We had issues with several things last year. we had All Pro replace the HVAC, clean and replace ducts and replace the water softener with a complete home water filtration system. we also signed up for maintenance. so far everything is running smoothly. one thing that stands out is all the employees we've met are clean, friendly, know what they're doing, and leave things clean and working. Today they sent Mike Byars out to fix a toilet issue. We also had him fix the water pressure valve. Done and done. We wouldn't hesitate to have him come out should we need other work. We upgraded our old water heater to a new tankless water heater. Kevin installed the new Noritz tankless water including a circulation pump to give us instant hot water to the source. Great job done! Kevin also hauled off the old w.heater and left a clean site when done. He also assisted me how to get a rebate from the SOCAL to get our rebate check in the mail. Serial & Model # address and few important info was needed to get that rebate process moving along. Sure looking forward to that check arriving in the mail ! Lol! All that was done on my phone! Today we had a major emergency. Our toilet over flowed and we called ALL PRO our Techs were Shon and Daniel and Devon. These guys are amazing! Shon and Daniel got here at 2:30 p.m. and jumped into action and assessed the problem gave me an estimate then began the working on the problem. But wait! Not so fast, plumbing never goes that smooth Shon still had to check the outside drain to make sure there wasn't an issue with the main line. Well guess what? There was it was the issue. So it's already 4 p.m. and it is almost clock out time and Shon and Daniel are putting their heads together and call a co-worker Devon and Shon explains to him the problem after he tries to clear the back up and thank goodness Devon agrees to stop by on his way home to help out. We'll it's 5 p.m. and Shon and Daniel won't give up on us because remember we have been without a toilet all a.m. and p.m. my mom is 92 yrs young and is patiently waiting. Me too! But anyway, finally good news they were able to fix some of the problem enough for us to use the restroom for the night until the sewer specialist comes in the a.m. to see what may be happening here. I really appreciate these three guys they went above and beyond what they had to do. They didn't have to, they could have just left it until the next day since they were suppose to clock out. Kept my review offline until now but enough is enough. We had to get a new package unit in January 2023. All Pro came recommended to us so we went with them. They were so responsive and helpful up to the install. But then after the install everything went wrong. They spent all day fussing with the new unit, come to find out it wasn't working right. They leave and immediately the unit stops working and it California cooold outside. We call and they say the tech will turn around. Tech never shows. Next day repairman comes and overrides unit to get it to work until they can come diagnose. Turns out unit is bad and have to get another unit installed. Wow. Next Unit is installed, they fight with it a little, then it works. Then in August 2023 find my bathroom flooded. Come to find out they hooked up this unit to a nonexistent drip line so the ac was just draining condensation into my wall. Luckily they refunded me for the cost of repairs on that faux pas. Fast forward a year and a half later, I walk into my house on the FIRST extremely hot day of the year to find the ac has not worked all day. Wow, what craftsmanship and quality we've received so far but to me feels more like a adulting horror story. So not impressed with ANYTHING this company has done. You would think customers who had units installed one year prior they would take care of but nope, were put on the list with everyone else to figure out how to sleep in a 90 degree house until the tech can come maybe tomorrow....I bet they'll charge something ridiculous to fix this nightmare unit too. Man I miss my icebox 20 year old AC unit that never gave me a fuss. read more

ALL PRO is ALL RIP OFF! Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. I recently called for my ac unit to get serviced even though it was working fine. No issues whatsoever. I was then told by the technician there were some preventive issues he recommended. After paying $1,670.50 dollars for a hard start kit, coil wash, and refrigerant, it broke down the very next week. I called to complain and was told no one could come out until a week later even after I told them it had just been serviced. Second time around the same tech comes back and tells me now I need a new motherboard, a pressure switch, and a compressor, and my ducting needs to get replaced. Now I'm looking at a $6,479 dollars to fix all the issues. I told him get off my roof and don't touch anything else. I called another company that basically told me I was mislead and deceived by All Pro. I didn't need the hard start kit and too much refrigerant in the ac unit was not installed correctly. My bill to fix the issues was $265 dollars! Save yourself the time and call another company that's not trying to swindle customers out of their money. read more

