From the moment All Out K9 picked up our male & female working Mal-X's we breathed a sigh of relief knowing they're in the best hands! Our dogs are very protective of our off grid ranch so we weren't sure how they would take to a new environment & people. Our male Ghost is particularly skeptical of everyone but he was able to warm up to and trust the staff quickly which blew our minds! WOW when we picked them up 2 weeks later our pups had taken to Parker & staff more than we've ever seen before. All Out K9 was incredibly communicative sending us updated videos & pics of lengthy playtime and even some snuggles on the couch. They were bathed & fluffy and SO HAPPY when we picked them up. Similar experience to other reviewers. We used them a few times to board our dog and for day care and that went fine. Never received any material updates while he was there but he came back each time happy and healthy. I decided to sign our dog up for the board and train program. Was told it's a 4-6 week program and that most dogs are done in 4 and haven't had one longer than 5. No update the first week so I asked for one via text. No response. 24 hours later I texted again. Got a terse text back explaining their update schedule. Followed by a 3 sentence update. End of 2nd week received another brief text - 2 sentences. Said he's on track to be done in 4 weeks. Week 3 no update, so I texted asking for an update. Short update. 2 sentences which also said 'he had an issue with a couple of dogs in public'. No further detail. I texted and asked to schedule a time to connect via phone to discuss the status of training, wanted to better understand the issues and to schedule the drop off session (2-3 hours to go over what he's learned etc.). Flat out refused to connect via phone. So it became a lengthy text back and forth which lasted a couple of days. Still with no commitment or even best guess about when he'd be done, progress he'd made etc. Did not receive a single picture or video the entire time and their Instagram was never updated. Frankly was concerned that my dog wasn't even with them anymore. Worth noting that they don't let you see their facility, don't provide an address for where they or the dog are located, they pick up and drop off your dog from your house which sounds convenient but also enables them to keep their location secret. They remove your dogs collar when they pick it up, which initially didn't even register with me, in hindsight realized they do it because they don't want a tracker on the dog. I really should have seen the flags but they came recommended and my dog seemed happy and like them during the initial boarding and day care. By the time we got to the end of the 4th week I'd had enough. And when he refused to give me guidance on when he'd be done I told them I wanted my dog back. Got a lecture via a lengthy text blaming me for not understanding, breaking the contract etc. but ultimately he's my dog if I want him back he's happy to bring him back if I pay for the training. Which I did. He dropped him off that day. Although I paid in full for the training, and I get that he didn't finish I would have expected him to have learned something in those 4 weeks. Maybe he did learn something, maybe he didn't. He didn't offer to go over any of the training/techniques that were learned during those 4 weeks. Simply dropped him off and left. In the good news/bad news category. After a quick bath, he's the same dog that left. I was super stressed about it all. The not knowing makes you think the worst and it's hard not to awfulize and start questioning if your dog was long gone. So I'm thrilled he's home and by all appearances healthy and happy. But, he's the same dog. No apparent obedience or behavior improvements. This was a $2,300 education in what not to do! read more

My dog has been part of the All Out K9 family for about two years now. I actually had no idea they had a Yelp page until I referred a friend the other day and she asked me why their Yelp rating was so low so I immediately came to see. In other words, they don't solicit good reviews. My dog goes to daycare twice a week, spent 5ish weeks doing board and train at their home and boards there any time we travel. My dog has a lot of medical issues and needs constant supervision and I trust them implicitly. Do you get constant updates? No. Because they're busy taking care of your pets. Do I occasionally wish I saw an extra picture of my dog on Instagram? I mean sure, my dog is cute, but I would much rather their time was spent playing with my pup. Board and train was hard being separated from my dog for 5 weeks but they were super transparent about how often I would get updates. And, they definitely responded if I got ansty between updates and/or had questions. Their training was phenomenal. I have a crazy energetic sporting dog and he came back just as crazy and energetic but with manners and ears that would actually listen. Plus, the owners work with you continually if you have behavioral issues or questions. They have even helped