I couldn't find a vet anywhere that could take an animal in for the first time and found this wonderful baby wandering my neighborhood and pain so I took her to all Tails wagging they nicely invited to be there and took her right in the doctor gave her an ultrasound and several other tests and medication she needed the only ones that would help me. In my experience, Dr. Singh demonstrated a lack of accountability and often appeared to place blame on pet owners or other staff members rather than taking responsibility for situations. I felt that he was quick to judge owners as being uneducated or to suggest they should not own their pets instead of focusing on educating them or working toward the best outcome for the animal. I also observed behavior that, in my opinion, showed less willingness to provide care for certain patients once he formed a negative opinion of either the pet or its owner. From my perspective, his attitude toward an owner sometimes seemed to influence how he interacted with the case, which I found concerning. I believe veterinarians should treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and respect regardless of their personal opinions about the owner. You and your dog aren't just a name or number. They get to know both the pet and the owner. They make every opportunity to see you in a timely manner especially if it is an emergency situation. My experience was unfortunate. Shocked at the level of incompetence and then attitude. Don't get mad at me if you get all the details wrong regarding my pet. It shows you either don't care, don't read or are not paying attention. But to then refuse care to my animal kinda shows the level of maturity at this place. Never got to see the vet so can't speak to that part. But I still get emails saying what a great customer I am when they denied service. Also, most places are weeks out for an appointment. I have had my furbabies taken care of here before. Today, my Enza and Lola were seen today. They have always received care here with so much compassion and you can tell how much he loves animals. Today, was a wellness and shots because we are traveling out of state. He gave them the utmost care and I got emotional. He even offered his services over the phone at no charge if I had any questions or concerns. He said even if it was a 2nd opinion request. He and his staff are amazing. 3.5-4 stars. Overall, we have had a good experience working with Dr. Singh, Dr. Raj, and the rest of the team at All Tails Wagging. I am surprised by the several negative reviews, but they seem to mainly focus on Dr. Tracht, and we never worked with her. There have been a few times that communication and follow up have been less than ideal and frustrating, but that is one of my only issues with their practice. I don't think the rates for services are exorbitant by comparison, and we were never pressured into paying for services and/or medications. In fact, both of the vets we worked with would distinctly recommend we shop for the best price available on meds and supplements. They also made the final transition for our sweet girl as peaceful and client focused possible, and we are eternally grateful for their compassion and support during that devastating loss. read more

It's not surprising that when I took my cat to the emergency room this weekend because we were fired on a Friday and my cat was in critical need of care. They didn't include the previous x-rays to compare. So when I said that they have bad communication, poor communication and then they said that I said that they were incompetent. It's because that's how they're feeling. They said it themselves their office and practice is incompetent to handle the needs of our animals and I bet I'm not the only one. God bless, dr tract I miss that kind of care. Numerous times there has been very bad communication and when I brought it up to the staff, they fired us meaning they called me to tell me that they would no longer be serving Nala's needs because I said their staff was incompetent. What this tells me is that the staff is in fact, incompetent and they are projecting that incompetence onto the clients and the clients are animals in need of very good medical care which unfortunately doesn't seem to be the case with all tails wagging anymore. Which is very unfortunate boy do I miss Ava trapped and very good veterinary medicine boy do I miss those days wholeheartedly Something tells me I'm not the only one. Today when I spoke to them regarding my animals, care or lack of care, following up with the vet isn't an option anymore because of their bad communication, their poor communication none of my fears around my animal were validated as a matter of fact, they invalidated me and they fired me. They fired a sick animal. God forbid a woman is not sweet. Keep sweet. Keep sweet be demure because if you're not, this is what you will be met with. The staff does need competency training they do need nonviolent communication training, de-escalation training you are dealing with animals which can be a heightened state. Can it not you are a veterinary office. You should be able to maintain good communication in your office. should you not? You should have a staff that is competent with dealing with people patients and their animals correct? Is it too much to ask for for good health care systems and good veterinarians like we expect our own doctors to provide. Is it too much to ask for that? That's a question. Thank you doctor Singh and staff . Maximus was having a red eye a couple days before we needed to take our Christmas pictures. We were able to get in pretty quickly. The staff was really nice with him even though it sounded like he was growling. But that's just the Frenchie in him. Dr Singh was very informative of his condition and let me know what needed to be done. The vet assistant brought in a estimate, which broke down the services and cost. I had additional questions such as why Maximus needed an eye stain done. The vet assistant, Tia, was able to answer it thoroughly. His eye is looking so much better and just in time for our annual photo. I will definitely be back for his recheck soon read more

