Requested a free quote for HVAC system installation on Lowe's website and it connected us to All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical on 10/3/24. I got a call from them right away to schedule a meeting with Anthony Edwards (Comfort Advisor). He met with us that same day. Their turn-time is outstanding! Anthony is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detail-oriented. He inspected our old HVAC system (23 years old) in the attic and in the backyard before he presented 4 new HVAC system package options. He respected our choice and did not push us towards any of the options. Love that! He thoroughly laid out the differences between the option and the costs, and let us make an informed decision. He's very pleasant to work with. He represented the company very well. On top of that, he was able to schedule the installation of the new HVAC system for the next day. He's amazing! The installation technicians who installed the new HVAC system - Steven and Juan - the very next day were amazing too! They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working. They finished the installation in 1 day despite the heat wave without any complaints. We made sure they were hydrated while they were working, especially when they were up in the attic. They tested the A/C and the heater to make sure they were working before they left. They also installed a new thermostat that came with the option package. Needless to say, very impressive crew and company! The house has been nice and cool since the installation, and the A/C unit has been so much quieter than the old one. The next business day, I got a call from their office to make sure we were satisfied with the work and things are working well. So far, so good! I originally called for a AC tune up, but then was told of this promotional deal for $99 that gave me 4 different tune ups....AC, Heat, Electrical and plumbing. Sounds good I'll do it. First was the AC tune up was scheduled for 12-4pm. He showed up more like 5pm without a call or warning. I had to call 2 times to even find out when my technician would even show up. Their tune up was very questionable, the technician basically just got a garden hose and sprayed the outside fan. I've seen this service done before definitely the laziest one I've seen. Then came his diagnosis, said the blower fan in my AC unit was not working, starter fuse not registering, and a coolant leak. Said he could replace the fuse but it would cost $140 and $1000 to try to use a sealant and it's 50/50 chance it might work. Not very inspiring and I'm glad I didn't do the deal. After the technician left our AC unit seemed to work even worse than before. I called All Pro and they said they'd send someone out in 4 days. The day before our 2nd AC appointment I called to confirm and Brett couldn't give me a straight answer but said "I guess so". The next day my wife took the day off for the technician and 3 hours into us waiting David called me to say they are pushing back all AC maintenance till September....so you want me to go the rest of the summer with poor AC....its still June. I thought being a member I get preferred scheduling? David then said the soonest they could come out was 2 weeks. This is ridiculous right? I then called another AC company and come to find out that the blower in the AC isn't broken and everything is fine and just needed 2lbs of refrigerant and replacement caps for under $300 and now my unit runs great! But wait there is more! So then they called me to schedule the plumbing inspection and we scheduled it 3 weeks ahead. I was hoping this would be a better experience, I was wrong. Again we called the day before to confirm this plumbing inspection and everything was good to go got all the texts and emails. Now it's 3 hours into us waiting and we called them and was told all their plumbing techs have called off so no one is coming. Wow! This place is a joke! You call and confirm your appointment and the day of you can't even get a call to say you're not showing up?? Extremely unprofessional. I asked for a refund on my membership and Ursula said there's nothing she can do. Don't go to All Pro, find a company that won't waste your time and money. And please All Pro do not respond to this review with some generic apology. read more

We called All Pro yesterday when our drippy tub faucet suddenly turned into a flowing leak. We were happy when they said they could send someone out the next day. Leo came out this morning and we were immediately impressed with his thoughtful approach. He assessed the situation and methodically went through steps to resolve the issue. We had a clogged drain that wouldn't clear with any of the chemical drain cleaners, even tried the water pressure balloon thing which only cleared it for a couple minutes. All Pro Plumbing sent a young man named Danny Gonzales to clear it. He was professional, respectful, kind and he cleared the drain with ease. He was in and out within a half hour. Had All Pro come check our nest unit for our heater as there was delays in turning on. Guy arrived seemed nice, talked about his education and how he is certified in fixing Lennox systems and went into the attic where the unit is. Did his diagnostic and showed