. But after that horrendous experience I need to let others know. First their technician never came inside the house didn't go into the crawl space where the mouse was seen to enter and only went into the loft. Where they then pronounced we had rats. Producing pictures of evidence that wasn't even my attic. The four other rodent professionals we got also couldn't find rats. The technicians posturing and tone changed dramatically when my husband came out the office to discuss wondering why someone was making so much noise. The technician was shouting at me about how I have rats. We only have mice in the crawl space, we only know we might have any problem because an HVAC guy saw it outside come in, there was zero noise, chewing or droppings inside to give us a clue we may have mice. Given proofing was a service I was getting anyway I have no idea why they needed to try to fear sell me rats. We went with someone who was actually more expensive but offered better warranties which they will try to tell you they are the only ones who offer them and have no competition. The admin in the office was horrendous at taking feedback and escalated to saying it was my fault and no one else has a problem and then alluded to my house being dirty. Rodents will come in dirty and clean houses so that's just her being mean. There is a reason they only have 9 reviews. Use someone else. Anyone else. there are several other very good pros and plenty of competition. Edit - Owner just messaged me threatening to post pictures and was passive aggressive saying she was going to respond clearly underlying inference is "take the review down or I'll try to shame you" I have mice. I know I have mice other technicians found mice in our crawl space. Not sure what they hope to achieve. Clearly done this before. If the pictures identify my address that's going to be a police issue so let's hope they don't go that far. read more

All of a sudden, a major rodent problem surfaced within our house. David came and did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and attic and found a number of access points, which had not been identified by a previous rodent inspector. He closed all of the access points and then placed traps in our house. Now we are totally rodent free!! David is a wonderful, likable, friendly guy who also is enthusiastic about his work and does a very thorough job. We got a bunch of different quotes but these guys stood out because they were honest and not just trying to sell us on a monthly service or unnecessary services. Even when they came out for the initial inspection they were way more thorough than all the other companies we called out and noted more than 10 different areas that other companies had missed. They came out quickly for a very good price and did an excellent job sealing up all entry points. They are very friendly and responsive and have come out faithfully to check traps, lay new ones etc. We are able to sleep soundly now without hearing scratching and all kinds of other noises in the attic. The young lady was able to schedule emergency appointment next day, which was absolutely amazing because nobody else can seem to get us in . We then had two gentleman come out and do our inspection. We found some dead rats in attic. The house is Brentwood deer ridge area. Weather was quite hot so we would like to have this taken care ASAP. I posted the job in the yelp and also called a few big pest control names. Most of them do the preventive work. A few do the check, replace attic insulation and seal are ridiculously expensive. Fortunately, I found this Company who does cleaning, seal the house (very thorough), set up traps and follow up with checks. They send me a lot of photos showing the sealing work. I have to say the customer service with this company is wonderful. Desirae was so quick to respond every time I had questions. When I was emotional over our problem she was very empathetic. David came out and was very professional. They are very respectful people. They couldn't take our job because the rodents were tunneling under our foundation.
