Anything they notice about your pet they tell you. They will administer their medications and address type of care you request within their abilities. Pictures are sent while you are away so you can see that everyone is doing fine. I have a large crew and they handle each one with love and great care. They have become an extended part of our family. You can rest easy that your previous pets are in the very best of care so you can enjoy your time away.

Also, the vet charged A LOT, especially because the oldest one is a diabetic and required a daily insulin injection. I found Kathy, who came highly recommended from another pet sitting service that did not do medical and actually had Kathy watch their own pets when they were out of town. She made her 1st visit with us just to do all of the paperwork, meet they "kids", all of which was very thorough! She covered many items, some we did not even think of! She was very pleasant and professional, we were very impressed! She checked in with us everyday with a checklist of what was done and how everyone was doing. The kitties were very happy when we returned. The portal she used for checking in, updates and even photos was extremely helpful, easy and convenient to use. We will definitely use her again for our future vacations! Thank you Kathy for your loving care of our fuzzy kids!

However, I'm…read moregoing to share a story about one employee in particular who could use some SERIOUS training in bed side manners. our little chihuahua experienced random seizures at the age of 14. We knew it was time to say goodbye and as every pet own knows it's the hardest day of your life. We were taken into the room to have our final moments with our sweet baby girl when the door to the room SWINGS open. There stands a frizzy haired women named Rebecca. Rebecca informs us " this door needs to be kept open for ventilation". All we asked was for a moment of peace as we said our final goodbyes to our baby of 14 years. After telling Rebecca to leave us alone I closed the door again. I understand covid guidelines but when everyone is wearing a mask and all humans in the room are vaccinated quite frankly my dear I don't give a DAMN about your ventilation to a room WHERE MY DOG IS ABOUT TO DIE. If rebecca is reading this I hope you know you took a moment away from OUR LAST final moments with our baby along with causing more stress and unnecessary sadness and for that you should be ashamed. Sometimes sweetie reading the room and the situation might do you some good in life. I hope if you have a pet of your own and the day comes when you have to say goodbye that NOBODY takes away any final seconds you might get with them. Shame on you. TRISTA on the other hand was wonderful, patient, kind, empathetic, and just lovely during such a difficult time. Thank you trista and the doctor who made our babies final moments peaceful.

After hours of waiting, he was treated poorly by the staff and my grieving family was treated even worse by the two vets. I fear the team does not know what they are doing, as they required 3 people to place a catheter, at which point the sedation he was given wore off. My mother was degraded on the phone after calling to check in on the status after our dog had been there for 2 hours already, and my father was dismissed, leaving our dog alone in a muzzle in his final moments. I am disgusted and disappointed.

I have a 6 month old pup named Ellie who needed some basic obedience training and conditioning for…read morewhat seemed like simulated separation anxiety. I talked to John on the phone about the type of training he thought she would need. Just through the phone conversation I learned a lot about what he was able to do for our family but also for my pup. He gave me some advice over the phone that I could start practicing with her. Even though my zip code was a few miles out of what their website says they cover, he still was willing to travel down to my house for training. He has a package of 3 initial trainings(which he says is usually all most people need) and then additional ones if needed. I was looking around at petco/petsmart trainings but they did not seem like they'd be helpful since theres only one person with up to like 5 dogs and the things they were teaching seemed like stuff I could just find online myself. After our first hour and a half of private session and consultation, my little Ellie has shown tremendous( if not the most I've seen in this short amount of time) improvement! I also actually have a structure of a training regimen I can practice with her now until the next two sessions which are flexible in timing. ALSO, he brought toys, treats, and chews for Ellie to use for her training and to keep afterwards! Great surprise! HIGHLY recommend their in home training with John. He has extensive knowledge on training and understands the way dog's minds work and how they communicate which is very important when bonding and training your dog. It is also private 1 on 1 training so the whole hour and a half is all focused on your dog and it's needs unlike the retail store training. It is all positive reinforcement training so nothing negative! I am already confident that this was worth the time and money only after our first session and about as much as I would've spent on the petco or petsmart training! Sure it is half the amount of classes I'd be getting but the quality covers down. Not trying to knock the big chains, but the training just isn't the best out there. TIP: the phone # on their website was out of service as of 5/18/18 so I'd use their contact section to leave a message and they will call or email you back within a few days

It's a bad place to go. In March, I took two pets in for nail trims. I told the technician they…read moreboth had extra dewclaws on all fours. I paid the bill. Yesterday, the male dog gave a pain yelp. I checked him; his dewclaw on his right rear leg was never trimmed. Had the technician checked, they would have seen the dewclaw was so long it had grown into his toe and was infected. I made an appointment today; they cut the nail, gave me antibiotics and pain meds, and charged $170.00. I explained I was there last month to have the nails and dewclaws trimmed, and their neglect caused me to pay more. I asked why the bill was so high. They told me I am not getting a discount or any money back because the technician could have trimmed the dewclaw. I said there is no way the dewclaw can grow a half inch in one month. I then said, " You people are all about the money, " and hung up. DON'T GO THERE.

I can't tell if it's absent mindedness or if these people are just maliciously incompetent. If you…read morelove your animal, don't take them to these people. My pet died because of their negligence. They treated him for the wrong thing entirely because the vet tech told the doctor the wrong things. Symptoms I never even had issue with were on his record. I thought that was the whole point pf speaking with a doctor - to confirm the vet tech report and to discuss treatment. I couldn't get a consistent answer about his blood work results either. She was very dismissive about my concerns and proceeded as if it was just a routine issue. She then tried to put a known diabetic on a steroid and when I questioned it and said that those two things don't mix she said "ohh" like she didn't know this before?? Now I also need to talk about the cleanliness of the place. Worst facility I've ever seen. Animal shelters are cleaner than this place. I was grossed out after my first visit and mistakenly gave them a second chance giving them the benefit of doubt. Exposed medical waste were left in the garbage by the exam table. Every other facility cleans up after each patient. I could smell dog pee and the seating inside of the exam rooms are coated in grime. There are also two doors in these rooms. One for when you and your pet enter, and one on the inside for the staff to go back and forth easier with animals. There's a window at the bottom like a doggy door and one at the top. Both of these are disgusting with smears from pets and people. Like weeks worth of build up. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I saw the reviews sooner on yelp because Google has them at 4 stars. They also DO NOT work with Chewy and charge double for what scripts cost anywhere else. They refuse to tell you which medication it is until you say yes or no and if you want to get it somewhere else, they charge you 20$ for a written script. No one cares about the animals here. It's all a money grab. No sympathy or respect, and they should be shut down for malpractice
