The service department worked on our new Grand Cherokee on a Thursday to replace a damaged tire. On the following Saturday, we parked in a handicapped space and looked for our placard in the center console as per our usual habit, and it was gone! Some at the dealership had stolen the placard!! My husband immediately called our salesperson to investigate. Sometime later that day, he called us and stated that we must have "misplaced" it!! Absolutely not! We always keep the placard in the center console when it is not in use. So, on Sunday, I sent an email through the company's website to the Service Manager, explaining our dilemma. Someone had stolen that placard and they had a thief working in their service department. I did hear from their "Business Development Coordinator", translation office assistant, who very kindly said she would make sure my email would make it to the Service Manager's desk. After a couple of days and a couple more emails from me, I finally got a call from the Service Manager on Wednesday claiming to have no knowledge of the incident. This was the first time he was hearing about it! Geesh, what a liar! So, now, after all of my emails, I am dealing with thieves AND liars. Couldn't someone just own up to the theft? Apparently not! As an update: The reply here was all hot air. Multiple calls never returned. We were shunned and they refused to look at the car again. We ended up giving the non working car to the bank pretty much right after receiving it. SO now we have a voluntary repossession, and smaller bank payments on a car we could never really use, because the All Star Dodge sold us the lemon. Please do yourself a favor and don't listen to the hot air and empty promises of this company. It's not worth the risk! read more

The service department at this dealership is worthless. Had a crank no start issue with 2015 Dodge Journey. This dealership performed all the recalls that they could. Then after a month, they still didn't know why the vehicle will not start. They couldn't answer any questions about what tests they have run and what the results were. The only reason we took the vehicle to them, is because 9 months earlier they had replaced the cylinder head. Since they had the vehicle for a month with zero results, we took the vehicle to an independent shop. Within two hours the independent shop had found a damaged cam and cam journal in the cylinder head. This caused the timing chain to jump time. Since the issues is related to the repair they had made 9 months ago. I reached out to them to warranty the repair. I sent them the information they asked for. The Service manager and Store manager will only communicate with you if you show up in person, so they can' ignore you. Regardless of what they say in writing, the Service manager basically told me that we would have to pay to tow it back to them. Pay to have them look at it again and more than likely pay for them to repair the vehicle. But, they would try and get some goodwill for the cylinder head. They said from the pictures they feel like there is systematic low oil pressure in the engine. Which looking at the picture you can see all cam journals in pristine condition except the one that melted down. If there was systematic oil pressure through out the entire system you would see at the very least discoloring in the other journals. Since there wasn't systematic low oil pressure in the entire engine. This would indicate an issue with the cylinder head at that specific journal. They will probably respond about how they are sorry that I feel this way. That they asked us to bring it back so they can make us pay more and find it isn't warranty. Regardless of what they communicate in writing, the conversations I have had with them let me know that they will not take responsibility and are incompetent. read more

