I undersand and have no issue with paying for an estimate to repair, however the fact this took a full week longer than what was promised to me is unacceptable. I was nervous about the purchase as I still paid a considerable amount of money for a returned GE stove. A week before Christmas (7 months later) on a Friday I had an issue with a burner. By Monday Anail had a tech onsite to conduct a minor repair (dislodged component in the knob). The same day after the repair (Murphy's law), I had another unrelated issue with the stove not receiving gas after a self clean. I called Anail and he again had a tech onsite the next day diagnosing a fault in the pressure reducing valve. The tech taught me how to repair the problem if it happened again as it is not uncommon for a diagram to stick. A few hours later Anail called me to confirm that I was happy with the repair and informed me that he proactively ordered a new pressure reducing valve for replacement to ensure no future problems occur. I am absolutely happy with Appliance Outlet standing behind their service, product and brand.

They followed covid protocol. Fantastic job from them. All done within a half day and this was back in October 2020. A few months later the stone developed a crack from an unseen flaw. Called them up and they sent someone out to inspect the flaw. Through job done. Nothing was dropped on it or anything. Just one of those things that happen as we all missed the flaw and want noticed until June 2021. New same stone was ordered and a date set up. They came at 8am and the old counter top was out in an hour. Our back splash is one of a kind and they didn't harm it at all. Excellent job done. New stone installed and all is done. They are a bit more expensive because they only use top of the material that you will not have a problem with. Service? Top notch. You can't ask for anything or anyone better. They have top notch staff, right from sales selection staff to installation. I cannot say anything bad about them. Use them. You will be greatly satisfied looking at your counter tips for years to come.

As it happens, Mark was able to make the repair quickly and for the least amount of cost. I could not have anticipated a better experience and I'm very grateful that there remains real professionalism in the world today. It's hard to find. Initially, they charged a $167 diagnostic fee and a $663 parts prepayment, promising a 10-day fix. Instead, they sat on my money for over a week before ordering the parts. When I called to check in, staff were incredibly rude and blamed me for the delay. Four weeks later, a technician finally installed the parts and left without testing them. I paid another $143--bringing the total to $973--but the machine failed immediately. The technician visited a week later (for the third time) and admitted he didn't know how to fix it. Management has completely ignored my requests to speak with them. They eventually promised a refund (minus the diagnostic fee) but have provided no written confirmation or money. Totem defaulted on every promise. Save your resources and avoid them entirely.
