Now it got to the point where I was able to access the beef ribs (shaved). If you're expecting real bone in beef ribs it doesn't work that way. The beef from the ribs are shaved and marinaded and I must say, that meat was so good. You didn't even need any of the sauces they give you. They were perfect just the way they are. I also unlocked the garlic butter shrimp. The shrimp is a nice size but I think you nearly have to be a pro to peel those. I had a little trouble peeling them because it seems as though the shells were stuck on the shrimp. However once I did, the shrimp was really good! If you're not a good eater or just going to eat 2 helpings, don't pay that extra price because you will be wasting money. Afterwards you won't be able to justify why you spent $42 with tip included on a meal. The day I went, if It was Ala carte, I probably would have spent close to $70 on everything I had. Reading other recent review on Yelp, it seems like there's been an owner change. There are 3 different options. Option A only has 2 beef options, the rest is pork and chicken. So we opted for Option B at $34.99. There are a variety of side dishes included radish, bean sprouts, kimchi, macaroni salad, and japchae. The meats are still good quality. Pork belly and brisket have a good meat to fat ratio... minimal fat really. Staff was nice however, was very slow bringing out the meats. Not sure if it's the server's fault or the kitchen's, but there was a lot of time in between where we're ready for the next meat, but it had yet to arrive at the table. This becomes a problem since you're allotted 90 min. Tip: 10% off for cash payments! We did Option B which was a good price, $35 for all you can eat bbq is a steal tbh so we were happy with that. The meat selection and quality of meat was really good too. We got the beef bulgogi (staple) and the Cajun chicken. Our favorite was definitely the bulgolgi but the Cajun chicken was good as well. Tjeu cook the meat for you which I didnt mind but if you're into the experience that's something to note. They brought out sides for the table but they are pretty small so if you're with a large group you'll definitely have to call them to reup more often. The only downside was the service. Me and my friends went to eat out at an all you can eat for 90 minutes for our friends birthday and first orders came out but after we ordered more, they would wait more than 10 minutes n which they would waste your time and not serve as much as you expect. This is a nice open place with many vent hoods and good circulation -so no smoke. I met a client here wanting Korean bbq so was looking forward to it. I've only been done to others before they were quite large so wanted to get started because it can take a long time if you're on a run. The service is good but there is a definite lack of communication due to language barrier. I think that along with the mask made it a little difficult to follow along the menu to find out what to start with and what is included in the lunch or dinner specials. We were pretty much at the mercy of our waitress who is very attentive and tried her best to communicate to us what we were eating and what the dips were. Unfortunately my guest was one of those picky eaters and I'm not sure if she ate very much at all but while I was eating salad and get my first brisket, I quickly dipped it in the spicy sauce it was very tasty! These are very thin slices which was different to me but I was able to make a nice meal with all the sides already on the table. Potatoes, thin radish slices are used as a wrap for the meat and spice and put a kimchi cucumber on top! Tasty bite!! We came late at 1 o'clock and the place was pretty quiet. Bottom line: Would not recommend. While service is nice and price is fairly cheap, food is very low quality. I'd rather pay extra money for better quality food. Atmosphere: Low-light ambience. We got the lunch menu and there was only one dish I enjoyed and it was part of the banchan. The salad was nice and crispy and the dressing was better than most other places I've been to recently. The spicy pickled vegetables were different in taste. It was hard to say exactly how it was different, but it was good. The radishes, kimchee, cheese corn, and egg soufflé were painfully bland. The rice felt very cheap texture-wise. The soybean paste soup was average. The sweet sauce looked like the standard you'd find at any other kbb, but it was somehow different in a way that I didn't like. The thicker sauces were better. Beef brisket was over cooked and very bland. Spicy beef brisket was tough and super salty(too much marinade), but it had a nice spice kick to it. The beef bugolgi had great flavor but was so mushy. Texture was bad. The soy squid was the only protein I didn't have any complaints about. Cooked perfectly with a nice Smokey flavor. Top blade steak was super dry and bland. Service: Our waitress was the kindest and most nurturing person. She was so polite and for the most part very punctual. The only problem I had was that while she said we could cook ourselves, she insisted for safety reasons that we allow her to cook for us. This resulted in over cooked meat and a lack of privacy for me and my companion as in-between orders, we could see her staring at us from 10-15 feet away after we'd say we needed a minute which was a bit