Horrible service. I booked a 10-11am move. A few days before Eric called and asked if I could switch to 12-1. Sure. Not ideal but I can be flexible. 12:50 I call for an ETA - "Let me check and I'll call you back" 1:15 - the mover themselves call. They were just assigned the job. The other team got tied up. They are tied up as well and not be able to get here until 3:30 Eric says nothing 3:30 - movers call. We're on the way. 5:00 pm - movers finally arrive! Eric says there's nothing they can do to compensate for my wasted day and missed appointments. A simple phone call or two to update the customer is usually a good idea. It goes a long way towards creating customer satisfaction. He told me "We offer below market price to the public. Help community experience moving that other wise could not have it as an option". I didn't sign up for a community service move. I wish I could give zero stars - I also wish I'd looked them up here before I booked them. read more

Beware! DO NOT USE. Do not use. Worst decision we have ever made with moving! We have moved 4-5 times in the last 15 years due to our jobs. So I am fairly seasoned at this. I should have known when they didn't provide specific details - like what size truck when I repeatedly asked. We had a small 2 bedroom townhouse 1100sqft.! They quoted $800, charged $1600. They sent the wrong size truck, required 2 trips instead of 1. Took 9 hours, should have been 5 at most! For the last month we have been teased about a refund. Keeps saying next Monday. Save your money and time! DO NOT USE!!!!!! They have several complaints with the BBB. read more

DO NOT USE. Damaged my belongings, tripled my quote, and took way too long for a move that was about 80% just boxes. They put ALL of my boxes in the middle of my living room floor despite them being labeled where they go. After they were paid, they only responded with sarcastic responses before going ghost. They wouldn't accept my debit card payment, so I had to go get cash. When I paid them, I found out they kept one on my TVs as collateral covered in the back of the moving truck in case the money didn't come back. Weird!!!!!!!!! Once I paid them and had to carry a 70-inch TV up to the fourth floor by myself. Worst experience ever. To add insult to injury they asked me to give a good review. So once again, DO NOT USE. I'm still bothered by this experience and would hate for anyone to spend their money for this company's so-called service. read more

This is the worst company to hire. They damaged my big furniture and when I tried to reach out to them after they stated they was going to file my claim. They also damaged my California king size bed. He stop responding to my text messages and he eventually blocked me after I reached about the claim for all my damaged furniture. read more

After leaving a one star review, I wish I could leave a no star review. After opening all boxes after the move, we have discovered that we are missing a lot of our things. I would rate them zero if I could. Do not hire these movers. They had so many delays that just sounded ridiculous. First our items got turned back at the Canadian boarder due to bullets found in the belongings of someone else whose items were on same moving truck. Then we were promised the items would be picked up and be on their way in two days. Then the driver picked up someone else's stuff instead of ours. Then we were told our items would be picked up by a driver coming from Anchorage and would be delivered 5-7 days later. I followed up a week later and was rudely informed that they told me they were waiting for the driver to arrive. I backed off, 5-7 days came and went. No stuff and no communication. Finally I followed up again and was told the items would come the next weekend and that the driver would call us the day prior to delivery. No call on Friday. Saturday came and went. No call and no stuff. We stayed home Sunday morning hoping for at least a call, but didn't receive one so we decided to go run a few errands. We then received an email while we were out that they were outside knocking on the door with no answer. What?!?!? You told us we would get a call the day prior to delivery but instead they just showed up after a six week delay. I guess they expected us to just sit around waiting for them all weekend. Very poor communication, very poor coordination, our items came six weeks later than we were originally promised and even after the "latest delivery date" listed on the bill of laden. Avoid this company if you want to keep your sanity. Use someone else. On top of all of that, only one mover showed up to unload our entire home! My husband helped to keep things moving but we have a heady bed frame that the mover, by himself or even with my husband's help, could not get up the stairs. He called "the office" and was told they have a crew coming in two days to pack up someone else's belongings and that that crew would come first to move our bed frame up the stairs. Of course, no call and no people came. I tried to follow up with the company with no further responses. So now we are paying a few teenagers to move our bed frame into place, when we had already spent over $30K on the move. read more

