It's been a year since I moved into my current home, I wanted to revitalize the carpets and found Ignacio through a friend. Ignacio and I scheduled a day to clean the carpets, but unfortunately, I had to change our day to due work. He was very understanding and stayed in contact until we found a good day to do it. When he came in, he was very polite and friendly. He was like the friend you've known but haven't seen in a couple of years. He was very positive about everything, professional in setting up, and efficient. He was able to set up, deep clean, remove everything in about an hour and half. It was really good time for all he did. He vacuumed, washed the carpets, added an odor destroyer and made it all look so easy. We get our carpet cleaner for the ENTIRE house once every year and half. This is our third time using them and am always happy with the outcome! We chose to go with them because the chemicals were safer compared to other carpet cleaners. Plus we have a pet and am always cautious about what to use around them since they can smell 10x stronger than us & certain chemicals are harmful to them. We stayed home during the cleaning process. The guys are so up-beat and nice! They cleaned using a machine that is about 2 feet wide, which is fairly compact to get in between spaces and under desks. There was no smell coming from the carpet machine. However for the hard stains they manually spray a solution that smelled acidic, comparable to apple cider vinegar. The dog didn't seem to mind the smell. They were also very conscious not to overstep their boundary about touching our stuff and also moved the couches around to get those spaces cleaned too! (Our couches are fairly light anyways). Also cool how they have interesting plastics to place at the wall corners for protection so it doesn't accidentally get dinged, and placed styrofoams under table and desk legs (maybe to prevent stain when the carpet is still wet?) Saw them using flashlights to check for stains that our eyes may have missed. They wear booties and also gave us extras. Whole house took about 2.5 hours. Am overall pleased. Another tip: it's still winter and cold outside so we turned on the heater. Hopefully that'll help get our carpets to dry faster! :) read more

I had my carpets cleaned today by Ignacio and it was honestly such a good experience, he was so informative and kind and gave really great recommendations and advice. He really did everything to give me the best service he could. I feel like he really goes the extra mile for his customer, he doesn't just come in and do a quick cleaning and leave. He really takes his time and does everything he can to get those horrible little stains out. And even after doing everything and a stain isn't coming out, he's very honest about it and gives you advice on how to handle it! For example: I had a burn on my carpet and even though he couldn't really make that darkness of the burn go away (he made it a lot lighter and not as noticeable but not completely gone) he gave me advice on how to replace that patch of carpet instead of being charged more for it from my Land lord. And for those who care about smells, there's no weird chemical smell!!! I would definitely recommend and use All Chem-Dry with Ignacio again! I called Chem-Dry for a rental property that my husband and I have in San Jose that had water damage from a pipe that had burst. The renters also had a dog that had peed in a couple rooms and when I asked them about being able to get out pet stains and the smells that accompany those stains, he informed me that they would be able to get rid of both the stain and the smell. They were not only able to get out the smell and the stain they were also able to make the water damaged carpets look so good!!! I was shocked! The services were very reasonably priced (I made sure to tell them what I needed done because I know most places charge extra for pet stains). Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for All Seasons Chem-Dry! I had a horribly stained white Berber carpet that I could hardly bear to look at. Between the typical traffic patterns, an older dog who had stomach issues and occasionally liked to mark his territory, and whatever the previous tenants had done to the place, the carpet looked atrocious. I called Chem-Dry to schedule an appointment and spoke with Ignacio. He immediately put me at ease. I was worried about moving furniture and doing prep work, and he assured me that they would move the furniture such as couches, ottomans, dining room tables. They would also vacuum before doing the carpet cleaning. He gave a one hour window for when they would be there, which seemed more than fair. On the day of the appointment, Ignacio called at the beginning of the one hour window to confirm that I'd be there, and to let me know that they'd be there within 15 minutes. He and his uncle Jack arrived shortly thereafter, and I gave him a tour of my hideous carpet. We agreed on a price -- due to the pet stains, it would require additional chemicals and time. While it was more than I'd expected, it seemed reasonable given the condition of the carpet. It was certainly cheaper than replacing the carpet. Ignacio and Jack got busy moving furniture and vacuuming the carpet. Ignacio brought in the "big guns" -- he has some amazing gadgets, mixed up his magic potions, and I watched my carpet get transformed from a soiled mess to something that looked practically brand new. Ignacio has the 3 P's down pat: professionalism, politeness, and personability. He demonstrated this by: - being prompt - being willing to spend as much time as necessary to get the job done right - being knowledgeable. He didn't make as many passes on the carpet upstairs, since