They arrived a bit late due to traffic, and I had a prior obligation, so showed them the tub and the ceiling with the leak. Agreed to resume on Thurs morning for $189 inspection , which will also go towards the cost of repair. Our water heater was making loud noise. It is about time to replace it with a new one. Arman from New Image Plumbing came on the same day and took a throughout check at the problem of the old water heater. He explained to use what the problem was and the problem was not repairable. We decided to replace it. In a short while, Arman came back with the new water heater. He and his coworker Hosa did a great job to place sheets on the hallway and made sure the draining of the water from the old water heater would not cause any problem on our wood floor. They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the area, very efficient and neat. The whole team from back office to the technicians coming out to do the job are very friendly and helpful. Where do I begin?? The guys at New Image Plumbing not only saved me from having to close down my restaurant due to no hot water when my hot water heater stopped working out of nowhere, but they saved me a lot of money compared to others when it came time to pay. The day my hot water heater went out I started to call around to find someone to help me repair it, everyone I contacted that day were "too busy" to come in for an inspection/repair. It's crazy because nobody cared how urgent this matter was to me until I spoke with Armen at New Image. He understood that this was going to hinder my business in these already tough times, so he did his best to assist me and called in a technician on his day off to come check out the unit. Wow thank you Armen and Pierre! Way to go out of your way to provide excellent customer service. Well when they arrived they checked out the unit and told me that yes it can be repaired but it's better off to be replaced because it's only a matter of months before it goes out completely. I had a feeling it would be time to replace the unit considering it had been in use for 20 years. They didn't know the unit was 20 years old until after they recommended I replaced the whole thing, this proved to me they were not trying to make an extra buck and were just being honest and knowledgeable. Then when I told them the age of the unit we all had a good laugh and agreed the time had come. However I still didn't have a working unit and to order one would take a few days. Well New Image to the rescue once again. They happened to have ONE spare unit that would work in place of the unit I had previously. They brought in the brand new unit and had it installed within a couple of hours. When I received the bill I was shocked, expecting it to be way more than it was for all the work they did in such little time. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, and willing to go out of their way to provide excellent customer service! Recommend ten times over! Our old water heater had been acting up for a while and we saw there were like water stains all around it so we figured it had to be changed or fixed. Our neighbors had some work done recently by New Image Plumbing and Rooter and I remembered their bright pink van and called them up. They were very helpful on the phone and worked us in right away. The technician that came out confirmed our water heater was actually spewing water from a broken pipe on the top. He showed us how it wasn't even secured properly either. I had called around for a quote and their price installed was on par with someone else but I liked that he was very thorough and checked other things to be sure it was just the water heater and he explained what was going to be done and replaced. Thankfully they were able to get one fast and installed it quickly with a new gas line and the correct strapping. He did a great job and left everything very clean and neat.