us some photos of the state of the unit. A bit dirty, showed some dark spots on evaporator coil, possibly mold or mildew, our scrubber was supposedly not working, claimed dampers switches were not working, said unit was going out. He also did a test on the outside air conditioner unit where the unit and said frion was low and capacitor was going out. After this, said we should get a new entire heat/air unit. Cost was around $25k. We were confused as our home was built new in 2019 and unit is only about 6 years old. We know our unit should have a warranty if it was going out but he never mentioned to try and repair any of the issues he mentioned. To clean the unit was an outrageous $$$$. Only paid $$$ to get the mold/mildew cleaned as our daughter sleeps in the room below the unit as it scared us. We told him we could not buy a new unit at this time but his finance guy was pushy in trying to make us get a new unit. Once he left, we contacted a friend at another company and the came out yesterday. We paid $$ for Tune up which included cleaning some areas of the unit. Unit is working better then before courtesy of the tune up. He was able to fix our scrubber and mentioned to properly diagnose the air unit, it needs to be running or have the fan outside insulated to have proper readings. Will never work with All Pro again as the continously will try to upset you even when you tell them no. read more

They told me they had no appointments the next day but could fill me in on Friday morning. I declined, poor customer service and will not try this company again. All Pro Plumbing has proven to my wife and me how unorganized the management team is and they have proven that custom satisfaction is not a priority for them. If you are having plumbing work done, you will want to make sure you read this review. The only positive aspect I can provide is that the field technicians (plumbers, HVAC folks) are terrific. The workers do an excellent job under the poor management of All Pro Plumbing. The HVAC folks who came out to replace our ductwork did an amazing job initially. They completed their job all in one day. Can't say the same about the plumbing side. Maybe my understanding of Project Management isn't all there, but there shouldn't be any reason why a 4-day job should take nearly 3 weeks to complete. I would have accepted a call from management stating that we can't start the project today because we are short-staffed. We could start the project on such a date. That would have been reasonable and acceptable. As a customer, it is EXTREMELY frustrating when the customer has to call the company to see if the people who've been working on your house will be coming out today. As a customer, it is EXTREMELY frustrating when a company tells you that the workers had to be pulled away from your project to somewhere else. The communication from the dispatch department was very non-communicative on certain days. The customer shouldn't have to be one to initiate the conversation to get a status. As a customer it is F@ing!!!!!!! frustrating when a new set of workers are sent to your house and are unaware of the layout of your house. They may be aware of what needs to be done, but they don't know where the entrance of the crawl space is. They don't know where the entrance to the attic is. That right, this customer had to put an on hold on his job and spend 30 minutes giving the workers a tour of the house so they knew where everything was at. My time was wasted! My time was wasted because All Pro Plumbing couldn't send the same workers to continue the work. Nope, All Pro Plumbing had to send them somewhere else instead of keeping the same people at the same job site who know the layout of the house. My wife and I had requested someone from Management to call us NUMEROUS TIMES. During the re-piping process, the HVAC guy came out to service our furnace and he had asked how things were going. I was very blunt with the technician (Pete who has been a great HVAC person) and told him how disappointed we were in the whole re-piping process. Pete did get a hold of his field supervisor who came by to hear what we had to say. Even though we represented the HVAC side he was apologetic. He did say he would raise our concerns to management. Mike Cortez (Salesperson) was in the area and I had a conversation with him as well. He was shocked to hear about the lack of communication and the mismanagement of the work at our house. Mike stated that he would be discussing the issue with management and someone from management would contact us in the next day or two which was on 2/15/2024. It has now been 11 days and no one from management has carried to contact us. What made things worse, the workers who installed the ductwork must have bumped into our gas line going from the main house line to the furnace. On 2/15 when the Pete the HVAC technician was doing the work on the furance I mentioned to him that I had smelled a gas leak when we turned on the heater the day before. The gas company was called out and indeed we had a gas leak going into the furnace. So for 24 hours, we were without gas so no stove or the ability to use any other gas-driven appliance because we got red tagged. The whole process was extremely overwhelming causing us a lot of unnecessary stress. Even though we were given another year of service because we decided to move forward with the work, I will not be contacting All Pro Plumbing for any future work at my house. