Everything bagel with pork roll egg and cheese
    Brad K.

Exited to try a new bagel shop in Ewing They are very conveniently Located with easy access to and from 295 or right on the outskirts of town as you headed in. Parking might become a challenge as they become busier. There are a lot of spaces but it is very tight. They open at 7 AM and close at 1:30 PM so keep that in mind. Everyone inside was super friendly. It feels like they're still trying to get their rhythm but I'm confident they are going to do great. My inaugural bagel sandwich I decided to go with the everything bagel toasted with pork roll egg and cheese. The bagel has an abundance of toppings and taste delicious. The sandwich is very well put together an overall one of the better bagel sandwiches of the area.

All star bagel on the left, NY bagel on the right

I am a regular at NY bagel and wanted to give this place a fair shot. I got my usual order from both places and tried them side by side. All star bagels are sweeter and denser, closer to bread than bagel imo. The everything seasoning looked better but I could hardly taste it. The eggs were pretty equal nothing really to say there. I still prefer NY bagel, theirs have a slightly crisp shell with a nice fluffy and soft inside and you can taste the everything seasoning even though it does fall off easier. Bonus it's not sweet. This concludes my analysis

We got delivery from here. It was horrible, I understand it was 45-30 minutes before closing but it wasn't even close to good. I'm one egg and cheese with bacon sandwich just came with bacon. Really wasn't worth it.

Bagel lunch sandwich was amazing. I believe I got a turkey blt on a "zing" everything, absolutely delicious! This is my new go to bagel spot

Closed at 6:45 Am. Breakfast is your thing. You should be open at 6 if not earlier. Wasted my time driving there.

Too busy, they need more staff on weekends. Bagels are good, but the wait is prohibitive.

Not from this area - been a couple times in early and mid morning. Whoever takes my order each day has been great. Bagels are great.

A friend recently moved to Morrisville and I found myself in the area at lunchtime after a visit. I wanted to try a few things but it looked as though the steak was a big one, so I just had that. The fries that came with it were very good too. As was foretold, the steak was one of the best I've had in years. Let me start with the roll, long seeded torp that had a light toasting. ALL steaks should be so lucky as to have this as a delivery vehicle, most sandwiches too. The beef was tender and nicely seasoned and cheese and onions were evenly distributed throughout. The portion size/cost was very fair, this was 2 meals for me. My only critique would be on the Cooper American cheese used. I would prefer a sharper cheese, Cooper sharp or even provolone. I'll inquire if there are other options. Even if there weren't, I'd still get this anytime. I saw several other lunch items of interest to me, and in the right frame of mind and early enough several breakfast options too. Service was friendly and fast. I'll likely be back next for the shrimp tacos, or just another steak. I'm at a 4.5 with just the one visit, stay tuned....

We have been there several times already so I was surprised I hadn't reviewed it. The food here is always fresh and the staff can be slow at times they are always friendly. Serving breakfast and lunch they have creative menu items and standard classics. With minimalistic decor the place is comforting and inviting. Hosting tables, booths and counter seating there is plenty of room for everyone. The open kitchen is a treat allowing you to see the magic behind the curtain. Decent fresh food, plenty of unique daily specials. A solid 4 stars.
