OMG!! I had crazy case of ant infestation in my backyard and this amazing worker by the name of Eric help get the problem solved!!

All Platinum managed an infiltration by mice 5 years ago, so I called them again. The office person could not tell me what the charges would be, despite having treated my house before. She said that the agent would let me know from the house, after he had done the inspection. What actually happened was that he called me 20 minutes before the inspection, demanding a payment of $125 for the inspection (paid by ZELLE, no way back). This had NOT been explained on the phone. It felt tantamount to extortion. I paid the fee, he came and did the 15 minute inspection and then gave a quote that was nearly double what they had charged 5 years before. I find the approach, unprofessional, misleading and dishonest. I did not engage their services. read more

The insects actually got worst. I really think the person who came, sprayed the minimum, nor placed any gel in the respective areas we didn't see any physical evidence of gel. I did understand that after such service you will see increased activity but in this case it was worse. We decided to buy recommended products to take care of the situation ourselves and within 24 hours what an incredible difference. We then cancelled the recommended 2 weeks visit from them, especially once we found out they were sending the same serviceman. Do not recommend this place, unless it was just the serviceman who did the injustice, not sure. read more

The employee was professional but charged me 3x what local pest control charges, and wanted to charge me additional to come back for a follow up visit, which is outrageous, our local company provides a six month warranty and follow up visit at no charge. read more

The results remain to be seen as I just now had service done but I have to say that the technician, Laurence, who was here was very communicative, friendly, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing/how it works. He did a very thorough job, really listened as I explained the problem areas and even showed me the areas he had sprayed, including some that didn't occur to me to be problematic. Hate to write a negative review since exterminator was a nice guy, but this was a total rip-off. All Platinum talks a good game but doesn't complete the job. I was charged $625 (!!) and assured not to worry; the company would come back till the job was done. He said over the next few weeks, the mice would "come out" so to expect that at first, and came back to the apartment for a follow-up visit. But less than a month after that, the problem is the same. $625, in cash, down the drain! Called and gave them every change to make good, no luck (rude office staff). I had them do a extermination for a moth problem. The guy said to me watch it for a month or two and if they are still around let me know and I will come back. I was hesitant to leave a review because I see the passive aggressive responses from the company to the negative reviews. However I want to state I felt I was overcharged. I did call for an approximate amount for my issue and I was told about $175 - 225. When the exterminator Ed came.. Nice guy however he puts only traps & sticky pads also something to cover the hole behind the oven for $325 with tax about $353. Also I said I heard something in the ceiling of my basement and he kept saying it's IN the basement.......... LISTENING more than hearing can work more in life. He did say he couldn't cover up some holes.. very understandable. However I thought after I paid should I have even agreed to that inflated price. He also told me to sign two spots on the receipt.. Didn't explain the first signature. I was looking at the receipt and seen he wrote on the behalf of ME on the receipt that I agreed on the price and the visit was positive. Ed you could've told me and I would've wrote it.. Didn't have to write it for me my guy. I called the next morning to speak on the price to see if a small discount could be worked out and the miserable dry voice woman with an atrocious tone told me that I should've said something when the exterminator told me the price... The abhorrence I felt. I had to stay silent for a few seconds before I reacted in a way where every animal on this earth would've been scared. I responded to her that you are talking to me as if it's my fault, she spoke again & I hung up the phone... THATS WHAT ULTIMATELY PUSHED ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Don't let me spend money I worked hard for just for someone to speak to me in a tone as if I am inferior where I know that price was not right. This was definitely a lesson learned for me to pay attention more and speak up when needed. read more