This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. My husband took my fiat to have service (oil change) yesterday. He was told it was by appt only -so he was given an appt to come back at 4pm. They took a good 40 min to do an oil change, he brings it home with no mileage sticker update and the light is still on for service on my dashboard. So, today I take it back to get them to COMPLETE the service. It takes 4 grown men 15 min to figure out how to do a simple reset & give me a sticker! Really?!?! This is a 5 star so far so good write up. My wife and I did business over the phone so as of yet we do not know how it will be in person. From what I can tell you the staff is polite, professional and easy to interact with. We are from San Diego and they had a vehicle that we wanted so we were willing to purchase out of state from their dealership. We had many annoying requests, but from the amount of money we were about to drop I think it was very reasonable. Salvador was very accommodating with our requests! Not once did he complain nor did he argue with us about those requests. He responded promptly and professionally. I'm used to dealing with pushy salesmen, but the staff here work at your pace! Hats off to these guys when it comes to doing business over the phone! Excellent to work with! We arranged a Pre-Purchase Inspection on the vehicle and they're more than happy to work with us on that. So far so good! I'll keep you updated after the 15hr drive when we get there and sign the papers. *7/5 update* Awesome... customer service is amazing. I purchased a vehicle from Justin at All Star Dodge. He would not come down off the price at all and offered me the very minimum trade in value on my jeep. I also believe he talked down to me because I am a woman. I ended up purchasing a used 2010 Honda CR-V with very low mileage. I looked at many other dealerships first, including Brown Honda (where I purchased my first Honda CR-V) but I liked the one at from All star Dodge the best. I did not want to buy from Justin because he was not very friendly but I did because I loved the CR-V. After 2 weeks, 30 days, and 45 days I received calls from Justin saying he was just checking in and making sure everything was going okay with the vehicle. Today, I called because my malfunction lamp came on. Justin was not in and the lady Melissa who answered the phone (who was very kind) transferred me back to the service department. Robert who was the only person working in the service department stated, their scanner would not read my Honda. That sounded like a bunch of bologna! My fiancé then called and again talked to Robert, who mentioned they were very far out on servicing vehicles and their scanner could read my Honda but it would be $150.00 (so he initially lied to me?). My fiancé and I are traveling to Colorado to Elope in one week, which I expressed to Melissa. Therefore my vehicle needs to be in tip-top shape! All star Dodge did not make any exceptions to getting me in, even after I just spent $19,000 on a car from them. This shows me that they do not appreciate their customers, nor value them. I hate that I purchased from them since I do not feel like a valued client. I will not purchase from them EVER again. My boss also will not ever go back to this dealership. She has purchased two jeeps from them. Her Jeep just recently had a check engine light come on and they said they were two weeks out to servicing her vehicle. Her Jeep also had several recalls and they would never get her in until her husband finally called and had to be very ugly. She is currently ready for a new car and will not be going there. If you're a women I would not recommend going to All Star Dodge. If you want good customer service after you purchase your vehicle, do not go to All Star Dodge. So I had planned a trip to see family out in Amarillo. My car was on its last legs and I wanted a new truck. New or used trucks, for some reason, are outrageous up here. So I checked out some of the local dealerships and actually ended up falling in love with a used 2012 Subaru Outback. It had less than 12000 miles and was fully loaded. I winced at the asking price but took a chance. I drove out from Cincinnati and went by the lot. The car was still there and the salesman immediately came out. No high pressure tactics. We talked about the price and Eric said he'd work something out. My car had a ton of miles but the guys there worked out a deal for me. I got the Subaru for a better price and ended up with the payment I needed each month. I was so impressed that I came back up this summer with my wife and got a great deal on a new Jeep Cherokee Sport for her. read more

