My old front-door key wouldn't lock the door, so I called Idan on Sunday morning, and he arrived at my house within 25 minutes. He was friendly and tried to repair the old cylinder (cheaper,) before determining that we had to replace the part. My old cylinder was probably 50 years old. He had the part stocked in his van, and had it installed within 20 minutes- and didn't even charge me for the two extra keys he made. Explained everything he was doing, and how the locked worked. I can't say enough how great Edan is with his work. Our front door lock was broken and I was fortunate to still have his card from years back when we moved in and had him change all the locks.