The company is complete utter trash! They hire workers that are high as a kite and reeking of weed to move my apt. They took forever and also damaged my furniture in the process. Several pieces of furniture they sat on the concrete which chewed the wood up! They also damaged my bed platform that is worth 2k and tore my king size mattress. I had 5 different pieces damaged! The company rarely picks up and send you all around the mulberry bush when they finally do. They agreed to refund my full amount which they have only refunded 200 dollars. I am owed another 288! I am military and have moved serval times in my life, this is by far the worse experience! read more

This is the biggest ripoff company you can use! Horrible, con artists and dishonest employees! They kept my items and told me to put in a claim but when I did I never heard back! I called over 20 times and they won't answer my calls! Please don't fall for Eric the supposed owner professional demeanor he practically lied in my face! I know that God will replace my items one way it another just don't waste your time or money with this sham of a company! Terrible experience! They damaged my expensive JVC stereo. They were supposed to come back to move things to storage unit. They never came back, avoided my phone calls and phone text messages. I'm having hard time posting a picture of the mess they left in my apartment. Do not pay cash like I did. That was a big mistake. Stay away from using them. It cost me $150 for maintenance workers in the apartments I live in to move the mess they left in my living room to move to my storage unit here. read more

Gave one star but they deserve negative 5 stars. They were booked and confirmed for today 9/24/24. They sent confirmation and were supposed to be there between 9-10am. They never showed and when we called they had an excuse and said maybe 1230. They called back shortly after and canceled the job. They are sheisters and very unprofessional! Do not use! read more

They call me and tells me he overslept and that he had to found a other people to help out. These people are a scammer the man text me one price and the mover told me another price. I been Talking to this man since August. I talked to him last week and told him I was really to move. I ask him how much he told me 255-340 2 -3 hours. So 2/18/2023 was move day. they were late and then had a small truck, the truck was big like in the picture he sends me and the sheet that they cover up my items. I told the man that the truck was small and old need to be in a junk yard. I told him that I have big items. Then the pic that they have online isn't their truck. they didn't get everything out storage. lucky I borrow someone car to move. they came around 3pm they took so long to move a two bedroom then want to charge me $630 and then change it to $550. I keep trying to call the man the keep forwarding me to the voicemail. then he answers and I told him that they broke my tv's and i send him a video of one of my tv's. he is talking about how we know if the TVs wasn't broken before they moved them. I don't really trust people to move my tv's, but they were a moving company me thinking like they will take care of my stuff. I why would I keep a broken tv. he said he was going call me back and he haven't. then I told him about the price he said he told the move to $500 not $550 they mover told him it was a tip. why would I give y'all a tip and y'all charging me his price and dropping my boxes and stuff. not taking care of it. they are Scammers. My wife and I moved our stuff back into our home after 6 months. And used this company and the owner Eric and his worker Ross tried to extort us by boosting up the price. They caused 800 dollars worth of damage to our hard wood floors. Asked the owner to make a claim and he said he would get back to us and nothing. I booked this company on 4/28/2021 and put down my $85 deposit as requested by Eric the manager. The booking to move was scheduled for May 28, 2021 to begin between 10am-11am for 4 hours. The agreement was for 2 men and one truck for 85/hr + 75.00 truck fee. I called the week before May 28th to verify the booking to move. Eric stated that everything was one schedule. So, on May 28, 2021called and texted at 11:34am. No Answer. Received a return call from Eric and he stated that the movers would not arrive until 2pm. At 2:04 called and texted. No call. No show. Texted at 2:19pm to please call. At 2:30pm received a text from All Season Moving stating that they would have someone call. I received a call from someone stated that they would be there at 4 pm. I was just livid by then and told this person that I not seen moving service like this, and I will be reporting the company to the better business bureau. The person on the other end of the phone informed me that he will not be coming to move me because I was to upset and hung up on me. OMG. Really! So, I started calling other companies and because it was the Memorial weekend, I could not get anyone else. Within the hour I received a call from a company called Blessed Movers that All Seasons gave my information to and apparently Eric over booked the movers for that day and reached out to them. So, the 3 men and a box truck did not arrive until 5pm. Blessed movers did a decent job, however it took 2 trips from Charlotte, NC to Denver NC and cost us $900. This was a total moving nightmare. At the end of the day I just want may deposit back from All Seasons. I have called and text with no communication regarding the refund. So, I would like to say that All Seasons Moving and Storage phone # 980-242-6854 Allseasonsmoves.com is the worst moving company I have ever encountered.
