The store is not on the ground floor and it's also not located within the Bakery Cafe or the food hall on the second floor. It's actually on the 3rd floor right off of the escalator inside of another food court type establishment. I ended up walking in circles and within their various corridors looking for the mall map on all three floors looking for Yozm. The saving grace was that their donuts were worth the trek and hassle. It has loads of fluffy and not too sweet whipped cream and also not too sweet sugar dusted donuts encasement. I loved both the bananas cream and strawberry cream donuts. I wouldn't mind returning just to get some more donuts and also grab some matcha latte nearby. The service here isn't the friendliest or the most helpful. I had to ask for a bag despite purchasing a box of donuts along with other pastries that was on display. Really unthoughtful knowing I was expected to walk through the mall without my items bagged. He couldn't muster any effort to look professional or attempt not looking visibly annoyed. The bakery area has ample seating inside where you can go ahead and devour your donuts and other drinks you might wanna grab from nearby cafe. I wouldn't mind returning again just because it's a little bit more convenient to get my fluffy cream donuts fix from here. But for now, I still prefer m going way out to Century City at the Knotted, which I 150% prefer.

I didn't try the custard cream bread because my younger brothers ate it, so I can't really comment on the taste. I also haven't tried the pecan pie yet. Lately, Dubai chocolate cookies have been extremely popular and trendy, so I asked whether this bakery had them. They said yes, so I bought one for $6.75. However, when I tried it this morning, it was absolutely not a Dubai chocolate cookie. It was basically just a chocolate pie. There was no pistachio flavor at all, and no pistachios inside--just a very ordinary chocolate pie. That part was extremely disappointing. Also, yesterday I asked the bakery if they could provide paper plates so we could cut and share the pastries, but she said they didn't have any. Other bakeries usually provide paper plates, so it was disappointing as well.

Second, the price is absolutely ridiculous. A bagel and an iced black coffee came out to almost $15. For what? It felt more like getting robbed than buying breakfast. To make things worse, the service was far from professional. The lady with glasses came across as cold and uninterested. She just made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very unpleasant visit. There are plenty of better places nearby that offer better food, better service, and better value. I definitely won't be coming back. Too greasy, weird aftertastes, terrible terrible heartburn and upset stomach after... And with these, I didn't experience any of that(a little burpy after, but I mean, it's donuts... LOL) We only tried 3 different donuts, but they were all so bomb. The churro donut was my favorite. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside just like a real churro, but didn't get soggy. The Nutella Malasada was full of Nutella and it was actually my first time trying a malasada... bomb! The cookies and creme mochi was a nice surprise too. The cream was actually very flavorful and not just like a plain creme with Oreos thrown in like I've often seen. I'm sure all of the donuts would be really good here. I will definitely make a trek here again one of these days.

If I lived nearby, I might get that one again, but this is not a place to go out of the way and try.
