The store is not on the ground floor and it's also not located within the Bakery Cafe or the food hall on the second floor. It's actually on the 3rd floor right off of the escalator inside of another food court type establishment. I ended up walking in circles and within their various corridors looking for the mall map on all three floors looking for Yozm. The saving grace was that their donuts were worth the trek and hassle. It has loads of fluffy and not too sweet whipped cream and also not too sweet sugar dusted donuts encasement. I loved both the bananas cream and strawberry cream donuts. I wouldn't mind returning just to get some more donuts and also grab some matcha latte nearby. The service here isn't the friendliest or the most helpful. I had to ask for a bag despite purchasing a box of donuts along with other pastries that was on display. Really unthoughtful knowing I was expected to walk through the mall without my items bagged. He couldn't muster any effort to look professional or attempt not looking visibly annoyed. The bakery area has ample seating inside where you can go ahead and devour your donuts and other drinks you might wanna grab from nearby cafe. I wouldn't mind returning again just because it's a little bit more convenient to get my fluffy cream donuts fix from here. But for now, I still prefer m going way out to Century City at the Knotted, which I 150% prefer.

I didn't try the custard cream bread because my younger brothers ate it, so I can't really comment on the taste. I also haven't tried the pecan pie yet. Lately, Dubai chocolate cookies have been extremely popular and trendy, so I asked whether this bakery had them. They said yes, so I bought one for $6.75. However, when I tried it this morning, it was absolutely not a Dubai chocolate cookie. It was basically just a chocolate pie. There was no pistachio flavor at all, and no pistachios inside--just a very ordinary chocolate pie. That part was extremely disappointing. Also, yesterday I asked the bakery if they could provide paper plates so we could cut and share the pastries, but she said they didn't have any. Second, the price is absolutely ridiculous. A bagel and an iced black coffee came out to almost $15. For what? It felt more like getting robbed than buying breakfast.
