After the initial consultation, I waited about six weeks until they could start. I hired them to remodel two full bathrooms and a downstairs half, all of which came out great and completed in a timely manner--about 16-18 working days total. I had to buy everything myself regarding tile and finishes and they provided the rest! If you don't have the truck or the lower back to transport tile, they will pick it up for you. I preferred Floor and Decor based on their recommendation. Tips: - They prefer to use Schluter brand building supplies, so make sure that whatever you plan in regards to shelves and finishes can work with that brand. Best to discuss with them ahead of time. - They will do electrical work, fans, paint and more for an extra fee, make sure to discuss this outside of the original quote - Have all materials--from shower door to backsplashes--at your house and check everything upon arrival! It is impossible to find anything these days that doesn't take weeks to ship, even something as simple as a towel bar. The guys graciously came back a week or two later to install one missing piece from my vanity. - There is a bit of lag in email communication with them, so it might be best to get a phone number for text or calling for better response time Overall, very satisfied with the finished product and how they conducted their business. There are no signs of leaks or poor craftsmanship in any of their work areas, and they kept it nice and tidy. Our experience with these guys was a bummer all around... Mo…read moreassured us they could closely match our existing wood floors, which is why we hired WFG for the quote provided (about 30% higher than our avg quote.) The floors are a completely different color than our existing older hardwood. I understand that the match was never going to be exact, but I am disappointed in how far off they are. If matching aged flooring was never possible, they should not have set our expectations otherwise. When I asked Mo if he thought the color was close, he said they were "maybe 10% different", which I believe was a dishonest answer. The floors are also extremely soft - just lightly pushing a finger nail into them leaves a dent. My guess is they bought cheap planks, made of young lumber that is not as strong as our original floors. The planks were not sanded well either, the surface has bumps that can be felt even with the finish complete.

Funny name, but great service. My 20 year old limestone counters were pitted, stained and always…read morelooked dirty. They came in, honed/ polished to a high matte finish, sealed cracks and sealed the surface. Limestone is porus and subject to etching from acid foods (lemons!) so a high polish would not last long term. The counters look like new with a very, very even finish. They took care to drape off all my appliances and cabinets, polished for about 5 hours, then cleaned up well. Polishing is wet, messy process but they know what they are doing and didn't leave a mess at all. Super happy with the response and service.

Everything was great. Well, he totally flaked and was a no show. I did call to try to confirm the appointment and it was sent directly to voicemail--just so not cool. My advice to the Grout Geek: if you don't want to take on a job for whatever reason, have the common decency to let the customer know so they don't sit around waiting for your arrival.

We 'rustic' form of travertine and when we moved in the company we hired at that time basically said after they 'cleaned' the stone that it was a tough stone to get cleaned and that was really the best we could expect. Then we met Jorge. He came out, went through the entire area, explained the in's and outs of the stone and what they do to clean and seal it. I figured why not since it had been 10 years and we might as well give it a go. I am beyond happy we did! Jorge did an incredible job on our stone. It has never looked better. Moved all the furniture, knocked the job out in about a day and a half which was just under the amount of time he thought it would take. Done early and on budget, and exceptionally well. They went above and beyond. Jorge took care of a couple of miner grout issues. I had going on on the kitchen counter I was not aware. Love the detail of his work. Floor procedure was fast paced. It was about 1 hour and half to, two hours. I have dogs so I wanted them back in the house as soon as possible. Jorge's prices are fair. I would recommend hiring him.