This dealership and service department people sucks big time. One time they forgot to put the cap back after simple oil change. Second time they did not put the exhaust pipe fully back and jeep started to make noise while driving. When i took it back they kept the jeep for almost 3 days and could not figure why it is making noise and wanted to keep the jeep longer to diagnose the problem. I instead took it to meinke guy who found out the problem in 2 min and fixed it instantaneously. It was such a minor problem that i did not even get charged for it. For the above mentioned 3 days while the jeep was in dealership no-one bothered to give me an update even once. I had to call 3 times and the guy was rough and rude. He told me that for the first 1 and half day they even had not touched the jeep (although i made a scheduled appointment). He told me he does not know how many days it will take to fix the problem (although created by their carelessness) because there might be several other cars infront of me (but fixed by meinke in 2 min). I would urge people going to this dealership to thoroughly check your vehicle by yourself or by taking to a trusted local shop to make sure no nuts are left loose or no pipes are left loose. Because its your and your loved ones life on road. Those people working in service and parts department should quit their job and do something they are better at which can make them and others happy. 0/5 stars to them. I guess I'm lucky, I've never had the bait and switch thing done to me, till today. On 3-25-19 I called All Star service and spoke with Lorenzo. The pickup is a 2006 dodge 2500 diesel. I asked him to quote a price for transmission service, fuel filter and an oil change. He said the transmission service is $299 and change. Right at 300 plus tax. To make sure we were on the same page I said "What does that 300 dollar trans. service entail?" Because I wanted the pan dropped and filter changed. Lorenzo said "300 includes drop pan and change filter". Fuel filter was quoted at 188.00, and oil change quoted at 120.00. I said thank you that told me what I needed to know. I then called the dodge store in Pampa to get a trans service quote. The lady service writer there quoted 260 or 270 on trans service "flush". I said i wanted the pan drop and filter changed. She said depending on what filter is in it, it may be as much as 440.00. I said thank you. On 3-26-19 I called Lorenzo back to sch. an appointment for a trans service and a transfer case service he quoted at 114.95. I had already decided I was not paying those sky high prices for fuel filter and oil change. I can do those myself for 70.00, even as slow as I get around. Once again I said, "That 300.00 trans service is for a pan drop and filter change right?" he said yes. He scd. an appointment for 3-28-19 @ 9 am. I got there and a guy named Robert checked me in and I asked again about pan drop and filter change. Robert said no the 300 is for flush. Pan drop and filter change will be alittle more. I said I need to know how much more. I go to waiting room for about an hour. Robert comes in and says trans service is going to be 460.00. I said that is not what Lorenzo quoted. He said that is what it is going to cost. At that point I refused to buy into the bait and switch and said "just put it back together and I'll change it myself '. He said they had already done the transfer case service and that he would go and get my truck. Well it took another 30 minutes, so I don't know what they done to it. I'm an old guy and this is the only review I have ever written. But this is such a blatant example of bait and switch I felt obligated to write it. Bottom line is I won't go back to All Star Dodge for anything ever. read more

The were very busy and seeing that I was traveling through, they still got my pickup worked on right away. Because of that, I give them 2 and not 1 star. But, they told me that my problem was not covered under my lifetime warranty due to neglect (they wanted me to be greasing my factory sealed u-joints). They would not reason with me. I paid, but after one phone call to Mopar, they are reimbursing me and dont know why All-Star was claiming neglect. To top it off, they also broke my Transmission dipstick and failed to tell me anything. Few hundred miles down the road I noticed it when I went to check all my fluids. They were knowledgeable and quick on the repair, but, sadly, like most dealers, I dont know how low their integrity can go. read more

I have bought two cars from this dealership and I will tell you it will be my last. This last trip in the quoted me a price and said they would fix issues on the car. Found out that they had the car in local paper $1,000 less. They ended up giving that price but would not fix all the issues on the car. Their quote is we do not fix none Dodge. So the car salesman had their shop look at the vehicle and stated it only needed a tune-up. I purchase the vechicle and take it two shops they both confirm that its a computer issue. They told me Dodge should have been able to tell me that. I call Dodge service to see if they can do a tune-up on the car and they tell me they can. So that was another LIE. In the long run they hurt themselves, because two weeks later I bought a new BMW in Dallas. I was going to buy from Allstar, but after all the lies and not honoring their word I decide to go to an honest dealer. read more

Purchased my jeep there in may, after purchasing it we find out that they only had one key! So we needed another key and remote start so they ordered us one, it took a while to get and then we were busy so we finally took it up there January 7th, made a deal that the labor would be $150.00. they told us it would take a couple of hours well we were then informed that it wasn't working so it would be Monday! They did give me a loaner car! Well long story short they could not get it too work so they ordered 2 new remote starts still nothing. After about a week we had to take the loaner car up there because the tags were out and was told that when they did what moprr told them todo it screwed it up more! keep in mind this is a 2014 nothing brand new!! It was like pulling teeth to ever get a call back. On February 3rd we called and was finally told that they got it to work!! so we go get and was told that they skipped a step and all of sudden it worked! then was told appearantly we were ginnie pigs!! they still charged us and was told we were already given a discount the 150 labor which was agreed to before it took 4 weeks to get fixed!