he didn't want to risk warping the wood subfloor. - being honest. Ignacio and his worker has done it again! Our carpet was so dirty from previous renters that we decided to clean it again. We were very pleased with the outcome last time when we used their service. If I can give him 5+ stars, I would... Yes, they are that honest! I was ready to spend some $$ on getting my sofa, loveseat and chair cleaned and when Ignacio came over and he saw that he couldn't guarantee it to be perfect due to the delicate fabric, he told me so. With 18 years of experience, he told me he's seen water stains show up afterwards with this type of fabric so instead of wasting my money on something he knows I won't be happy with, he said he was sorry. So instead, he cleaned my other set of sectional furniture in the family room for a really good price and because I gave him some business, he offered to clean my huge ottoman for free! When they were done, both Ignacio and Mike cleaned up their work area and were pleasant enough to move my furniture for me. I was unaware that getting carpet cleaners to show up (and on time, no less) is half the battle, yet that was my exact experience with Zerorez. Zerorez did not even have the decency to call me to advise that they were running late until an 1 1/2 hrs. after the scheduled appointment time! And, that was a call to advise me that I would have to wait another 30 - 45 minutes! I told them do not bother coming over - cancel the appointment. Who has the time, or money for that matter, to waste on impostures masquerading as professional cleaning companies; especially, when there's All Seasons Chem-Dry. That's right, after additional searching and several more phone calls (since I'd already moved all of the furniture, :/), Yelp(ers) led me to Ignacio with All Seasons Chem-Dry. Ignacio/Jose called before heading over during the appointment time window advised. Honestly, 4 stars may be for Ignacio's excellent communication/customer service, for educating me on what to look out for when calling other carpet cleaners, and for showing up on time. This was the second time that Ignacio came and cleaned our carpets. My wife and I thought the first he did a great job but after some fairly big stains produced by our loveable but aging dog I didn't hold out too much hope for results as good as the first time but, oh, how I was wrong! Ignacio and Jose called and let my wife know he was running a few minutes late (I'm always impressed with the great communication) and showed up when he said he would. Ignacio inspected our pet stained and heavily trafficked carpet and got to work. My carpets were filthy. I guess that is what you would expect with 3 teenagers (Plus multiple friends over) and a 2 year old. The only disciplined one was the 2 year old when she would walk in our and say "shoes off". The teenagers... well.... they would only take their shoes off when we were looking. Need I say more?? I've been using All Seasons Chem-Dry carpet cleaning services for the past 5 years for my rental properties as well as for my own home. I'm impressed with how clean the carpets looks after Ignacio, the owner and his staff work their magic. I used to use carpet cleaning companies where they wet shampoo clean the carpet which only pushes the dirt further down only to later surface again. All Seasons solution breaks down the dirt and grim with very little water used in the process. The carpet dries up quickly within a few hours which is important to me. I just used All Seasons yesterday for one of my rental properties. The carpet had gum in a few places and there was a lot of dirt and grim in the family room and hallway. Ignacio used his deep cleaning treatment which requires morel cleaning agents and extra passes over the carpet. To my surprise, the gum on the carpet was gone and the carpet looked great! For the carpet areas which required the deep cleaning, Ignacio said to give it overnight for the carpet to dry. I'm planning on showing the rental unit this morning to prospective tenants. Awesome job. They explained their process to me over the phone, worked with my reschedule and called when they were on their way. They arrived on time and got most stains out of my dirty carpet. I have a puppy in a third floor apartment so they had their work cut out for them but they did an awesome job. Very happy with their work. In September 2011 I bought a Groupon for these guys to clean our carpets. Rick the technician did try to upsell me their sanitizing treatment which I refused but he did a great job of getting out the stains that previous tenants had left in our carpet. After about four hours of dry time our carpets looked fantastic - and they still do! We would recommend this company and only have one gripe - Rick dumped the waste water on our lawn and when I called to complain about it, I never got a call back. But the good news is that the grass didn't die where he dumped it and all I had to do was pick up the fuzz/hair left behind. They also misspelled my name on the invoice but no biggie. Would totally use them again...especially with a groupon! read more

5+ stars for them if I could. I called them on Friday to get a quote and was told they could come the next day do the cleaning. Only problem was, I wasn't ready! Reasonably priced as well! So I called them Saturday to schedule an appt and they were booked until Thursday at the earliest! Crap! I needed to move out by Tuesday! They were so accommodating and said they would come on their lunch hour to do the cleaning! They arrived within the hour time frame they gave me and were super friendly and got right to work! They were thorough and even let me know some of the stains if weren't waterbased may be an extra charge.
