This time I had a slab leak, and I was a little nervous and overwhelmed because it was a huge project. I was very happy with there Customer service, Jason was very helpful and explained things to me. And Alex was very patient with me in explaining and telling me the steps they where going to do, to reassure me everything was going to be ok, because I asked a lot of questions because I was nervous. Very unsatisfied he tells me this is what it needs so I give go ahead and it was 1550.00...and after he did the work it still didn't work and then he tells me it's something else and they need to replace sometjing else for another 4200 or option 6200 or 9200..so all in all I spent 1550 for nothing as a.c. doing exact same thing it did beforrw he came out .How damn ridiculous is that I can juat throw 1550 to anyone and got the same results. But will give 600 credit if I spend another 6200 for total of 7100..i will blast this every place..he could have recovered allm the r22 refrigerant he put in and not charges me but a few hundred for the house call read more

Had a technician come down and look at our A/C and heating unit. Claimed that we had a freon leak, the filters looked fine, and we needed a full unit replacement, close to $9000 worth of repairs. After another consultant from a different company came down and looked at it. There was no freon leak as claimed by the tech from this company. All that needed to be fixed was the filters (they were extremely dirty on the opposite side of what was visible.) My question is, if your techs work on these kinds of repairs all the time how can one miss a simple thing as flipping an air filter over? Or even better the "honesty" that was portrayed during the appointment? I am extremely disappointed by the quality of service and lack of knowledge. The guy was nice though. read more

1st I'd like to start out by saying I am grateful that my initial botched water heater installation from another company that nearly burned my house down was finally resolved by All Pro. Ed was very, knowledgeable with expert workmanship. Here's my issue, they must work on commission because my initial estimate increased $325 dollars when he came to do the work. If you give me an estimate of $800 I expect to pay $800 not $1125 a number that you randomly pulled out the air. Not sure what the $25 for hard to tell when you don't receive an itemized invoice. Also, the upselling is over the top, but I'm sure they're trained and likely receive commissions to do so. However, trying to convince me to get a tankless system, trying to convince me to join their maintenance plan after I'm already out of 4 grand over this water heater issue was just pouring salt in the wound for me. Bottom line make sure you get a written estimate BEFORE they come to do any work. read more

I was out of state when my neighbor called I had water coming out of the ground and down the driveway. Neighbors got the water turned off at the street. Drove 5 hours to get home, Called All Pro Plumbing at 8:00 am hoping I could get someone to come and check to see what the problem was it was a Friday the best I was hoping was maybe Monday. The person I spoke to was very concerned about my situation an said she would send it to dispatch, about 10 minutes later All Pro Plumbing called and said someone would be at my house within the hour. At about 45 minutes later the person arrived. Jason (I believe that was his name); he diagnosed the the problem gave me my options. He stated he could have a team at my house in about 2 hours to start the repairs. About 2 hours Christian and Brian arrived, they all ready knew what needed to be done. They said it would take about 4 to 5 hours to complete. On Friday, it rained off and on all day, even so they both worked all day to get as much done as they could given the weather, keeping me informed along the way. The next day Robert and Francisco arrived at 9:30 am ready to go. They completed the job keeping me informed along the way. It is very seldom I have found a company that goes the extra mile, but All Pro Plumbing went not only the extra mile but well beyond. I cannot recommend All Pro Plumbing enough. read more

I have been with All Pro for years; they have done a wonderful job; anytime I have had a problem they get here right away, and always fix what needs to be fixed/corrected. Today Zackaria Jundi came out to do my Heating Maintance and also made sure my pipe outside was draining properly for the AC. He is absolutely excellent/the best; He is very patient and detailed. We had half a dozen companies come out for estimates on a re-pipe with pex of an 1100 sq ft mobile home. 14,500 dollars from all pro for a 2 day job. More than double of any other estimate. Almost 4 times one estimate. That is borderline criminal in a senior community. Don't settle, get multiple estimates! read more

Van came out and fixed my parent's ac, found an issue that he immediately fixed. He saved them over $10,000. Two other ac companies simply said the entire ac needed to be replaced after barely glancing over the unit. He inspected and found a basic problem and now it's up and running. Terrible!! Wanted to charge me about $6000 for work that didn't NEED to be done.. My unit needs to be updated yes.. But it doesn't need it now to work. All that was needed was new filters and for a switch to be turned on out near the unit. The other company I had come out didn't even charge me for coming. All pro plumbing is a scam... They left my system open and filter off. They should have at least left stuff the way it was found. Will never recommend this place to anyone... If zero stars was possible that's what you'd get. read more

