I booked an appointment in advance for a cleaning. I arrived and checked -in without any issues, I was taken back for X-rays from Omar and an examination with the dentist, everyone was very professional. They had me sign a paper to authorize the cleaning and a filling for a cavity. I signed. 5 minutes later, the receptionist walked in and told me I needed to leave because the hygienist wasn't here today. I said I made an appointment and they told me "having an appointment doesn't guarantee the hygienist will see you, they are very busy and they might have to take longer if someone has been longer between cleanings." I am flabbergasted that an APPOINTMENT does not guarantee that I will be seen. They tried to get me to re-book, but why would I rebook if it means I still might not be seen? My appointment was for 12:00, so it wasn't like the office was about to close. I drove 20 miles from my house specifically for this dentist because I thought a dentist in the Blue Diamond area would have higher quality service than my area, but I was wrong. It's frustrating because I work and had to take time off work to be told that I couldn't be seen. Waste of time, unprofessional. The staff were as pleasant as possible, but just an incredibly stupid situation. AT LEAST call me to let me know if my appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled if the hygienist has called off. My experience here is always so wonderful! They truly have a great team here. Stephanie up front was super helpful in accommodating my tight schedule and prepared me with all of the links for info that I needed to fill out prior to my appointment. Porshe who greeted me and brought me into the room is so sweet and truly cares helping patients with their oral care. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly and recommended great products. Kayla is an amazing dental hygienist who made me feel comfortable, quick and efficient, and was very transparent with what she shared with her findings. It's clear that everyone at the blue diamond location is looking for my best interest and believe their team and level of care is superior to any I've experienced in my life. Can't say I've ever looked forward to a dentist appointment, but now I can confidently say that I will. Definitely recommending this location to others! read more

I was pleasently surprised by this office. I haven't been to a dentist in a few years and my insurance has changed since the last time I went. The staff was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists so I am sure I was not very fun to talk to as I was focusing more on remaining calm than trying to make small talk. Turns out I have some cavities, which I knew. The pricing to fix them was not terrible compared to other dentists. I have been to some that charge way more, but these guys are pretty comparable and affordable to some of the others I have been to. I still have to get some work done but so far this was a great experience. I was in and out of the office in a little over an hour. Assuming all dental work goes according to plan and there are no major issues, then I think this will be my new dentist! I am looking forward to a healthier smile! read more

DO NOT COME HERE So... I made my appointment a head of time and let them know all my issues a head of time and that I wanted an extraction. I wasn't greeted when I came in, I just felt unwelcome from the moment I stepped through the door. I got there at 10:40 checked in at 10:42 via text which they said would be faster. When I got in I wasn't greeted but I sat down and the front desk girl said that o needed to check in again so I did. No problem. I waited . At 10:55 she calls me and was like "I sent you a text" I check the text and it said that my appointment time had changed and that I needed to pick another time. I chose 12. At 11:03 is when I got called back , he took pictures of my mouth and had me do X-rays and then left. Didn't tell me what was going on or what was going to happen next. I sat in a room by myself for nearly an hour before the Dr came in. He checked my mouth and asked me a few standard questions to which I answered and explained to him what I wanted done. He smiled and nodded and then the assistant came back and told me he needed to check my vitals and asked me if I took over the counter medicine to which I replied yes. He said "well prescribe you some more" so I asked him "what are we doing , are they going to pull my teeth today?" He said they'll tell you up front. So we both go up front and he starts talking to a lady who looked irritated. He told me wait here, well actually wait out front. I waited again out front before the young lady proceeded to tell me that she wasn't sure if they accepted my insurance which I checked online and it stated that they do but I paid the $39 exam fee. She told me she would call me when she checked my insurance. So I left still in pain, nothing resolved. I've been to 3 dentists this week and honestly this was the worse experience. They weren't friendly, they were not thorough and nothing was done. I don't know if they accepted my insurance. Still haven't gotten a call back. I would not recommend going here. I've never been to a dentist where there aren't any dentists