WOULD YOU REALLY TRUST THIS COMPANY? August 26th,2017 I had called this company to pick up my van at a repair facility and bring it to my home. upon delivery yes i did ask the driver if he was able to unload it into my single port garage l.the driver was first hesitant to do and suggested to just unload it in my driveway or in the street.i left the option with him and he decided he was capable of unloading with there "shake" manuvour because my battery was completely dead and he was not able to put it in Nuteral (which he told me he did when he picked it up, but I tires have bold spots from being dragged on his flat bed), driver repositioned his truck 3 times. driver felt comfortable that he could have it "shaken straight in the garage.thats when when tried his little technique and for what ever reason his winch was released to fast and my driver side of the vehicle was smashed into the side if my garage. Drive first question was to go me "you are responsible for this right?". He is the driver, the company and driver is both responsible for the vehicle on their truck for loading and unloading properly. I have already spoke to the manager regarding this and the work it all out and he feels that they are only responsible for damage to the vehicle and not my house. At this point I have no option but to pursue legal actions now. The 5 star rating that this company has should be revoked after what happen with my vehicle.you can not blame the customer who doesn't not have control of your company truck. If the driver would of made sure the wheels where straight and not turned to the right then this probly would of not happened. I would double think about using this company before basing them off their 5 start rating read more

My youngest daughter's car broke down and as a mom, I couldn't deal with the anxiety of risking that it would be towed by the city. I was working off of two hours of sleep, I had a conference call at 10a and a plateful of work to complete today. I called Freddy, he got to the location and took the reigns. He was respectful and friendly, and her car was taken very good care of. The service was prompt and smooth and their prices are very reasonable. WOW how amazed was I called at 10:48am asked how long and how much (as I had been waiting since 9am for mechanic to get car started so I looked them up on craigslist since the dealership mentioned I would find some tow truck services on there for reasonable prices) the price was great compared to others but timing was too far out for me so I said thanks anyways. Not even 3 minutes later (10:50am) the guy calls back saying I can pick your car up next it would be about 40 minutes that was perfect since I had to walk back to my car to give the keys to him. Man customer service was great Freddy introduced himself smiles included then asked what's wrong etc. providing great service again I was impressed now a days customer service sucks. He loaded up my car, taking it to the dealership for me, asked who he needed to talk to there, also informed me when my car arrived there. First impressions are key and vital to keep a business going I was very impressed once again. Hopefully I don't have to use the services again but All Star Towing will be my go to and I will definitely refer them out when needed!!! I got into an accident and called my insurance company who connected with All Star Towing. They gave the tow driver the wrong address, but when he called me, he apologized to me for the mistake and said he'd hurry. By the time he got there and loaded my car, Enterprise rental and the body shop were about to close. Rene pleaded with Enterprise to stay open, dropped me off in time (my insurance company had also given him a rental place and body shop way out of my way) then dropped my car off at the body shop with the keys in a drop box. Thanks to Rene, it was as if the accident didn't happen. I have a rental until my car is fixed and I didn't have to miss work. Thank you so much Rene! read more

I am very impressed by this company! Freddy answered all my questions when I called the office to set up an appointment to have my car towed to a repair shop early on a Monday morning - he was extremely helpful and polite. When the day came, Rene called to let me know he was on the way, and then called again to tell me the car was at the shop, and where the keys were located since the shop was not open as yet. Since this was the first time I ever had a car towed, I did not know what to expect. Allstar towing is provider for my roadside assistance provided by my large corporate employer Novo Nordisk Pharmacueticals. Novo Nordisk gets fleets of vehicles for employees a wheels inc is the fleet vehicle service and provides roadside assistance. Allstar towing is provider for wheels inc. My company car broke down in a very unsafe area and i was with my friend. The wheels inc rep told us the tow company provider would pick us up if we felt unsafe. For safety we took uber less than 1/4 mile away and waited for tow. The allstar dispatcher then called and told us the allstar tow driver refused to pick us up at the safer area near the car. We called wheels inc for new tow provider. The lady from wherls inc was pissed. I am putting in more formal complaint at novo nordisk. Allstar towing u obviously do not appreciate having contract w large company w a large amount of employees nor do u appreciate customer service and safety of the drivers. read more
