We've had 2 other locksmiths out to work on our cheap balky front door lock. One was so-so and the other a rip-off. Given our locksmith history I relied on Yelp and found All The Best Locksmiths. Went to the new place on N Tustin and explained the situation Parts were ordered and Edon followed up just like he promised. It took a couple of days for the part to come in and he came out the next day. There was 1 screw that someone broke, me?, and neither of the other locksmiths bothered to remove it. Edon made quick work of it and everything should be fine for a long time. As a side note: Home Depot custom metal doors are great but if you get one see if you can order w/o the Weslock door handles. Gentleman was so nice even followed me home to try to help me with my house keys since I was locked out but unfortunately he did not have the right tools to help so called someone else to help me out. We are so thankful for Edan today! After walking into the garage my 85 pound German Shepherd jumped on the door after it closed and locked the deadbolt with his paw (it's the 3rd time he's done it). Mike came to a residence and changed out a series of locks. He was fast, professional, and really reliable. He works hard, and is very personable at the same time. He has a lot of experience and I would trust Mike with my residence or my business. I'd highly recommend Mike to anyone and plan on utilizing him for other commerical places we manage. I've had experienced with others, and I just don't think it is the same. They either don't show up, overcharge on services you don't need, and you question whether it was done properly. I had lost my car keys and was also locked out of my car, so the plan was for him to open it and then make me a new key. Although he had extra trouble with the process (the new key became jammed and after pulling it out, the key hole locked up entirely and wouldn't even turn--he had to completely dismember the steering wheel area to un-jam it, which he expected to take over an hour (luckily it wasn't that long), but did NOT charge me for at all), he was super relaxed, pleasant, professional and very efficient. What more can I say that other reviewers have not? Idan was very professional, nice, and a pretty cool guy! It's been some time that I've wanted to write a review, he's that cool. My husband and I had just bought our house and our garage door didn't come with a automatic garage door opener. Therefore, we were using a key to manually pull it up. So, last week it wouldn't open. Called the garage door repair guy, they came out and said we needed a locksmith. Hence, I turned to yelp for help. Called up Idan, he came by the next day. He used this pretty neat camera to find out that it was the wires inside the garage that was the problem, not the lock. There is no way into the garage besides a small hole in the back. I have a detached garage next to my backyard. Anyhow, our two dogs like to poop in the alleyway behind the garage. So, imagine my embarrassment when he walked out back and was assaulted by mass amounts of poop and the smell was bad. I had forgotten to tell my kids to pick up the weeks poop yesterday. If it was possible, I would rate this company 10 stars! I have a habit of locking myself out of things - my house, car, garage... You name it and I'll lock myself out of it. Lol. The second to last time I locked myself out of my place, I called a random locksmith and was told over the phone that it would cost $60 but once they came and spent TWO minutes opening the door, they charged me $250 for the so called "express" service (even though it took them over two hours to come over). So needless to say, when I locked myself out of my place yesterday, I was apprehensive about the locksmith I was calling and how much they would actually charge me. He didn't charge an initial fee to scope out my lock situation because he was already in the neighborhood. He told me what i needed to get from Home Depot and was fine with me texting him pictures with questions. He did upsell me on a multi-lock but there was no pressure...I told him I wanted whatever he had for his house. He showed me his housekey and after telling me about the system, I decided to go for it. The best part: he told me he'd give me a discount for mentioning Yelp. I didn't notice it so I wrote a check with the non-discounted amount. he could have stayed silent but instead he refunded me the difference with cash on the spot. That's serious honesty right there. I finally came here based on reviews and they identified that there were issues with my original key after I already got back home.
