The shopping center was easy to find with plenty of parking. All That Pho is well lit and when we walked in, we were promptly greeted. Four of us was seated right away with menu on the table the minute we sat down. Server asked us if we wanted to order any drinks, we asked for four waters and was brought out right away. We ordered two pho, lemongrass chicken and beef rice dish. Both of pho was flavorful with plenty of noodles. The beef rice dish was good , the beef was surprisingly tender. The red rice have the rice texture and consistency, but could have a bit more flavor, this could be solved by adding some seasoning from the condiments tray. The lemongrass chicken was good, with the sunny-side up egg to my liking. The staff was friendly and paid attention to the customers needs. I will definitely come back here again. read more

Came here a few days after grand opening. This is actually the first pho restaurant I dined at since I moved to west co. Food was AMAZING. Service is great, the staffs are friendly and the bosses are attentive and fun. This place nailed the menu, it isn't the typical 40+ items menu which can be tough for some people. I like it short and simple and they got that. The interior is designed well, modern, comfortable, clean and not too big. It has a nice feel with Vietnamese arts on the wall. Was in the area doing some grocery shopping when I noticed this place had a grand opening sign, after speaking with the owner Ben he mentioned It was their first day and lucky for me I just happened to be in the right place at the right time, I ordered the House special pho with a passion fruit green tea and let me begin to say Wow! The flavor was amazing! When that broth hits your palate you know It was made with the most authentic ingredients and more importantly made with love. They really took their time to perfect this delicious heart warming bowl of pho. I can honestly say I will frequent this business as it Is by far one if not the best pho place in Baldwin park. Give this place a try and you will not leave disappointed, they were very generous with the portion size and every bite had more than enough meat, the staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered because I was hungry for Vietnamese food. I got the vermicelli pork bowl but found the meat and egg rolls to have way too much pepper for my test. The noodles were good and the mango drink I ordered along my food was too. I'm thinking the pho is good because they was a lot of people when I passed by last time. I am a repeat customer! I really like their grilled pork dishes. Their lemongrass chicken is not bad either. I would not recommend their seafood noodle though, not when you can order some of their better tasting dishes. The lady at the cashier who may be the owner, not sure, is nice and friendly. The food and drinks are phenomenal and would for sure eat here again!! Service was always attentive, and when not, it was because they were busy with 8 tables, take out, and drinks, so it is understandable that the 3 servers were busy. When they did see us, they apologized and told us how they had a full house, and if wanted, we could wait in line or simply ask for takeout. We waited, and when it was our turn, they treated us with utmost respect and even apologized to us again. 2nd time eating at this pho restaurant and I can say from the first time and this visit that food quality tasted the same delicious way. The broth is clean and has just about the right balance of flavor. The only gripe I have is I'm not too big on tendons so I wish the flank didn't have so much of that chewy part to it's meat but I know a lot of people who like that so, just depends I guess. I insisted on taking my parents (both 80 and over) to celebrate my birthday & we rushed over because we didn't get home until after 7p. I tried to call the restaurant to reserve a table but no answer. When I waste gas to drive them there (they can't walk distances) we arrived at about 7:30 p.m. I did not know about the policy of not seating customer half an hour before closing because nowhere online is that posted. When we came in, no one greeted us minutes on end, including the 2 waiters walking by to take food orders. Finally, a lady walked out from the counter and asked if we were ordering to go. I answered that we had 3 people, and my parents had to sit at the handicapped table in front while waiting for a waitress. She adamantly said "We don't seat people after 7:30 pm," knowing that we arrived at about that time and were simply waiting for them to sit. I had to explain to my parents in Vietnamese, while the attendant heard me explaining the situation and saw how disappointed my parents were but she did not bother to call the owner to check if they are willing to allow a family a few minutes later than "closing time." Operating hours posted outside are 11-8 daily, and we relied on that. I would not have wasted gas or insisted on celebrating my birthday there with my parents to support their grand opening if I knew the policy. I left asking for the owner's email contact and they said that is their policy, so I didn't have any other way of expressing our disappointment. I am a BP HS teacher and was thinking of trying the food out before asking the owners to hold a fundraiser there for a club I advise, but that chance is gone considering this frustrating experience. read more