The exam by the girl was friendly and efficient and that's where it ended. I don't know if it was stress shedding as I just brushed my cat but fur was coming out like I've never seen and the vet seemed allergic to her. He never talk to me again he suggested an antibiotic shot which having an animal science degree and previously working for a vet I figured wouldn't do anything, (and I really didn't want her to have antibiotics unnecessarily) but decided to go with the protocol and of course it didn't help the situation. When I came back for the "free follow up exam" which consisted of sitting in the waiting room with a bunch of other people and not be put into an exam room? Why did I put my cat through this and bring her back in?! if that's all you're going to do then just call! Also it's quite puzzling to me why they add on a biohazard fee to everything. It's already expensive and for the shot she had there was a biohazard fee. My same vet came out and talked to a guy about his dogs urinary infection and that they should do a recheck and immediately said there was this giant biohazard fee which everyone could hear. I've never encountered that in 25 years. I had excellent vets before moving here and it's been a complete battle trying to find someone decent. This is Vet number two in a year and vet number three I was hoping to try is not taking any new people because they only have one full-time Vet. Seriously, what does someone have to do to find someone competent and caring and not all about money? My pets have insurance so that's not an issue but where are all the good vets?? They brought one woman's cat out and put it on the floor with a towel over it and the girl rushed back to the back and didn't say a word to anyone. This woman who was also waiting was looking at her phone or whatever and then looked up and thought that it looked a lot like her cats carrier and got up and looked and sure enough it was her cat! It had been sitting there for at least 30 to 40 minutes. She was justified upset by this and asked how long her cat had been sitting there. They tried to say the girl thought she said something but she didn't because I watched the whole thing. And when I said her cat had been there at least 30 minutes because they did not answer her I got a nasty stare from the receptionist . I said I wanted to ask him some questions so they threw me in a room and didn't look at her at all to see if anything had changed with the shot and I was given a phone number and told to go to VCA! Many people's exams were the vet coming out to the waiting room. I found too many things unacceptable to go back. read more

Our 7-y-o McNab Shepherd stopped eating and drinking, and our regular vet had no appointments available. Dr. Singh was able to see our girl. He examined her thoroughly, did labs in-house, gave her an injection, and sent us home with several antibiotics and dietary dog food cans. Our girl is eating and drinking again! The individuals who helped me today were Dr. Tracht, Gish, Johanna and Charlotte and you couldn't have a more professional or experienced team on sight. My dog hates the vet but this team made sure that the experience was professional and handled in a safe and quick manner to ensure the smoothest transaction. I wasn't sure how much the trip would cost but they gave me estimates and were upfront and honest about what would be the best vaccinations. I just got back from bringing my baby Carlos to All Tails wagging. I was so impressed with the compassion and friendly service we received. I bought my cat here for a second opinion. VCA hospital ran down a bunch of fees really quick and rushed me out the door. Vca had no compassion., and they are all about the money. I love this place and I'm going to keep taking Carlos there. The vet is very kind and thoughtful. He's good at his job. The staff is kind. The place is clean.

Do not take your pet here if you care about them. Dr Avra Tracht doesn't care about your animals health and well-being, all she cares about is making more money to take care of her horses. Exorbitantly expensive for a vet and the service you get is not even worth a fraction of the price. She is rude, pushes expensive products, and doesn't give proper aftercare instructions. Maybe she does that so you have to take your broken pet back in and pay her more money? Hm... I brought my cat in for his yearly wellness check, she told me he had a double ear infection and that she was going to put some drops in his ears and sent us on our way. No aftercare instructions. Apparently this medication has the known side effect of deafness and all kinds of other issues. Tracht did not tell us any of this and proceeded with the treatment. When I noticed my cat was sick, couldn't hear, drink, eat or even jump that same night we were told to wait until Monday when she comes back. Fuck that, we took him in the next morning to see the other doctor on staff because he was obviously dying and apparently she put in so much medication it caused his body to have a toxic reaction to it. He is still deaf weeks later. Tracht never followed up. We took him to a new vet and have been talking to many other animal health professionals and not one of them has even used this medication in cats, let alone one who has never had ear issues before. Taking the chance that your pet sees this lady is a risk I am no longer willing to take. Ever since this has happened and I've been talking to people around SR about it, it is clear that we are not the only family effected by Tracht's malpractice and disregard for animal wellbeing. Report her to the CA Vet board when you get a chance to prevent more pain to animals and animal lovers. I wish I knew this ahead of time before she hurt my cat but I hope I can dissuade anyone from bringing their animals here. I really wish I had something good to say about this place besides it being close and convenient. Clearly convenience isn't worth traumatizing and permanently marring your pet. Stay safe out there. Really like having a vet so close, especially this one. My wife woke me up one day telling me something was wrong with our little doggie Lucy. After wiping the sleep from my eyes, (working nights at the hospital) I noticed the right side of her face was a tad bigger than a golf ball. Bummer... Apparently, Lucy likes to chase bees around the backyard and got the worst of one. I had to pay some extra dollars for the appointment, but they saw the dog right away. I could really tell this group of people cared for animals and wasn't just treating Lucy like a paycheck. They suggested a dose of over the counter benadryl next time, (I hope there's not a next time) and see if that helps the swelling before coming in for a shot. Save a guy some money, nice. We like to stop by on walks frequently, they always have treats for Lucy ready. read more

