Second time here after my initial visit having them put on some Continentals that I had purchased on-line in which they did a great job with a short wait time. Fast forward arriving the day before Thanksgiving as my wife's car needed new tires. Called them at 1 pm and spoke with Al who said it was not busy and to come on in as he had some Uniroyals which are affiliated with Michelins without the name and had good reviews for an all purpose tire. I called the shop and Alan Jesue was extremely responsive and helpful. the shop obtained the 4 Primacy MXM4 all season traction tires needed for my Infiniti M37, balancing the new tires, installed without issue, and had my car ready in the time stated, in fact 15 minutes sooner! Just okay. What I really REALLY [boldface] REALLY don't like in auto places of any sort is unfriendliness--a feeling that they're doing you some special favor. Lack of eye contact. Lack of explaining what the hell is going on with your problem. It's kind of a San Francisco thing to treat customers badly, but there are good exceptions like Sam's Auto Repair on Potrero. Horrible Customer service and lousy diagnostic service.I had to come back to the shop 3 times and deal with the rudest front desk personnel and they still didn't fix the problem. The auto tech was very professional. That's a fact but the voice of the company needs to take a vacation and rejuvenate himself. $100 diagnostic fee, $3000.00 for the front suspension work and I still hear noise. The shop replace the front break pads for free for the inconvenience and even that didn't go well. Now I have to replace my front pads because they squeak. I got a flat tire around the area & i made a stop here in ALL TIRE general auto repair. They said my front tires are worn out. So i ordered two brand new tires here. When i came home i realize they installed one of the tire wrong. Directional tire suppose to point forward not backward. I also realize i paid $100 or more. They dont price match. Worst customer service. My car was supposed to be ready the Wednesday before thanksgiving. I called at 1pm by chance to see if it was ready earlier than the time promised. There was no answer at the shop. I when by the shop an hour later and they were closed. In observance of the holiday I was unable to get a hold of them until Monday morning. At 7:36 AM I called to check the status of my vehicle. The man response was was given with annoyance saying it was ready. I asked when it was ready and why wasn't anyone contacted when it was. Instead of saying I'm not sure I'm not apart of the afternoon crew or that he wasn't there I was given more attitude. There are plenty of shops out there that will do a good job, contact you assign as your car is ready without treading you poorly or speaking to you in a disrespectful tone. I bought them less than a year ago from Costco but said ok because they said it was shredded from the inside. I paid $1000 total a year ago for 4 new tires including install. Upon arrival I was given the bill and it was $418.82 for 1 tire. I said wow that's expensive. One of the workers then ask me about the motorcycle/slingshot I drove in and said "how's that piece of shit"? Are you kidding me ?? The owner was standing right there and didn't say anything. They're crooks, first they took my car for a 'ride' not a test run I got two calls from friends saying they saw some guy driving my car pretty far from the shop, like a different neighborhood! Second, he gave me a price them upped the price a few hundred dollars more for another person to look it over, I told him no to this other person/charge as I know it wasn't necessary. Third, when I got home my car was leaking trany fluid, this morning there was a puddle I got under the car and the plug is missing from the transmission. They were working on my breaks not the transmission. This was retaliation for not letting him take advantage of me and questioning the extra charge for the brakes. We live in solano county and took my small children to the city. While heading back I noticed my tire pressure sensor told me my right front tire was going flat. I was worried because It was raining and I was not familiar with the area. Pulled over and did a quick search for tire shops and found that All Tire was the closest to my location. These guys are my go to for all things tires. They are always so sweet and ready to roll you in and out. There are so many potholes in SF and my car has had some bad lucks being banged up by them since I have oversized rims and thin sports tires. On more than one occasion they got at least several more years out of my rims by simply hammering a bent rim in place so my tires stop leaking instead of taking my 800 dollars to replace a rim. They just sent me on the road not even asking a hug for a payment. I literally disintegrate my rear left tire 3 Sundays ago while driving on 101 S (nothing was left but the rim). I needed to get a replacement for the spare that AAA had put in, so I called All Tires on Monday morning and spoke to Larry. He didn't have my tire in stock, but said he could order it from the warehouse and he would be able to get it that same day! At 3 PM I received a call from Jr. letting me know my tire had arrived. I arrived there at 5 PM, and was out of there by 5:15 PM. Who hoo! My tire was $134.99 on Good Year's website. I got it for $126.99 from All Tire, so great pricing as well! read more

Do not take your vehicle here! Dishonest and rude. I had a tire repaired and requested my tires be rotated on my vehicle. When I received my vehicle back, they only rotated the left side tires and not the right side tires. How did I know this? Because there was makeup in-between the tire tread on the right rear tire only, which was there from two weeks prior. There was a tube of makeup on the street right next to the curb when we went to visit a friend and I ran over it and it squirted on that tire only. My girlfriend was there at the time it happened and we both looked at it. The manager Al insisted they rotated the tire. If you rotated it why was the tire on the same axle in the same spot as when I dropped it off? Idiot. Instead of owning their mistake, he wants to waste my time pulling video footage to try and prove he is right. Do not waste my time, you are wrong. I was refunded my money for that portion of the service, but the ignorance of this person to sit there and basically call me a liar was disrespectful and a demonstration of poor customer service. read more

These guys were super nice and professional. Two of our tires had problems on a holiday- one we thought was a leak, and another that we couldn't fill up at the gas station. We took it to All Tire and were assisted immediately. We were told the repair would take about an hour. When we got back, they told us that they'd checked the leaky tire and found no leaks. They also had no problem filling up the other tire. We left with filled tires and they insisted on not charging anything. We really appreciated their honesty and friendliness. Don't give your business to them,they're thieves and incompetent! Went there cause of a nail in my tire and wanted a repair. They charged me 50$ and sent me on my way only for the alarm to come back few days later with a "low tire pressure" on my screen. I went back and they said there was a new tear near the patched one. I told them it hasn't even been a week since my last visit and my car was parked in parking most of it. So there's no way there's a new tear. He responded kinda rude and I said I'm just gonna take my car somewhere else. A visit to dealership and I find out the pressure was simply off and they fixed it for me no charge, all tire also broke the key that's used to open my tire because they didn't have the right equipment to deal with a Range Rover and I only found out because of my visit to second place. read more

All of the guys I've dealt with over the years have been helpful -if sometimes a bit rough around the edges -I mean that in a good way as they are just guys who work in cars - not a softer type of business! My winks at Al who ALWAYS greets me with a smile and seems to be a happy guy! I have never felt ripped off or treated poorly. I've had everything from super fast cars- SRT8 Magnum I'm thinking of you , to Tacoma 4x4 to SUV's fair prices and good follow up whenever a concern came up. Last week something on the highway punctured my back tire at night. The next morning I drove over early, they checked and didn't have the same kind of tire but had a better one that they gave me wholesale pricing on, and got it taken care of in about an hour while I walked over and got coffee nearby.