Extremely disappointed with All Pro Plumbing. We have been using them for years as they are our first call with any plumbing problem. A scheduled technician was set for today with a window time of 8am-12pm. I recieved a call from All Pro around 11:30ish informing me that he was running late and it is now going to be from 1-4pm. I called them about 3:45 to confirm our tech would be at my house at 4pm. I was then informed that the Tech was in the City of Walnut and would be at my home after he finished with the call in Walnut and head straight to my house. I reside in Rancho Cucamonga. I knew with Monday night traffic it would be a few hours for their tech to get to Rancho Cucamonga. I then received another call from All Pro Plumbing at 7pm stating that the tech would not make it tonight after all and asked if we could move the appointment for the following day from 12-4pm. I missed an entire day waiting for All Pro to arrive. Had to make arrangements with family to pick up my kids from school to ensure that I would be home when the tech arrived and our daughter did not attend her dance class in the evening because I was waiting for the tech only for him to cancel at 7pm. I will never use this company again. If they didn't have enough techs to service my call then they should have told me that on Sunday when I called to schedule. I am highly disappointed with their customer service. If I could give them a ZERO score I would, but unfortunately I cannot so I will give a "1" star review begrudgingly. Believe all the 1-star reviews you see here. I moved into a new home and wanted to get a tankless water heater and to move my outdoor AC unit. I knew the prices they quoted me were high to do both jobs, but I was eager and impatient. I paid $5241.90 for the tankless water heater install and $2546.00 to move my AC unit. Big mistake. The guys moving my AC unit spilled chemicals all over my pavers. In retrospect, the technician knew he stained my pavers which was why he suddenly grabbed my garden hose and started "washing down" the AC unit and getting water all over my pavers so I wouldn't notice the stains. It took many phone calls to get them to send a tech back out to try to remove the stains. Which he could not remove. So I had to replace the stained pavers and asked to be reimbursed. To which I got the run-around. The last I heard they wanted to send someone out to look at the stained pavers before reimbursing me. That was 4 months ago. Then I had a gas leak around the new tankless water heater. I had to call SoCal Gas to come fix it cuz I didn't want All-Pro touching anything ever again. The real kicker was when I mentioned I wanted to replace my electrical panel and they quoted me $7448.53 to do it. Seriously! I went with another company and paid $1500. Sloppy work and high prices. VERY sloppy and VERY high. Oh, and they have a little Christian fish symbol on all of their company vans, so there's that. read more

This company is a scam like everyone says!! They came and fixed our toilet a week ago and told us the price of $165 but, if we got the membership then the service for that time will be free. Week later had the same issue he comes knocking on the door saying the issue is going to keep happening and that we need to just replace the toilet which would be $1000. We said no just do the same service again. Asked what the price after the membership is and he said well normal price is $190 so member price is $139. We asked how come last time it was $165 without the membership and this time it's $190. He said prices go up so in one week their prices went up according to him. I think it's just a way for them to get people to call them back and when they arrive scam people into paying more. Public restrooms have ADA toilets and it's not a full proof way for them to not clog so if after paying $1000 they would still keep scamming us if our toilet kept clogging after the fact too. I see other reviews about their equipment too and them not protecting it. I wish I looked at reviews before today before calling them in the first place and following for the membership scam. read more

The service technician, Brian Smith was very friendly and professional. Our electricity shorted out in an area of our house. When we called them and they said there was no charge for a house call until they found the problem. He got the electricity working, but told us we needed some work done on circuit breaker board to avoid the same thing happening in the future. He didn't charge us anything. We we're having issues with our drain in our sink in the kitchen for a while it was going to be a disaster if we didn't get it fixed. First we called another company but they helped a bit but we ended needing extensive work done to it. So we called these guys up and they solved our problems Then recently we we're having trouble with our toilet leaking ughh it was such a drag well we really needed to get it fixed asap! So we called them again and came to see the problem and said they would come the next day to fix it. Well they came and did a fantastic job!
