They lie and then cheat. They put in a faucet which they told me was sigma which was actually a cheap knockoff. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent.

The excuse for the high price was changed several times from fixed rate to couriers to warranty etc neither of which seemed reasonable as I specifically said it wasn't a rush job. Unfortunately I wasn't able to check the part's price before the technician left. I felt like it was pure price gouging and the customer service afterwards was terrible.
