New tires on my Infiniti M37 car!
    Bob H.

We had a set of tires that were beyond their lifespan with one having a slow leak and a few plugs. I called the shop and Alan Jesue was extremely responsive and helpful. the shop obtained the 4 Primacy MXM4 all season traction tires needed for my Infiniti M37, balancing the new tires, installed without issue, and had my car ready in the time stated, in fact 15 minutes sooner! I was pleased with their professionalism, courtesy, and love the warranty and free rotation service for my purchased tires.

I got a flat tire around the area & i made a stop here in ALL TIRE general auto repair. They said my front tires are worn out. So i ordered two brand new tires here. When i came home i realize they installed one of the tire wrong. Directional tire suppose to point forward not backward. I also realize i paid $100 or more. They dont price match. If you're looking for best price go to america's tire or costco. The mechanics are nice but the employee in the office are rude & grumpy. Also they offer no warranty for overprice tires. If something happen they will charge you $60

Stay away from this shop unless you want to get ripped off!! I brought my car here to get my rims swapped out. They informed me that one of my tires needed to be replaced. I bought them less than a year ago from Costco but said ok because they said it was shredded from the inside. I paid $1000 total a year ago for 4 new tires including install. Upon arrival I was given the bill and it was $418.82 for 1 tire. I said wow that's expensive. One of the workers then ask me about the motorcycle/slingshot I drove in and said "how's that piece of shit"? Are you kidding me ?? The owner was standing right there and didn't say anything. I said I love that piece of shit and said thank you. I guess I won't be bringing piece of shit back or my business to this joke of a establishment. No wonder this place is empty. Take your business to Rollingstock and get treated with respect and people who actually know what they are doing

We live in solano county and took my small children to the city. While heading back I noticed my tire pressure sensor told me my right front tire was going flat. I was worried because It was raining and I was not familiar with the area. Pulled over and did a quick search for tire shops and found that All Tire was the closest to my location. Advised of my situation and was told to come on by. With little air left in the tire, I managed to drive and make it to all tire. I was greeted promptly and they took me in right away. Literally as I walked in the door! The tech took the car in immediately! Thank you All Tire for the customer service and sense of urgency to get my family back on the road. A++++!

My tire is getting love handles time for a change at All Tire!

Since I was already there, I went ahead with the tires they had available. About 20 minutes after leaving, I told my husband what happened and he said I should have waited to get the same set of Bridgestone tires. I had no idea, since I'm not knowledgeable about tires. I immediately called Johnny back and asked if I could speak to a manager to see if they could make an exception since I had just left the shop. He told me that once the tires leave the shop, they are considered used--even though they sell used tires--and that the only option would be to purchase a new set. That would have cost me about $700 more, on top of the $300 I had already spent, totaling around $1,000. I was disappointed they couldn't make any adjustment, especially since no guidance or recommendations were provided upfront--Johnny only mentioned that Bridgestone wasn't in stock. These options weren't discussed when I called the day before either. As a customer, I relied on their expertise, and I feel important information that could have helped me make a better decision was missing. Because of that, the overall experience was disappointing, especially after my husband had left a good review.

They are super short staffed, and the gentleman at the front desk is super frustrated because his hands are tied. The manager was there for a little bit and then disappeared, and I basically wasted three hours on my day off just to have absolutely nothing under my car. I'll give it zero out of zero stars if I could, not to speak ill of the employees because I did not have a bad interaction with any of them, but I'll speak ill of the management and how they're running this business. Don't go unless you're planning on waiting 5 to 6 hours or more for an oil change. They have a great deal where they'll give you 25 bucks off of the oil change, and then they'll send you a $25 gift card, but it's kind of useless if you can't get your damn oil changed lol Go somewhere else.

Because of my concern with the tire I was in a scramble to find a place and I drive by wheel works everyday to go to work. The evening before I had called and asked if they had my tire in stock, which they said they did, so I let them know I'd come in the morning. A technician looked at my car and told me my tire was fine and the damage was just cosmetic and he did not recommend changing the tire. So I left thinking my tire was fine. A few days later I looked at my tire again and saw exposed wire, so I called back to let them know I think the technician was wrong. The person I spoke to on the phone, Tim, was extremely rude. I asked him if they had my tire in stock for replacement (again) and he said no. I asked why I had been told they did and he said "whoever you spoke to falsified that", it was literally Tim who I spoke to when I first called. All in all the service was very unprofessional, careless, and could've been a major safety issue. I was able to get my tire changed at a locally owned shop. I highly recommend staying away from chain shops and supporting smaller businesses.