uncomfortable. The unique meat selections and 10% off discount with a cash payment were really great (if only I had known beforehand). If you go on the weekends, they will charge you dinner prices regardless if it's during lunch time -- that was not so great. I think this place will be my favorite Korean BBQ spot due to the unique meat selection: spicy beef brisket, top blade steak, and thin pork belly. There was also the soy bean stew that was unique. We didn't get to try it. We just didn't want to waste any food as we tried to stuff our faces of all the meat choices. Since there's only one set price, which is actually cheaper than some other spots, you get a wider selection which includes shrimp and squid (spicy or soy sauce flavorings). Plus, it's on charcoal that was switched out pretty often. We also liked how they asked us if we wanted rice. Uh. No. We want meat! Lol. If it was provided, I might have eaten a quarter of it since it was there. But since they asked, we chose not to get it so it wouldn't be a waste of food. And I just noticed the scorched rice option. Interesting... The poor lady who serviced our side was juggling about 5 tables when lunch ramped up. But she consistently was around to cook the food. Was she quick about things? 8/4/19 Update: I came in here on a Sunday night celebrating my a family member's birthday. We had a huge party of 6. The booth we were seated at was perfect as it had 2 grills so we can get fed faster. Lol. It was quite busy here tonight. Spoke to the super friendly manager who said they have really picked up in business and have hired new additional help. I am really happy to see this place make it. The service here is top notch. They all work super hard and hustle to help you get whatever you need in a super fast manner. I went ahead got the cheese corn(my favorite),steam egg, and other sides. I went ahead and order the beef brisket, beef ribs, marinated ribeye steak, soy sauce pork belly, shrimp, and spicy squid. All my family members loved all the meats and seafood. Everybody loved the shrimp. The shrimp seasoning here is just the best I have ever had out of all the Korean BBQ places around. Their side dishes are top notch. Fish cakes, kimchi cucumber, veggie pancake, cheese corn, and steam egg is my fav side dishes here. This place should be rated 5 stars from the excellent service, quality of meat, variety of good quality side dishes, awesome grill quality(strong fire), and only for the price of $25 (AYCE). Korean BBQ can be the same in terms of style. Some places offer their meals in the a la carte fashion and others (my preferred style of service) offer the All You Can Eat option of which I appreciate far more in terms of getting what you pay for and as a guy that loves his protein fix, AYCE is definitely the way to go. In the sense that Korean BBQ conceptually is one in the same, the thing to look out for is definitely service and meat quality. That being said, All That Korean BBQ is worth checking out. Located in Suwanee, it's right in the plaza where the former Iron Guys was located. In fact, All That Korean BBQ is going to have to have stiff competition in the next few months but hopefully they can stay afloat and offer up better service as they see fit to attract and retain people's attention in the Buford/Lawrenceville/Johns Creek/Suwanee area. I will say they are pretty typical. The environment is pretty industrial with low lights, classic gas/charcoal grills, and a very great circulation of servers. They could use better vents because when I ordered the shrimp, it smoked the whole place to where they had to open the doors for a bit. I will say that the servers per table is pretty overwhelming. We had about 3 for our one table which is a bit off putting since they try to talk to us while cooking our meat. We had our meats flipped probably a good 13 times between 3 servers and the lack of intra-communication between the three servers made them loose focus on which meat goes where and we've had our meat orders hit the wrong table at least 4 times during our 2 hour meal. Yes... there is a 2 hour time limit to how long you can stay and eat. I can understand that but that precedent was never set so be mindful of that when you have a large group as each person is probably dropping $35 or so plus drinks. The meat quality of the place is good. I will say that have too many marinated meats and the marinades they use are rather sweet to the point where the sugars really affect the grill. Some of the marinated meat actually affected the taste of the actual meat and really did not do much for me. The sides though are great! My family went around 1:45 so that we can avoid the lunch or dinner crowds. It was a perfect time. Service was great, and staff were friendly and attentive. They came by all the time to help us. My kids really liked all the food. There's only one menu now with lower price for Lunch: $24.99. You get the dinner meat choices which is a lot better because you can get galbi and marinated rib-eye. All That Korean BBQ (Gogiya) is a great, affordable charcoal KBBQ restaurant in the Suwanee Duluth area. Most restaurants around the same price range only offer gas/electric grills whereas locations that offer charcoal grills will cost more. For those that haven't tried, charcoal grilled KBBQ gives the meat a smokier and more