I was just heading out of Monroe on the 522 and one of their trucks pulled behind me so close I couldn't even see his headlights. He wouldn't back off so I tapped my breaks and all he did was flip me off. I attempted to call their office to report the driver, not only did the guy answering the phone not identify the company, when I tried he just yelled "who is this?" and proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back and he wouldn't even pick up. Their drivers are as crappy as their customer service. I would rather walk than hire them. read more

Someone recently tried to jimmie the lock on my Honda Accord and the door was getting hard to unlock. Then, while at Fred Meyer in Monroe, it locked and I could not get it open and I needed to get to an appointment. A driver named, "CHUCK" in an All Star tow truck happened to be driving by me and I asked if he could unlock the door. Without hesitation, he got out of his truck and got the door open for me. Just now while driving South on 405 by Bothell there is a 7 car pile up pulled over to the shoulder with the State Patrol so I slowed down, but apparently the All Star driver who was towing a car felt I did something wrong. So went around me and as he passed me he tried to side swipe me with the white car he was towing, then once he was barely in front of me he slammed on his brakes. I could see him looking in his side mirror so he was well aware of what he was doing. I then called All Star towing and started to report their driver and they hung up on me. Don't no use their services, horrible drivers and they do not follow the laws to slow down when passing the police on the side of the road, and then horrible service to HANG UP on someone reporting their bad driver. read more

All Star Towing did not live up to the "All Star" name when they claimed that they never revived the dispatch information from my roadside assistance... I waited on the side of a dark, dangerous, rural road for close to four hours (10pm-2am). I know they received the work order/dispatch from my Roadside assistance for there is an updated paper trail on any communication between myself and the two companies..... I called All Star after 2.5 hours and they brushed me off like I didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. In the future if I need to be towed, I will make sure to submit a request with my Roadside Assistance to NOT DISPATCH All Star Towing. read more

I would give it a 0 star if I could. We called them at 3:30pm for a tow in Phinney Ridge, they told us it would be 90 minutes. 3 hours later, they're telling us it's going to take another 30 minutes. I am not seeing Southbound or Northbound traffic on WSDOT anywhere near Phinney Ridge. WORST SERVICE EVER. read more

I had really bad experience with them. They were sent by amex to replace a flat tire. The person came and left saying the tire wouldn't come off since it was a special tire and the car had to be taken to the dealership. I kicked the tire and it came off. I call them back. He came back and said i was lucky(??!!). He replaced the tire but didn't inflate the collapsible tire properly despite showing him in the manual what had to be done. The service are exceptional bad and the customer service is even worst. I would give them a worst number of star if it was available. I called for my car to be towed and they gave me an ETA of 60 minuets and when 90 minuets passed so I called them. They said due to heavy traffic it'll be at least another 30 minuets. So I waited 90 minutes went by and I got frustrated so I called them back. They did not even apologize and began to get snappy with me and told me to wait 30 more minuets. When my wife came and got me, we got to I-5 and there were no traffic in sight. I would never recommend or use this company every. read more

Would give no stars if possible. Dispatched and said they would take 60-65 minutes. After 65 minutes called for an update and said another 30-45. Another hour passes and call again for an update and another 30-45. Finally canceled and called someone else who showed up in 35. They never called to give me updates, I had to call them. Very disappointing. Requested tow 1030a via Allstate/AARP. Dispatcher agreed that the classic car, due to its problems, requires flatbed. Multiple delays. Confirmed a couple times directly w All Star, that they were sending a flatbed. Showed up around 3p w wrecker (not flatbed). Driver called boss (Serg) who refused to provide flatbed, said I would need to pay additional! After almost 5h wait, w car still in the street, NO SERVICE. Beware. read more

This was the worst experience i have ever had with a towing company. My car battery died in a car garage and i called my insurance company to have roadside assistance sent. They told me it would be an hour, and an hour and a half later, i called back to see what was going on. They told me the driver would be there by 2:15 at 2:20 pm (why) and then half an hour later i called back and they said it would be 15 more minutes, then they transferred me to a driver who was literally 30 miles away who told me it would be another hour before he arrived. Unbelievable. He said he didnt know why they dispatched him since he was so far away, and i definitely agree. I also dont understand why their customer service agent apparently had no idea what was going on anf kept telling me the wrong time and giving me misinformation. I cant abandon my car here and ive been stuck waiting for 3 hours, and probably more. This has made me question not only this towing company, but my insurance provider. Invest in triple A instead. read more

This company wasted my time. Key broke off in the door of my car and needed it towed less then a mile away. Insurance company set up with this company to come get it but the evening it happened there was a 2 to 3 inch snowstorm. Understandably I waited till the next day. Around noon I called because I had not heard from them. They said there was an accident on the highway and they could not get around it, they would get to my car ASAP. An hour later insurance company called and said the tow company canceled our tow because we would not make ourselves available at the car to sign for it. I told them the car was in my work parking lot and I would be available. My insurance called the tow company and they reaccepted the job. ETA was 5:25pm I waited there in the freezing cold for an hour and they never showed. This company is not worth the one star I was required to give them to tell my story. read more

Chuck arranged with me to pick a vehicle up for salvage. Two days before Christmas, I needed this vehicle to be removed. I had called two other places but gave him the job because he is local and I support local business. He backed out at the last minute because this business comittment wasn't convenient for him. When I called him on his word, he cussed at me, dropped F-bombs, and hung up. I like to think that this kind of person will not be sucessful in his business. On 10-26-2014 we were nearly run off the road by All Star Towing. We were merging onto southbound I5. All Star's tow truck came up on our right and proceeded to cut us off. He was well aware of what he was doing as he passed us on the right on a 2 lane entrance ramp onto i5 and then cut over nearly causng an accident. We honked our horn, but he kept on moving over. He guaranteed 300 dollars and when arrived proceeded to pressure my girlfriend into taking 250, while also bashing my "evaluation" of the car.