us figure out our guy's food and allergy issues while the various vets have been stumped. This is how much my dog loves going to All Out K9...they usually pull up to the curb and my dog waits on the porch to load up in the car. The first hot day of summer, they drove past our house so they could turn around and have my dog load closer to the sidewalk so he didn't have to walk on the hot asphalt. My dog saw them drive by and started to run after them because he thought they were leaving him fortunately, thanks to their good training, I was able to recall him and then as soon as the car stopped and the driver got out, my dog jumped in the driver seat to make sure he wouldn't be left behind The only negative about All Out K9 is so many people love them, I need to book my boarding in advance so they have space. Unless you need constant communication about your dog or need to watch them on a video feed, I would 100% recommend using them!! read more

Over two years with AOK9 family and I don't know what's taken so long to write a review! My ex and I found this company for our girls and they have been boarded, and have regular daycare to this day! From daycare, boarding, pick ups and drop offs, family emergencies and everything in-between, I am so lucky to have them apart of our life! This weekend I just sent her off to boarding, In about a month we will have our longest board yet of two weeks, and I know I'll get updates and pictures along the way. As a anxious dog owner I have learned it's like taking your kid to school, the more you ask about them the more you worry! I let them do their job, and they let me do the things I need to do with a peaceful mind! They are never hard to communicate with, and I know they will get back to me ASAP! They are beyond a company and I refer all my friends to them, they literally make personalized dog treats with her name in them for Christmas, like who does that!!! They are active in our community and are just genuinely nice people, it's hard to find people like that, but harder to find someone who runs a business like that. Our first experience with Out K9 was great and we subsequently boarded our Malinois with them for a week. They were great to her, posted pics on Insta, and even got her on the treadmill! The owners have literally spent about 1-1/2 hours with us over the course of these two visits and we've learned a lot from them. We're even going to try their raw meat plan for a month and see how that goes! I plan to review that experience too - as long as Yelp doesn't keep dumping our reviews... Life savers! The most kind and genuine people we have met in this city. They treat our boy like family, and are so patient with him. They trained our boy for 2 months and the difference has been night and day. They have kept him overnight during family emergencies or when we are out of town and want us to enjoy ourselves. Terrible took my dog for five weeks. One week they were gone for baby birth which i agreed to. Never communicated unless i texted repeatedly, never got info about my dog till week 4. Promised video of training text pictures nothing.... one video i showed to a reputable trainer he called it a disaster... Then on the week of delivery after texting twice i get an answer on the time of delivery and asked if they can keep my dog for a few days... Of course i said NO. Then the grand finale: He chose the location at a park at 12 30 on a hot sunny day 110 degree ... Morans unprofessional and in the words of one of my friends present at delivery a debacle and disaster. His pulling on my dog to heal and then one statement after another was honestly like a nightmare... example " don't let him fool you he can heal as long as you are three feet away..." " he was aggressive at a person when we took him to home depot so we stopped taking him out..." And " Just want you to know he is not trained fully i still need to keep him from two to three weeks more" One moranic statement after another. Apparently five weeks was not enough and they were going to have miracles in the extra few days (initially) then the two to three weeks. My dog is no better now then he was when I payed 2300 dollars. BE AWARE of All out ripoff or all out unprofessional... I belong to a Shepperd group and they all could not believe how un-professional they are. I was showing them the texts and video sent they were absolutely horrified. After i expressed my frustration thru e mail i received an e mail from his idiot of a wife blaming me for not willing to give them my dog for another three weeks. Would you? Playing the blame card was all about the money..... And i quote " You broke the contract so you are not welcome to use our services in the future" NO KIDDING SHERLOCK i would not subject my dog to this ever again... Would you not want info if your dog was gone for over a month? Issues what issues how about an intelligent conversation... I know it requires intelligent people on both sides and by the action and email i received from them intelligence is in short supply in that organization.