I work in customer service and am so disappointed with All Pro Plumbing & Heating. I have used them almost every year to flush my water heater. This time I called to have them do that and install a new garbage disposal. Appointment made for 8/20 8 to 9am. I called to confirm about 9:10 on 8/20, as he had not shown yet, I was told I was on the schedule. Got a call about 10 that the technician did not show up for work today so they scheduled me for Sunday 8/22 afternoon. I called about 1pm confirmed that someone would be there to flush my water heater and install my garbage disposal. When the tech showed up at 3:30, I asked him if he wanted to do the garbage disposal first or the water heater. He said oh you have to have a tech come out another day for the garbage disposal. Then he looked at my water heater and said it is about 10 years old and there is sediment coming out I won't be responsible if it leaks after I flush it. He said I needed a NEW water heater, which they have been telling me every year the last 5 years!! I sent him away. Will never use these people again. read more

When neither returned my call, I called All Pro. I talked with a live person who was professional and courteous, and Eric was at the house in less than an hour. Shawn Greany came out & I.can't believe how he was able to take the time to trouble shoot what the problem was. He came back the next day & stayed until the job of fixing all the problems with my electrical panel. The work is clean and seems to be good. However, my wife advised me that the bill to replace the guts for two toilets was $638. Less than two hours work and at $20 each for material from Home Depot..oh by the way we supplied them both. I can't wrap my head around this. I used All Pro plumbing for many years with no issues. But no more they are not what they say they are and they do not have 24/7 service. I called just before midnight on the Sunday before Memorial Day for a complete main line clog. I knew it was a holiday and expected a premium service charge. When I didn't get a call back after an hour I phoned again. I was told the technician got the message and would be calling. Another hour goes by and still nothing. I call again and am told they will page again. This continued until past two when I called another company who actually called back and fixed the problem. All Pro called me at 7:45 the next morning when they opened. I not using them again. This is not acceptable. read more

Don Mitchell and ALL PRO PLUMBING went above and beyond. I received a call from Don, letting me know that he was in my 95 year old father's home. He told me when they are called to an elderly person's home, they like to let a family member know they are in the home. I thought that was very considerate and responsible. I'm sure one of my siblings knew Dad had called for service but since I live out of town, I did not. Don went on to tell me that the service request was not major and would only take a few minutes to complete. Further, he had called his manager and the service would be completed at no charge! Don told me that this something they often do for the elderly. How awesome is that? No Service fee or labor charge, he just had Dad sign a "0" balance invoice. In the midst of the recent rains, the driveway catch basin was clogged and flooding. I called All Pro and was quickly scheduled from a same day service call. Within just a couple of hours, George R. arrived and reviewed the situation. He went to work and was able to clear the debris from a challenging underground pipe and the drain is working perfectly now. While he was on-site, I asked him to look at 2 sewer cleanouts for potential clogging by roots. He said the first was draining well, but the second had roots in the line. Within a few minutes more, he was able to run a snake down the pipe and pull a wad of roots out. George was very professional and helpful. Erik was sent to my apartment building. He went to my neighbor, and I was an add on, he actually asked my neighbor to help him while he was working. Shocking. Then he is at my apartment. My floaty ball was not working correctly on my toilet and my bathroom sink was leaking where the two pipe meet. I didn't screw it on correctly. Sooo Erik decides the sink is more important than the toilet always running. The quick fix on the toilet was to bend the bar! I showed him the chain needed to be changed on the handle as the the plug does not go all the way down and the water keeps running. He tells me the toilet is not his "concern" the sink is. So he talks to my landlord and off to Home Depot he goes. Comes back with new pipes! Starts sawing away! For something that just needed some plumbers tape and to be screwed back on! My flexible piping is gone, so now I have no way of cleaning it out when it gets plugged again. Thanks. My toilet still runs and now has no water pressure when flushing, the main reason he was there. I lost two hours of work, have one ticked off boss and when I let my landlord know he said the guy could come back on MONDAY between 10-12. Sooo I can lose more work. I think not.. I received a $50 gift certificate in the mail for this firm, and I needed a drain cleaned so I called them up. The guy showed up an hour late and quoted $275 for a drain cleaning job that usually costs $75 to $100. Basically, they gave me $50 off and raised the price by 300%. I called All Pro air conditioning to check my furnace. The contractor said that my transformer is broken and he needs to replace it. It was to cost me $550.00. My husband doubted and refused to pay. We called another contractor referred to by Cotsco (We Care Plumbing) and the contractor came and said our transformer is not broken he just needs to fix the wiring. He charged us $140.00. Please avoid All Pro Plumbing company under all circumstances. They will charge you for services that are not needed and since you paid $89.00 for the call you will be compelled to pay their deceptive charges. Department of Consumer Services need to check on these companies that are stealing from consumers. I will not give them any stars.. Don't deserve any! read more

