When I spoke to Ron, he was polite, professional, and thorough. When he arrived for the consult, he walked through the house and then gave me my options. He could have up sold me on the T.V. Mounts selling me the top of the line mounts, but instead suggested I go with a well made standard mount for both rooms at a fraction of the cost.