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework to see what kind of reviews this company had. Please don't make the same mistake and stay away from All Pro Plumbing. All Pro Plumbing..... IT'S BEEN 11 DAYS AND NO ONE FROM MANAGEMENT HAS REACHED OUT TO ME. THIS GOES TO SHOW THAT YOU DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! Thank you Jacob Terry. I'll start off by saying normally the reviews on Yelp when taken with a grain of salt are a fair barometer of what you can expect. This had me concerned. It seems with these types of services people either love it or hate it not much in-between. I'll say if you go in expecting to pay a big amount your sticker shock won't be so traumatic. Work like this is never cheap when its done well. From watching people do electrical and plumbing there seems to be some degree of leeway between the "working way" and the best way. The customer service is amazing, Jacob Terry made me feel good enough about the service I plan to be getting more work done by him over the next year. My house had no electricity when he came and it was not a simple fix he spent most of the day here but found the issue in the first hour. A Stellar Experience: High on Honesty and Customer-Centric Approach! I've got to share this because honestly, I've never felt more compelled to write a review. Our weekend was shaping up to be a nightmare -- think bathroom flooding from the toilet base and a sink that decided to join the leaking party. But then Christian Lovo from All Pro Plumbing swooped in like a superhero! We called around 2:30 PM, and get this -- they showed up by 3:30 PM. On a Saturday afternoon! That's pretty much lightning speed in the plumbing world. Sure, we were in a bind and he could've easily turned it into a financial win for himself. But did he? Nope. Instead, this guy rolls up his sleeves, checks everything out, and offers us repair options from replacing everything for a bigger investment to just patching things at a lower price point. However, it was the recommendation which may save us thousands that we are most thankful for. When we mentioned that we'd just spent $1500 a year ago, to replace the toilet flange and wax ring, Christian actually suggested that we contact the previous company to see if they'd warranty the work. He even offered to pull the toilet free of charge, while warning us it could void the previous warranty. Christian put our long-term benefits over his own short-term gains. In today's world, where it often feels like everyone is out for a quick buck, this level of integrity is not only super refreshing, it's one of the few ways to create near instant trust. I had a terrible plug up both bath rooms and tubs all over flowing; major back up. My stress was over and above! All Pro sent out Steve Skinner and Angel Gonzalez they were very professional, Steve knew what he was doing and was very concern with easing my stress. I couldn't believe it but Steve took out more then 22" of tree root/log, I was able to see the broken pipe caused by the tree root/log! I am glad its over both Steve and Angele stuck with the job until it was over; hard work but they got the job done! Excellent service!! The work was not done in San Francisco. We had to replace our outdated HVAC system, which was not cheap, but the outstanding service helped soften the blow... no, not really, it still felt like a sucker punch to the gut, but not because of the staff; the service was excellent. All of the technicians who came to inspect our old system and install the new were professional and courteous. The work was done in a day, and they left not a trace of dust/dirt behind. There was a mixup with the brand of thermostat control, but they returned to replace that, which took all of 30 minutes. The sales rep, Anthony, was personable, friendly, gave us plenty of options, and kindly followed up to make sure everything had been completed satisfactorily. He personally saw to it that our thermostat control was replaced at a convenient time for us. Overall, we have a new HVAC system that is quieter, more energy efficient (I hope!), and looks much better than we had before. read more

I've been a 'member' of the All Pro company for close to 10 yrs now, and I have to say this business has been slipping steadily for a few years. Yes, they charge way to much for their services, but the biggest problem they have now is their dispatchers and technicians. On several occasions recently I have set appointments way in advance for my routine HVAC & plumbing check ups and almost 90% of the time the technician does not show up, or there is a huge "mix up" with their scheduling. Today (12/13/22) is a prime example, Last week I called to have a tech come back to my home to install a kitchen faucet part that I ordered. I was told a dispatcher would call me back with the date/time, this never happened. I called back yesterday, 12/12/22 and set up a dispatch for today b/t 12pm & 4pm. I told the dispatcher that if there were going to be any problems to make sure someone calls me to keep me in the loop. At 3:40pm since I had not received a call I called All Pro asking what the problem is and the manager Shannon called me to say they will look into it and call me back. I received a call back alright, and the dispatcher told me they scheduled me with someone who had the day off! She started to say she was looking to set up another appointment, and I told her absolutely not, and that I expected a tech first thing tomorrow morning. She did this, we'll see if it happens. I'm getting tired of this lack luster company and all of the up selling techniques they use. Time to shop around for a better company. read more