I called All Pro Plumbing to check 2 toilets in my store in Ontario. The toilets were not refilling water. They said that we needed to change the sensors and we did. They charged $650.00. Less than a week later one of the toilets stop refilling again. The technician came out and looked at it and said that we needed to change the whole toilet for another $450.00. When I asked about the labor warranty which suppose to be one year they said that it was voided. I asked to talk to the owner/manager nobody ever called me back. What kind of company is this that will not honor their warranty. We are willing to pay to replace the toilet but not the labor. We are being gouged left and right and no one at this company is courteous enough to call and give us an reasonable explanation. If you cannot fix it right the first time around and you made the wrong call at least honor you labor warranty. This company is ran by dishonest people. We will never call them back read more

Our Water Heater needed to be brought upto code before selling our home. All Pro sent Kenny and we couldnt be happier they did! The lady in the office Shelly called me to let me know when he was on his way so I didnt have to wait around all day. When he arrived he was in uniform and ready to work! He explained that he would be taking a look at it first then let me know the items that were missing to bring it upto code. After letting know the repairs needed and cost (which were fair) he got to work right away. I needed to make sure a licensed plumber came out and did the work correctly the first time. I called for a furnace repair job that was a part replacement. It was not the lengthy amount of time that bothered me the the most because things happen but if I get a quote for a job I expect that price to be paid. I specifically asked if there was an inspection fee and I was told no by the office, the quote I received after the inspection did not mention it and then when it came time to pay I get "I failed to mention it". I would not recommend this company and if you do use them watch out for any hidden fees. read more

I was having issues with both a toilet and bathroom sink faucet. All Pro sent out both Leobardo and Mike to see about the repairs. When they arrived, they both introduced themselves and checked my issues with the toilet and sink. They asked if I had any other concerns for them to look at, I told them about my kitchen faucet and water pressure issue with that faucet. They checked my water pressure regulator and showed me that it was not working correctly. I had them repair the toilet while I went out to purchase a new bathroom faucet fixture. I was able to find the faucets for the bathroom but had to order the faucets for the kitchen. They fixed the toilet replaced the bathroom faucets and replaced the water pressure regulator, they also put in a temporary kitchen faucet until the one I ordered comes in. Both Leobardo and Mike did an excellent job. I have to say, that both Leobardo and Mike were both very polite, courteous they answered all questions and addressed all concerns. I am very happy that I have the membership plan with All Pro, they handle all my plumbing, heating and air including my electrical work. Keep up the good work All Pro. read more

Joseph was the first technician to arrive, he was polite and professional. Assessed the situation and explained that he needed a special piece of equipment to further assess and that his supervisor was on his way with the equipment. About 30-40 minutes later (long enough for me to get a quick shower) Aaron arrived with the equipment and a third technician it may have been Mike but I can't be sure. All three of these gentlemen were SUPER professional. Aaron was the supervisor and did seem to be the most knowledgeable. They put little boot covers on their shoes and removed and replaced them as they walked in and out of my home. I did not appreciate this nearly enough until today when I had a plumber from another company come out and had to mop my floors after he left Ultimately Aaron was not able to help me because they had been sent out my my association and the problem did not end up being an association related issue, even though I would definitely give these guys and the service that I received an A+! As I mentioned, the plumber that came out today from another company was nice enough and got the job done but was definitely sub par to Aaron and All Pro. Thanks All Pro!
