However, we were told they stop seating guests after 8:30 PM and that arriving at 8:24 was "too close" to that cutoff. This was frustrating and confusing, as we technically arrived before their stated seating deadline. We dine here frequently and have always enjoyed our experiences, which made this situation especially disappointing. Being turned away despite arriving within what appears to be the acceptable window felt misleading and uncharacteristic of the service we've come to expect. If the kitchen or staff need to stop seating earlier than what customers would reasonably expect based on closing time, that policy should be made much clearer upfront. Great location right off the 10 fwy located in an outdoor mall with plenty of parking and Tesla supercharging. I love pho but I've never had Pho as amazing as theirs! O M G!!! This location appears like one of those small hole in the wall places that is an absolute hidden gem. Their food is SO SO good. Atmosphere is totally casual with music playing. All the employees I have encountered are exceptional. It is obvious this place is known and has its regulars. Many dine in their small dining area and many order out for pick up. The place is small but it doesn't seem to run out of customers. The ambiance is ordinary with a no-frills vibe. We ordered the following: Egg rolls - 3/5 They were just so-so compared to other egg rolls I've tasted in other Vietnamese restos. They scrimped on the lettuce (notice in the picture that they just give 2 pieces of lettuce leaves, and just cut each in half so there are 4 halves for each of the 4 egg rolls) to be wrapped around it. I just asked for more lettuce leaves. Seafood pho - 3/5 This was our first time to order pho in seafood form as we always ordered the regular pho with beef. The taste neither disappointed nor dazzled us. We just enjoyed the hot broth since it was a rainy and cold day. I had to ask for the leaves (mint, etc.), lime and bean sprouts to be added to it since the server didn't give us any. With that in mind, they moved fairly quickly to get you seated and food out to your table in a timely manner. As you can see in the photo, my boyfriend ordered The charbroiled chicken plate, which was so good that he ate it so quickly I was unable to get a photo of it. Food has always been good those two times I have ate here but I almost didn't want to eat the food on this last visit (3/6/2026) and almost gave them a three stars for cooks sneeze attacks. Don't come here at 8:30 pm and think you will be guaranteed food or a seat. I seen them turn away about three people but allowed people that had ordered online pick up their food. I would say get here before 8:30 pm or call by your food online before 8:30 pm to guarantee your food being ready to pick up. The place needs to get his cook to take some allergies OT medicine.
