Both less than satisfactory…read more Firstly they don't stand behind their products if you come back with a problem (sure they will fix the problem but they want more money), also they have charges and fees you find out about AFTER you have made a commitment to buy or get service work. This has been my experience to date. They do sell decent brand name products (at full retail plus PDI), but the same products are available at several other dealers within 1/2 hour drive or so, so why go here? They just want your money, not your business.

Messaged them that day on Facebook what I thought might be the issue and the owner replied the video I sent was a waste of his time. He was very rude/dismissive in his reply. After 2.5 weeks with no update, I called to see if it was fixed. I was told they did not see the fault after running the mower an hr a day 'apparently" every day. I asked if they opened it up to confirm the wiring was not damaged, causing the fault for me 3 different days cutting grass, and she said no. So, 2.5 weeks they had my mower and didn't open it once. Why didn't they call? The owner was sitting right near me and wouldn't even come discuss. They do not care about their customers after the sale is made. I've spent $4000 in their shop on Ego products (lawnmower, chainsaw, generator, blower, hedge attachment, solar panel charger, power head, trimmer attachment and a cutters kit). Horribly rude people. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Ego has referred me to a new shop that I haven spoken with and they know what the issue is and will be fixing it this coming week. Read through their Google reviews and you will see my experience is not a one off. I will always support small family run shops, sadly not this one, ever again. They do not care about your business.

I was nervous about the purchase as I still paid a considerable amount of money for a returned GE stove. A week before Christmas (7 months later) on a Friday I had an issue with a burner. By Monday Anail had a tech onsite to conduct a minor repair (dislodged component in the knob). The same day after the repair (Murphy's law), I had another unrelated issue with the stove not receiving gas after a self clean. I called Anail and he again had a tech onsite the next day diagnosing a fault in the pressure reducing valve. The tech taught me how to repair the problem if it happened again as it is not uncommon for a diagram to stick. A few hours later Anail called me to confirm that I was happy with the repair and informed me that he proactively ordered a new pressure reducing valve for replacement to ensure no future problems occur. I am absolutely happy with Appliance Outlet standing behind their service, product and brand.

On Dec 31, 2025, I paid $126 for a diagnostic visit for my dryer. The technician performed only a brief inspection and concluded the issue was likely a thermal fuse without fully accessing or testing the heating coil. The next day, I received a repair quote of $641.81, which was in addition to the $126 diagnostic fee already paid (I did NOT proceed with or pay the $641.81). I later hired an independent technician who properly diagnosed the problem as a burned-out heating coil, which Electrafix had not tested. After I provided photo evidence and repair documentation, Electrafix acknowledged the misdiagnosis and agreed the $126 should be refunded. However, they refused to process the refund unless I signed a broad release waiving all current and future claims and agreeing not to post reviews. I declined, as this condition is unrelated to the refund. In addition, my dryer's front panel was found damaged and not properly seated after their visit. Electrafix denied responsibility. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this company if you want to avoid wasting your time and money. I want to respond to the owner's comment and clarify the facts for anyone reading this: Your technician refused to reinstall the dryer's front panel properly. After I asked him to do so, I immediately noticed it could not be reinstalled correctly. When the independent technician later opened the panel, the damage was already visible. The independent technician repaired the dryer from the top, without moving the machine, and there was no need for two technicians. After your technician's misdiagnosis, your company provided me a quote of $126 + $642.81 based on that misdiagnosis. Following that quote, I cannot imagine what could have happened -- you would have charged even more for such a small repair, not to mention the time lost. I believe the $126 diagnostic fee should be refunded unconditionally. Your claim that the damage originated "from the inside" or from independent work is incorrect and unsupported, as the damage was present immediately after your technician's service. Disputing responsibility for damage under your care raises serious concerns about business practices. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and fair resolution.