If you like dealing with your HMO you'll love dealing with this place. $50 for a "wellness exam"!! I brought my puppy in for a specific problem and they used the opportunity to pad the bill with as many extras as they could. I left with a $150 bill and a "prescription" for a standard fungal cream found on the open shelf at Walgreen's. They were vague on treatment info and seemed annoyed when I called to get more information about how to treat my puppies condition. i understand the concept of business and the need to make a profit, but they just seem to want to grab as much money as they can get. I cross check prices because I can't afford 100% mark-up. When I found the prescription products that my puppy needs on the internet, All Tails Wagging first delayed an overnight shipment of a product that they specifically told me he needs to cure the condition by not responding in time ( a product that they wanted me to buy from them), and then, in a separate order, they actually blocked a shipment of Heart Guard medication by not picking up the phone at all. Their concern over the competitor's ability to supply products cheaper has actually jeopardized my puppy's health. I have since found a different veterinarian. I found a vet who puts my puppy's health above the profit potential. read more

The check up was $50, which seems sort of steep to me and in the end with 1 wk of meds for my cat we paid nearly $100. For seven years Dr. Tracht and her marvelous staff at All Tails Wagging took care of my lab mix and honestly, I didn't realize how lucky we were to get such excellent care. I have since been to three clinics after moving out of the Santa Rosa area, and the difference is night and day! Dr. Tacht is so much more thorough in the annual exam than any other veterinarian I've seen. She alerts me to things that other vets don't even mention. The clinic staff is totally on top of due dates for annual exams, vaccines and even preventative measures such as Heartgard and flea control. I used to take for granted all the things All Tails Wagging did well. Now I realize that not all veterinarians stay after hours to call clients with test results and detailed explanations. Other vets I've seen don't send reminder cards when exams and vaccines are due. I think almost all veterinary clinics have a friendly staff (as All Tails Wagging does), but what really matters to me is that my pet is being screened and watched for all potential health risks-something at which All Tails Wagging does an superb job. read more

My 16 1/2 year old dog inconveniently got a foxtail up her nose at nearby Spring Lake. I brought her in without an apt and they fit me immediately. Not only was the staff considerate and friendly, but everyone went out of their way to make sure I understood everything. Julie the tech was particularly nice and didn't make me feel silly for wanting to be with my old dog while she was recovering from the anesthetic. They gave her a nail trim while under anesthetic and trimmed her paw fur, uncovering more foxtails. Their care was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable in leaving her in their care. I am a very holistic person, and I don't know how holistic the clinic is, but they didn't try to cram the usual western stuff down my throat while I was there. We travel - a lot. So we have no less than three Vets we use, when needed, up and down the West Coast, LA to Seattle. Visiting relatives in Santa Rosa, our dog needed a nail trim something fierce (he has this one malformed nail that is very hard to trim without drawing blood) so we stopped in to have that done. Although we did not see one of the actual Dr.s, we were very impressed with the staff who handled the work. They were caring and they sincerely listened to our concerns about that nail. If you like to be gouged, this is the vet for you. The first visit was for a final round of puppy shots as the breeder had already given him the first two rounds. The doctor told me I waited too long between shots and need to start all of them all over again, which I did. (I later confirmed with the breeder and another vet I was not late) Every visit they tried to guilt me into more add on procedures which I had to constantly decline. They tried to sell me expensive food they sold form their office. They recommended I put my puppy on heart worm pills that they also sold. I purchased some from them but then found I could buy them at half the price on chewy, so I stocked up. I recently tried to order more but you now need a prescription for them and my new vet was closed because of Covid, so I gave them the phone number for All Tails. When Chewy called to get approval they were rejected and said I needed to bring him for an appointment. This is after they recommended to use the medication. They continue to send me cards saying I am late for follow up vaccines and need to bring him in. I showed my new vet all his records and they confirmed he does not yet need any updates. All these guys care about is how much money they can get out of you. read more

We love All Tails Wagging! The staff there are all friendly and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to take extra-special care of our dogs. We have used many veterinarians in Sonoma County, and we have experienced the best care at this clinic. We started going to All Tails because it is the closest to our home, and I am so glad we found them. Dr. Trach goes above and beyond to determine what is wrong with our 3 dogs when they are sick, and she and her staff do everything they can to try to make them comfortable while treating them. During the current pandemic, they streamlined their service provide curbside delivery and they get our dogs in and out quickly and efficiently when they have appointments, with no risk of exposure. I have to say that each and every one of the people on the staff at All Tails Wagging have always treated my family and my pets with courtesy and respect and have always been very friendly and accommodating.