natural taste than your average KBBQ. As of April 2019, AYCE for lunch is $18/person and dinner is $25. The manager did tell me these were grand opening prices and will eventually increase. It's located in the same plaza as Iron Guys and seems pretty unassuming at first (note: the sign says Gogiya). The restaurant is small and family owned, David (manager) and his family recently moved from California to start the business. They're very welcoming and easy going, I got to know David during my first time there and he explained the ins and outs of managing a KBBQ chain. I have gotten the lunch AYCE twice now, though the traditional Korean food menu seems nice and affordable and the dinner AYCE just had a few more meat options. They do impose a 2 hour limit on AYCE if you happen to be a slow eater. During my first visit, the restaurant was pretty empty with only 4-5 booths filled, whereas my second visit the restaurant was busier and half the booths were filled. For AYCE, they will first light the charcoal on fire which will take a couple minutes to burn, just be ready for the flame as its a bit shocking/frightening to newcomers. Their selection of side dishes is pretty decent, around 8 or so varieties of pickled veg, steamed veg, kimchi, tofu, radish wraps, and fish cakes. The kimchi was fresh and my favorite was their spicy cucumber. You can also order other sides like tossed salad, cheese corn, tofu/kimchi soup, and rice. Just note they don't serve purple rice (a bummer), leaf lettuce, rice wrappers, or puerilla leaves. The cheese corn is also pre-cooked on a tray and not alongside the grill. You can't get an egg moat either and they don't serve raw garlic cloves. There are four sauces to dip from: salt, a sweet fish sauce, sweet chili (samjang), and soybean paste (gochujang). The spicy ones aren't too hot and my favorite was the chili sauce. If you do get soda (or redeem dat Yelp free drink) you will get it in a can. Hot tea and water are complimentary. I thought the quality of meat was great. Their brisket is definitely one of the better ones I've had and had great marbling and not too much extra fat. Their brisket is sliced thinner than other places which I preferred. Pork belly was great and not too chewy. Their spicy marinated brisket was interesting, a little too strong of a salty/sweet flavor for me. My biggest issue unfortunately was the quality of service. During my first visit the manager grilled my food and the meat was cooked perfectly. My second visit however a different server, likely a new employee, grilled for me. Several times he would neglect my grill and the meat was even burned and overcooked. I tried a few times to grill on my own but the server eventually removed the utensils from the table and placed them out of reach from me. I might be doing a less than stellar job grilling but at least I'm able to watch when the meat is ready. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the restaurant was understaffed but putting the grilling utensils out of reach was a little rude. The server also wasn't great in English so I had a difficult time communicating with him. The restaurant has a few kinks it needs to work out but is overall a great KBBQ option in the area. It's pretty much the only AYCE place you can get charcoal grilled meat for under $20. David and his family are doing a great job and hopefully they can make a name for themselves in the already saturated KBBQ market. read more

I came here around 1:30-ish on a Sunday but they only had the dinner menu available ($30 per). Pretty pricey but a good price for all the options that you have available to you. Didn't get to go through the whole meat selection but had the beef bulgogi, brisket, marinated steak, and pork belly (personal favorite of the 4). Also ordered the spicy squid which was great, more of a mild spice rather than total spice. The cheese corn and steamed egg were amazing and served sizzling hot. It was also nice how these sides were given to us (party of 4) as 2 dishes each - so each side of the table had their own plates to share, although you can ask for just 1 dish of the side. Tried the stews as well and they were great! One thing that I wish they had were spicy rice cakes, but everything else made up for it. We came in and we were greeted then our temperatures were taken. Loved that! We were seated and they added more dividers and it looks beautiful and made me feel so much more comfortable. We don't go out much so the dividers made a difference as far as comfort. The staff were all wearing a masks. The food were soo amazing! It reassured us that the quality did not change even though the economy changed. We are so thankful we came back. A few weeks ago we tried Iron Age at Buford and it was ok, but this place definitely still gets a 5 star. We are excited to come back. Our server this time was Jason. We stop for one night in Hotlanta, every year, on our way to NC for vacation. We stop specifically to get our annual fix of Korean BBQ, as there are no KNBQ places anywhere near home. We try a different place each year. Today we hit All That Korean BBQ for lunch. They use charcoal grills, which smoke a little and heat the place up, a little. But to us, it just adds to the experience (and the flavor). After all, KBBQ is not just about the food - it's also about the experience. Great food.