who can help you right away. I wouldn't recommend coming here. ZERO STARS HONESTLY. They decided to tell me once I get there that the doctor decided that today she has to be out by three and anyone five minutes late has to get rescheduled instead of giving me a call any kind of heads up I get told as soon as I'm there that oh your past five minutes normally the grace period is 15 but on a random day, they decided that it's five minutes today so I have to be canceled. This is an appointment for a child mine you I have two children and no babysitter so I'm gonna be five minutes late. I know I have a grace period with all appointments, but five minutes for Childrens's appointment for a grace period is ridiculous. And it wasn't for a big operation or anything. It was for a simple check up and yet I was still turned away and I was within the original 15 minutes grace time. Not the first time I've been here either other times I have been here. The wait time is super long. And honestly never going back. It's in the middle of summer and I made a journey of over 25 minutes to make it here for my child's appointment and I'm turned away because I'm over five minutes late and the grace period is normally 15 which mind you I was still within the 15 minute grace time. My appointment was at two and I got there at 2:10. I honestly got there before then. However I have to put my two kids in a stroller and that takes a few minutes and if they have to be out of there by 3 PM that they decided there was still over 40 minutes of my child could've still been seen but because of the super long wait times they decided that today five minutes was the cut off and instead of giving me a heads up They turned me away once I actually was there!!!! in the middle of summer that is so aggravating!!! read more

1. They don't check your insurance beforehand so when you come in, they'll just hit you with the "we can't find your insurance". They won't call you beforehand either to let you know that they can't find your insurance or make any effort. 2. Every single time I've been here, I've waited at least 30 minutes with an appointment scheduled. 3. I came in for a braces CONSULTATION and the lady told me that if I made my decision to get braces, they were going to have to put it on that same day because they don't have availability any other times. The lady told me I would pay a huge amount but she kept saying my insurance was covering a portion. I kept asking how much a "portion" was and she didn't give me an exact number, so I'm assuming Medicaid wasn't going to cover anything because it's not medically necessary. I also asked the lady to give me a few minutes to think about it and she just sat across from me, staring at me and trying to convince me to get them THAT day when it was just a consultation. I felt very pressured by her and the fact that she couldn't give me a number of how much my insurance would cover just made me feel like they weren't going to cover anything. 4. The doctors are nice but the whole office seems so sketchy. They told me I needed to get a deep cleaning done and that my insurance was going to cover it. My insurance indeed did not cover it and I ended up paying $400-500? They told me my insurance didn't cover it while I was literally sitting in the room ready to get my cleaning done, barely "beforehand" 5. They also charged my boyfriend who has insurance about $300 for a temporary crown and was told when the actual crown comes in, it was only going to be somewhere around $180ish? At least they had the decency to give him a call the day before and tell him that they estimated wrong and that it was going to be an extra $200+ on top of everything. This office is not accurate with estimates at all. Overall, I don't recommend this office unless you want to spend $200+ on top of what your "insurance covers" everytime you come in. They said it was because insurance wouldn't pay for the whole thing. They didn't have the courtesy to tell him that they were only going to clean half off his mouth! 2. You will call in for assistance and they promise a call back and never call, then when you finally do get through to somebody, it's weeks out and you are having severe infection without any antibiotics written based on the infection that they proclaim. Went in for a consult regarding implants. Here is why I won't (and you shouldn't) use this place; - took 30 minutes to go in back - everything looked like it was purchased from a very old and used Dental shop - when I sat in the examine chair it rocked and almost tipped over - waited for a while before x-ray done - during x-ray the machine hit my head - when I was seen; the dentist examined my teeth. And then told me a procedure no other consult did. This procedure probably would be more in the end - the same dentist told me he wouldn't be the one doing the procedure So they had a person who isn't going to do the procedure making a diagnosis. -To use a sports metephore; if other dentists were the major league. This place wasn't even good enough to be in the minor league. - It was so bad I didn't wait around for the price. Because I would rather pay more for a Dentist that knows how to do the job. The hygienist here is amazing. However the front office staff is