Our old dog (hard of hearing and losing vision) was behind the truck (my fault for not watching her better that day) as the driver was getting ready to back up. I ran towards the truck, he saw me and waited until I picked up the dog. Every interaction with drivers and back office has been good. No long term contracts at least in our area.
