Last month (Sept 2025), All Pro Floors installed 2300 square feet of hardwood flooring in our home, replacing aging carpeting and tiles. The end result is wonderful, and we are so happy to have high quality flooring that adds so much character to each room. The flooring itself is nice. I recommend LVP, Luxury Vinyl Plank. But DO NOT have them install it, if you can possibly avoid them and find someone else qualified. The guy who did the estimate is slimy and not supportive at all. His first estimate included the most expensive underlayment, making no mention that there are four alternatives. Fortunately, I knew there had to be other options so pushed for something else. He told me I would save $$ by removing the old carpet and all tacks myself, but the amount I supposedly saved was hardly anything, yet the labor took me forever. I told him I did not want the installers to saw the plank inside my house, which he assured me they would not do. Also I asked that they vacuum thoroughly since I have lung issues. The installers spoke no English. They did all the sawing inside. The slimy guy texted me during the day and asked how it was going and I replied with complaints and fears and asked for him to intervene but heard nothing back from him until the next day after it was all over. The installers did not vacuum but used a broom instead. I had to vacuum extensively after they left. And the installation cost thousands of dollars, insanely, given that it took them less than 7 hours to finish the job. I am still finding globs of glue that oozed out beneath the transition boards in doorways. At the transition where the flooring meets the old carpet, the carpet was cut too short and looks frayed and awful at the edge. Also the company sends you the warranty AFTER installation is complete, but the first point the warranty states is to inspect all pieces of flooring BEFORE installation. Find a more reputable flooring company to do your project! I would never hire these people again! read more

We had emptied out all our drawers and removed a low hanging rod of clothing. This made everything go faster. The workmen were patient and accommodating. Very pleased with their work. The living room and hallway had beautiful floors that we wanted to match. The previous owner had put in flooring in the third bedroom, but it was a very poor match with the hallway floors. All Pro had a great variety of flooring material, and we found a material that was a very good match. We were in a race to get the new flooring in before we moved into the house, and Ron and Marya and the whole All Pro team worked really hard to squeeze us into their calendar (scheduling services in Napa and Sonoma is really a challenge in the post-fire rebuild). All Pro came in and quickly pulled the carpet and put in new flooring in the three bedrooms, and did so with a high level of care and professionalism.