constantly changing and this current staff is shady. I went in for a basic cleaning and was charged when my policy covers 100% of cleanings. They also tried to up charge me for fluoride, which I declined, when my policy in fact covers this 100% as well. I have been trying to contact the manager there, Denise, for a week now and she has been dodging my calls daily. I finally got in contact with someone at the physical location and was assured that Denise would call by the end of the day and she did not. Clearly they are about their money and not the patients. Still trying to get a refund for my services that I was charged for, falsely. Avoid this at all costs. This hygienist, Kayla, should go work somewhere else because she is fantastic. I was VERY disappointed in the service that was given at this facility. We were packed in that place like a can of sardines. My appointment was at 11:30AM PST and I wasn't called to the back until AFTER 7 pm. I had been fasting the entire day, my body was aching and still wasn't finished until close to 8 pm. This facility owes it to their patients to not over book in that fashion. It was people in their with young children, people with diabetes and others like myself who took another day off of work (cause they messed my appointment up on Monday as well) to get treated like another number. This is NOT customer service and at no point in time should a person have to spend longest than maybe 4 hours (at the dentist that's a very long time) but when we're talking 6-8 hours it makes no sense. People who came after me were getting called before me... and EVERY TIME I went to the counter to ask how long I still had 3 charts ahead of me... this service was just unacceptable and I have to say I will not be coming back. It's myself and my 3 children and we will be finding another facility to use. Very sad case :-( read more

This is the worst dental office I've ever encountered. My boyfriend has been waiting to have surgery for months. The first time the surgery was scheduled it turned out just to be a consult - fine. The second time it was scheduled they had to reschedule the day before due to unforeseen circumstances- fine, things happen. This last time my boyfriend called to confirm the time since he didn't receive a call. So I drove over 4 hours to go be with him for his surgery and they tell him he missed his appointment! Terrible customer service. They promised to get back with me multiple times when I called. It always bounces back to a CallCenter and then I have to start all over explaining and then they say hold on and going to try to patch me through and then it rings and rings and I go back to the same place and nothing happens.. I had to drive over and get the x-rays for my daughter to take to the oral surgeon because they did not do it. They were also supposed to put in a referral for the insurance and I got to the oral surgeon and they hadn't done that either. So I went to this practice cause my wife had switched jobs during the pandemic and she had got a new insurance plan and which was HMO plan (btw never get HMO). So this HMO plan only had absolute dental to use. So we pick the closest one to our house reading the reviews on Yelp was very helpful to see what I was stepping into. Read for yourself. so I go in fill out my paperwork sitting in the office in the front for about 40 to 50 minutes knowing my appointment started 40 to 50 minutes ago. Expect to be here for more than an hour and a half ended up being there for almost 3 hours. I finally get into the office to hear the two staff assistance talking about how the two doctors are arguing about what they're doing in front of me. So unprofessional when the doctor comes in does my x-rays looks at my teeth. Now mind you I don't have any problems at the moment, he then tells me I need to pull a teeth out because it looks like there's a cavity. So I'm thinking to myself I ain't pulling out no teeth. Also I then remember that I am on a furlough and I called my director and she says I still have insurance through my company so I decide to go to my original dentist and they tell me nothing's wrong with my tooth. now my daughter and my son have a appointment the following week I was skeptical about taking them but with the only insurance that we had for them was my wife's one I had no choice but to go take them for their checkup and cleaning. Going in prior before this I already had in my head that my daughter has a tooth growing in a weird spot in her mouth which needs to be extracted which I knew about. So as she comes out I'm waiting for the dentist to tell me about that tooth but they come out telling me oh your daughter's teeth is all good. I then ask him oh did you not see the tooth that's growing in a weird place on the top they said oh let's go back and look we didn't see anything wrong. By then now I'm like screw this place they don't know what the hell they're doing. Now a few weeks later now I get a letter saying that my dentist is not covered through my insurance because I didn't make them my primary dentist. this is something that the front desk should tell you before you even walk into their office but because I was waiting for so long in the front they just rushed me in and rushed me out.
