HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you're a person who likes to know "why" DON'T go to see Dr. Tran. Especially if you're a woman. He does not like to be questioned and he "always does things the same way." The only reasonable statement he made was that he was not the right dentist for me. 100% correct. OLD guy so no photos Would I recommend for full mouth snap ins NO I paid 40,000 both the temp and final snap ins roll when I chew on very soft food Vegan Veg pizza, chickpeas roasted.so I have to used a food blender. I have gone back 3 or 4 time for them to correct it. Another issue the temp top snap ins was cut by an assistant Dr T was in the room and ask me why I was talking so funny like daffy duck the assistant said i cut the plate off because I thought he was getting screw in Dr Tran said no he is getting snap ins I wait 4 month thinking they would correct their mistake. Dr Tran had said on my interview what ever was not right we will fix it the $40,000 would cover everything I heard this numerous times. So I asked them correct it Dr Tran said the company that make the Dentures just happen to be in the office they did a mole and fix the issue. I return in a few hours to pick up the snap ins when i walk up to the front desk they said the will be $600.00 this was their mistake. I returned weeks later as i was having the same issues Dr Tran was not in they ask me to wait after 15 min I talk to the office staff and office manager explained everything their $600 mistake both of the snaps ins are rolling and I informed them that the info give ti me by Dr Tran to remove the snap in after every meal is wrong what that does it wears out the o rings that hold the snap ins( cost to replace them from some dentist is $600 ) the office sad yes I was correct remove them once a day. The doctor and staff were so gentle and made sure I was very comfortable. I actually started to cry because I couldn't feel the dental work being done for the first time in my life! I'm so scared of the dentist and I finally found a dentist who is so good at what she does that I didn't even feel her inside my mouth. And the results are absolutely amazing. Thankfully I did not go to this dental office because I experienced an unpleasant conversation with the receptionist named Lauren prior to even scheduling. I took this as a sign. I called to make an appointment for my spouse and myself and all I heard was "Hello" I said hello and asked if this was the dental office because I did not hear a greeting stating that was a dental office, all I heard on mu end was "hello" she proceeds to say "yes, this is a dental office, office how can I help you?" sarcastically as if I should have known where I called. So few weeks after my last review, I still had an appointment to have Dr. Tran finish his work on my crowns. Well at this appointment he apologized for FAILING to inform me of the consequences of the work he was doing & also FAILED to communicate all options. After talk, he finished the work and that was that. Told him I would delete my last review. Well 1 month since that review, I began receiving calls from his techs asking me to remove my Yelp post. Must say I was quite shocked they were not calling me about an appointment reminder, but asking me to remove a yelp review. Kid you not, I got a call from them WEEKLY asking to take down this review, all voicemails smh. Then last night, after coming home from work, I received a noticed in my mail box saying he is refusing to serve me as his patient BECAUSE I didn't take down the yelp review!! Since when did DOCTORS begin to refuse to see patients based on a review the patient left from a poor service??? So now your like TRUMP, anyone that speaks up on their horrible experience, you kick them out?? This doctor office should be ashamed of themselves & Dr. Tran should definitely answer to the dental association for this, which I am filing a grievance on. Look at this letter. I'm still in disbelief. I been a patient there for almost 8 years! I live in this community and will make sure all my neighbors & all the local community orgs I belong to know about this. read more

Let me start by saying Dr Tran is gifted at what he does. Just a very talented Dentist. Quick and efficient. I had a long overdue impacted wisdom tooth pulled the other day. It was simple, painless and easy as 1,2,3, despite my worries. Didn't even need my pain meds after. My concern came from a good friend who actually had the same procedure done years ago, at another place, who, because of complications, never got up from that table. RIP Reggie. That still haunts me to this day, so you can imagine my fear going in, but it had to be done. The minute Dr Tran started I felt at ease and honestly did not know he was done. Took like 10mins. I've also had other work done here too w the same positive experience. The staff is great, friendly and helpful as well. He's been my dentist for a few years now because I finally found someone I trust to do a good job. His office staff is nice and they always try to work with you to get you in if you need to see the dentist. He walks and talks you through every procedure and does a great job. He doesn't try to up sell you to do things that aren't necessary. He also gets you in and out and there isn't ever a long wait time after you check in. He knows what he's doing and I'm not hesitant about how procedures are going to turn out. He's also kind and personable. He runs a great office. I was refused service by Dr.tran. I went in as an emergency with a tooth ache. I was so thankful that they let me in but soon after I was seated he was rude to me and disregarded my symptoms. I pleaded with him to at least look at the x rays but he insisted that the assistant knew what was wrong. He told me if I wanted special treatment I should leave and I felt so uncomfortable so I just left. It was very unprofessional. I will be complaining to the dental board. Not only has he made a relationship with my entire family to the point of he notices when I get a haircut or he will ask me about school, he is a phenomenal dentist. It's hard to find a good dentist let alone a staff that is nice. I prefer Dr. Tran because he allows his hygienists to take care of you first and then he comes and does anything that is missed so you have two set of eyes on the ONE SET of teeth that you are given:) just make sure that before you go in to follow all their Covid processes and you'll have no issues. Also, if there's anything that you need after the visit, as long as you let them know they will squeeze you, usually the day after or the next if you don't mind early because they open at 7am. read more

I live down the street from Dr. Tran's office and have been coming here since I moved to Vegas a few years ago. Nobody likes going to the dentist but Dr. Tran and his staff make their patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Tran has quite the sense of humor too so it's nice to relax and share a laugh or two while sitting in that dreaded dental exam chair. His hygienist Lynn is such a sweetie and I specifically request her for my cleanings. I do not have dental insurance so I pay out of pocket and they are always up front about fees and expected costs of needed treatment. Camille at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointments and it's nice that they respect your time. They also send text message and email reminders for appointments which is a big plus too. So I've had traumatic experiences with dentists since I was a child. I hated the dentist because they always held me down and drilled. Fast forward into the future I didn't really trust any dentist except for the one I had in Toronto Canada. I would travel from the USA to see family and get all my dental work done with him over there. It was hard to think anyone could be as good as him and harder to think I could trust anyone else. Last night my porcelain crown popped off and the tooth underneath is hyper sensitive so I was scared to deal with this. I was recommended this dentist through a coworker and clearly hesitant to go however I knew I had no choice. I called them at 8am to see if they could even take me and they made quick room for me. Upon arrival I was seen very quick and put into a room. The staff is very nice and accommodating as well. The dentist himself was so nice and understanding of my fear of dentist and calmed me down and got everything fixed up in no time at all. They only charged me 49$ to take X-rays and get the crown back on! I'm definitely coming back to this dentist he has a great calm demeanor and prices are better than most! read more

This was my wife's and my first visit. We were warmly greeted by Camille at the front office. We were both ushered into our respective areas for digital Xrays and teeth images performed by Olga. She was very courteous and treated us with care and consideration. Later, we were met by Dr. Tran. He was very patient in explaining areas of concern regarding our dental images, and the methods of the restoration process for improving our dental health. It was clear that Dr. Tran wanted what was best of our dental health. We were very happy and pleased to be welcomed and treated with dignity and professionalism from everyone at All Smiles Dental. The WORST customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter's insurance changed because it went from being under me to being under her father. He lives in another state. He called them literally 7 times to update the insurance. They finally update it and treat here. I then get a call 3 months later to confirm her appointment and to again update her insurance. The update her Dad did 7 times is nowhere to be found in their system. This isn't the 1st or even 2nd terrible experience but I don't have time or space to write it all here.