All Pro to the rescue ! Ending my bad string of luck.. Where do I start?? To say I had a bad week is an understatement!!! My car had an issue and needed rocker arms replaced! Two days later my refrigerator went out! Next day can't get toilet unclogged and had to call a plumber... struggling financially in general, this really set me back! But Joseph Salas came to the rescue!!! He was very informative, very respectful, and very helpful! He unclogged my toilet in a very short time. Offering tips on general maintenance, & water pressure. They are going to rip you off. I requested for replacing chirping smoke detectors in last October and a guy who came to our house bugged me that smoke detectors without hard wire are not as good as the wired ones, and pushed me to sell the unneeded Surge Protector to put at our electrical panel, charging me 2000 dollars for that Surge Protector and six smoke alarms. As a retire senior, our hard earned money was ripped off in that way since we had poor knowledge and lack of research. Today, one of the smoke alarms that guy left not replaced has been chirping and I call them for replacing it, and they tried to charge me $280 just to replace one smoke alarm. OMG! Thanks god I did my own inspection and now it's fixed by just replacing the 9V battery from Home Depot. A week ago, I asked them for replacing a broken stopper valve at a sink and they asked me to pay $480 just to replace two stopper valves under one sink. I will never ask for their service which is always with the unreasonable price and pushy sales again. Never read more

I was massively overcharged for a leak. Time of completion was repeatedly missed. The communication between plumbing tech and workers was obviously broken, totally unprofessional. Tech quit answering my calls. I will admit the leak was fixed in the end, but for thousands more dollars than should have been charged for the work required. I was naive to think that crooked businesses like this didn't exist today. I wish I would have gotten a second quote. Business should called "All Crooks"!!! I contacted All Pro to perform preventive maintenance on my 3 year old well operating a/c. A few hours after they left, it stopped operating. They returned and recommed flushing the drain line with air. I asked if water would work. They recommended air flush for $310. I relied on their expertise. It did not solve the issue. I contacted them a third time and I was informed that I would need to wait for the same service technician, but he was off for the next three days. I contacted another company which came out the next day and flushed the drain line with water. I observed sludge and dark water drain out of the drain pipe while it was flushed and the clear water appeared. It's been working fine since then. read more

They were able to come out to inspect my sewer pipes day after I called. Paid over $300 to have them use a camera to check the pipes and get the year maintenance plan. Quoted me $4459 to fix the pipe that was causing the issue. Had another plumber come out . He checked the pipe with a camera FOR FREE and went into my crawlspace to check the pipes and quoted me $1800 . These guys didn't check the crawlspace but they provided me a quote for complete repipe that I asked for just to get an idea if it better to put that 4k into that instead . They quoted me 28k. and to replace sewer line another 19k . 10 year financing no thank you .other plumber said he could do it for 9k. I'm out$300+ . Cord was my tech today. He was not able to repair my problem, but was able to find it. The repair would require a remodel of my shower. He took his time and good care of my home. The hole he made in my wall was repaired with very little drywall work. Cord tried everything he could to make this repair as painless as possible. We had a new air conditioner and furnace put in today by Kelly Griffin and Jarrett Renner from All Pro Cooling. They did a phenomenal job. They were conscientious and pleasant. They did a fine job, clean, efficient, short time. Our credit card was declined. Jarrett tried several times and it was still declined. I called them and they said there was a specific limit and we tried again. However, it was also declined. We ended up giving All Pro a check to cover the amount. After Jared left, I decided to call our credit card company again. They said that the amount was high and they thought it was suspicious so they did decline it . In hindsight, I should've called them while Jarrett was still here and it would've been resolved as they had in depth identification.
