So what you have to do is look at the unit. Run to the parking lot and then call them over the phone so it's technically over the phone to lock in the rate. What they're trying to do is have you pay for a unit blindly first. They'll offer you "a refund" if you don't like the unit. What have we allowed corporations to do? Dear Lord. We called 30 minutes before closing and they quickly assisted in signing us up and getting us in just before closing. Some businesses treat you like a pest as it nears closing time but not this location. They were even friendly when I had to call back to get assistance in finding a way into the storage unit. Not certain how their prices stack up against other storage sites but I felt that $180 a month wasn't terrible for a unit the size of an average bedroom. I also like how you don't have to sign any contracts, instead you pay month to month.