For the mouse issue, they were incredibly responsive, kind, meticulous, and thorough. I haven't seen a mouse since. With the humid summer heat, I've had a (very horrifying) house centipede infestation, where I was killing two centipedes a day. I called all Platinum Pest control because I had great service from them before. Billy came and did an initial spraying and trap laying. Both respected COVID-19 measures (gloves, masks, and social distancing). This initial visit brought down the house centipedes to about one every other day, and the traps revealed where the activity was highest. We decided to proceed with total prevention (sealing baseboards, gaps, holes, etc.). Billy arrived to complete the job himself. Again, billy was super nice, incredibly skilled at his job, very meticulous, and thorough. Not a gap was left unsealed. Best of all, I could not even tell they WERE sealed...it looked as if nothing changed. And, I am happy to report, I have found no house centipedes...or ANY bugs of that kind...at all (not even in the newly laid traps to check how the sealing performs). I am 110% satisfied. This literally sounds like a paid review, and I promise it isn't. I just really like this company. They are true experts, responsive, courteous, trustworthy, and pleasant to work with. They quoted 170 but the price more doubled for no apparent reason upon arrival. Do not call this company it's a waste of time and money they were responsive but they do not care to get the actual job done. they just care to overcharge and leave as soon as they can. I hired All Platinum for water bugs, they came the same day. Jason arrived and went above and beyond his responsibilities. Jason found the point of entry when nobody else could. He applied the poison and offered to go to Home Depot to get additional materials to seal that area. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I am very comfortable now in the house. I called this company three weeks ago. My dog was barking in the yard constantly which made me think we had something in the siding. They sent a very polite but inexperienced technician to my house. He said he put something there but I did not see him do it and he left a puddle of solution on my floor. Yes a puddle on the floor, knowing that I have a dog. I had to wipe it up when he left. Plus the tech had no change to give me since I paid cash which forced me to give him a tip. I sent an email to the company but have not heard back. read more

This company was GREAT! I had seen a lot of roaches in my apt and called frantically to schedule an appointment. They were available 24/7 and were able to come the next day. I rarely write reviews but after seeing mixed reviews, I figured it's best to write one. I called All Platinum after seeing that I had a mouse problem again after a previous company coming 1-2 weeks ago and placing traps around, but not identifying exactly where they are coming from. I took a leap of faith and I am thankful that I have. They came the same night that I called and I was lucky to have gotten the exterminator Chris. He is flat out awesome. He explained thoroughly where the mice are coming from, applied poison, and covered the holes and we went floor to floor as he showed me each time, WHICH I APPRECIATED! Not many people will sit there explaining each problem area and actually take the time to. He did not rush the job, even with the time of night. I have small children and I immediately panicked seeing more mice droppings and after reaching out to this company, I can sleep with a little peace of mind tonight. They were quick to come,the same night for the first appointment for our mouse problen. Within 30 days you get a free follow-up visit if needed. However, that was a struggle to schedule. The follow-up was not very through and was very quick. I was expecting them to help identify possible entry points and block them from the outside instead of just laying bait/poison around the house for what they were charging. read more

Beware! This company is dishonest! About a month ago I was having issues where I thought I may have had carpenter ants so I called this company. Bill came over and without analyzing anything determined that I had a termite problem. In actuality termites eat wood. You will not see any traces left behind. He quoted me a price of $500. Luckily I had several reputable pest control companies come over and they all agreed terminates were not the issue. They couldn't believe how somebody could be so dishonest. Please do your homework before agreeing to any work. Additionally I had a friend that had used this company for a roach problem. He charged $300 when other companies charge $175. All platinum pest control is an awesome company. Very courteous respectful and knowledgeable. Customer service over the phone was also great. Manuel aka Manny was my exterminator and he was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with him being in my home. Very knowledgeable about rats and rodents and gave me alot of great tips in securing my home. He took his time and was very patient with me and my family. Went through the entire house and closed up every and any holes he found. I feel so confident with his work I will be bringing him in on a monthly basis to get rid of the rats for good. I highly recommend All platinum pest control if you have a pest problem. We had a mouse problem, where not only were mice running into my kitchen, living room and bedroom, but they were also in the walls and ceilings. However, I have two children under the age of two years old, as well as, a small dog, and was concerned about the use of chemicals. Joe came to my home and was so careful in the methods he used to exterminate. He made sure my children would not be exposed to anything hazardous. My mouse problem was fixed shortly there after and i was able to rest easy because my children and pet were safe. Joe was of great help and gave us a fair rate. Excellent job!! i called Platinum because i have had ants in my house since i moved in 3 years ago. we sprayed we used all the different types of chemicals in the store, nothing worked. Whenever it rains I have ants....everywhere... its disgusting. The exterminator, Joe T came, sprayed and used some stuff outside, haven't seen an ant since.
