My 5 starts for two reasons: First: the great customer service I've experienced, I purchased a Groupon steaming for $49 and when the guys checked the room they advised me to do the deep cleaning instead for the price $60 and the guy redeemed the Groupon offer in the same time so it was like a $109!!!!! for the outer edges of the bedroom( because I have a big rug covering most of the room). I've contacted the owner and he was very nice to offer me a free deep cleaning to use anytime in future. Which is a satisfying offer for me. Second: the cleaning process was very smooth and fast. It took them 40 min to get the job done perfectly. The carpet at the outer edges of the room was like new again. Note: there is extra charges for moving furniture,for my case one bedroom was $40 ( I don't know if it's fixed charges or not). read more

I saw their Groupon and called to see if it covered area rugs, which it doesn't, but the gentleman said he could do the rug for the groupon price. I was so thrilled because it was a good price. I scheduled an appointment from three days after I called by texting them my address and the time of the appointment window (huge hint that it wouldn't turn out well)! Fast forward to Monday... 11 comes around... 12 comes around... 1 comes around... finally at 1:10pm I called and was transferred to the scheduling person who said "I have you scheduled for Monday" (it is Monday!) and he couldn't get someone to me or guarantee someone to come today. Our family home needs that extra help occasionally and I wanted to thank this company for going the extra mile in our home. We hosts parties , have little ones running around and always bring in that dirt on our white carpet. We all try to take off our shoes before we go on the carpet but their is always dirt following our tracks no matter how much I clean. I had All Pro Carpet Solutions come out to clean the carpet in my apartment. I had severe odor from one of my cats urinating in a few spots and from having other pets over the last several years have accidents as well. They did a fantastic job getting all the stains up and most of the odor out of the carpet. They even offered to come do another spray in the areas of high concentration to make sure the odor goes away completely. They also cleaned my couch and got the stains out, it looks almost new. They were incredibly helpful and charged me less than I was quoted for. Definitely recommend them and would use them again for carpet and upholstery cleaning. read more

Nathan came for a deep carpet cleaning for our new house. The owners had pets and kids and carpet looked quite worn out. Nathan was very prompt and friendly and explained what he was doing, and got the deep cleaning done within an hour and a half. The carpet looks as good as new after the deep cleaning. Used these guys twice! First go-around was a general cleaning of the living room, and two back bedrooms. They gave a disclaimer that not all stains may come out, but even the heavily trafficked entryway dirt/stains were removed. A few months later we called them again in June (we just got a new puppy), and they were able to remove the pee stains (that we had attempted to clean ourselves). Most importantly there is no more smell!:) Both times, this company was on time within the two hour window given to us, and were inexpensive for the price we ended up paying ($250 for two rooms, and a rug all with pee stain/smell removal). All Pro Carpet does a fantastic job in cleaning your carpets, you cannot go wrong. They offer multiple grades of cleaning that will leave your carpets very clean. Their prices are affordable whether groupon or without. The guys who came to our place were young but they did a fantastic job. They were detail oriented, did two go arounds, and were mindful of not damaging our place. Make sure you choose the right level of cleaning that's needed for your carpets. BEWARE if you order groupon for $49 be prepared to pay a couple hundred dollars more than that. I would rather pay someone $165 who doesn't try to upsell you into paying extra. He will do that so just be prepared to pay more than what's advertised. I'm sure that everyone has "stains" so I doubt according to reading these reviews anyone has actually got away with paying only $49. Do NOT do business with these people. I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment more than a month in advance - they said they were very busy during the holidays which was completely understandable. I called a week in advance to confirm the appointment. I took the day off from work and spent hours preparing my house for carpet cleaning (moving all the light furniture, etc.) When they didn't arrive at the scheduled time, I called but only got the answering machine. About 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I got a call back saying that they were unavailable for our appointment and that I would have to reschedule for next week. Truly horrible service with no respect for the time I wasted. I do not recommend using a business that treats customers so poorly. read more

I felt like a fool as I thought this is a good deal. Too good to be true. $69 for $170 job. Here is what happen. I had Danny on speaker phone with my husband and he assured me that it will be $69 for carpet cleaning multiple times but he cannot email me invoice and no need to buy on yelp as he honor it. He text me stating carpet cleaning is $69. When the guy came he said it is so dirty that the 69 doesn't cover as 69 only cover only steaming and it doesn't remove stains. It will cost me $199 to clean that one strip my tenant left behind from door to kitchen. it was not dirty carpet, just area where they don't take off their shoes. As I explained that is too much as I got cheaper quotes he started lower the price. He got to $180. I said to him $180. So if I buy from yelp the $69 for $170, I just have to pay 10 more. I was okay with that thought. But it turn it down completely as he said yelp deal doesn't apply. I would have quote you $299 as $69 deal doesn't include any stain remover. As price kept on getting lower, I already told him that I have my bottom line and Danny knows I have two units. He then told me he cannot so that for two units for that price. How does he know that my other unit have any stains at all? The Santa Clara tenant kept it clean, I would have been okay with steam job, but he insisted both units to be $140. At this point, I didn't see a point, there is no $69 deal. It just doesn't feel right. I kindly thank him for his quote. So this is for other yelper users, hope you can learn from my experience. $69 is purely streaming it. If you need, carpet cleaning it will start at $199 and you can negotiate down with them. I purchased a Groupon for steam cleaning from All Pro Carpet Solutions because I am selling my 1200 sq foot townhouse which had carpet in half and tile in the other half. I thought they would just do carpet so I only purchased a 1000sq ft Groupon. When I paid and got a receipt from Streamline they mention that they were buying out several other carpet cleaning businesses in the area and consolidating. They gave me a business card for Streamline--Danny Chavez, Owner. Although, I dealt exclusively with Chris and Mike. This is my experience: I had nothing but excellent service from both Chris and Mike. Chris called me a day ahead to confirm my appointment, make sure that they had the correct equipment and was prepared. They called the morning of just to confirm they were on the way. They were timely--both arriving and leaving. They knew I got a Groupon for steam clean even though what I actually wanted was deep cleaning. They honored the Groupon price for the deep cleaning and gave me a deal on cleaning my tile and area rugs as well since they new I was trying to save money and make a good impression to sell my home. They put a lot of effort into working out some stains as well. They were very communicative, professional, and friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I will definitely refer them to others. ...I can't speak to other people's reviews, just maybe ask for Mike and Chris when scheduling. Yes, they upsold me-but I didn't feel pressured. I wanted the place to be as clean as possible, it's not my first experience--with Groupons or Carpet Cleaning--and I read the fine print on the Groupon first so I knew it would be just a small discount on the lightest most basic service. I figured it would just be a small discount in the end because I needed more. I paid $453 for deep cleaning: 3 bedrooms, hall and stairs in carpet; 4 area rugs of various sizes; living room, dining, hall and 2 bathrooms in tile. I'm happy with that. Got a deal from Groupon for $49. This is only for steam cleaning and supposedly to be worth $300 for a 1000sqft (What a Joke). Tale came in and said that if I like to remove stains and the hi-traffic areas - I need to go for deep cleaning - $25/rm. I did. Day one looks good, day 2 horrible - worst than cleaning. The chemicals used leaves a sticky soapy residue on my feet. I rented Rug Doctor for a day and re-do the carpet and it was definitely better than the job which Tale did. One thing to note, if you buy the Groupon, as I did, that only covers steam cleaning, not stairs or shampoo or area rugs so it ended up costing me $220 more than I paid for the $79 Groupon...
