Came in for an oil change. Arrived at 9:40am on a weekday and there was one car ahead of me so the entire experience was about an hour (waiting for one car and then doing my oil change). Just under $80 all inclusive. After the oil change, the mechanics informed me about a couple other things they recommend I address with my car. They provided me with quotes for visibility but didn't pressure me to complete the services which I appreciated I.e on was a filter change which I can do in my own. The person I spoke with was super responsive, helpful, and didn't hesitate to take me in--asked me to come by right away. When I arrived, they were polite and got the service done quickly. I found this place on yelp looking for a spot near work to patch my tire, stupid nail. The parking is not too great but since it was still morning they were not busy. Only hand to drive around the block once because Muni's bus stop was right there and they had a quick delivery. Once I parked they quickly removed my tire, pulled out the nail and bolted my tire back on and graciously checked the pressure on all my tires. Thankfully the nail didn't puncture through my tire and didn't have to pay a thing. Thank you guys for your quick service and human kindness. It's hard to find a good and trusting mechanic shop. Bayshore Auto is the place for all my car troubles. Randy is so thorough and give great resources if he can't help you. Update: have brought several cars here for various maintenance matters. Price is always fair, service is fast and timely, convenient location, what's not to love? Randy and his team does a great job. A nail has been in my run flat tires for a couple months now. Been too lazy to get it fixed, and definitely too broke to get it replaced (especially when they're brand new tires). Anyways, it has gotten to the point where my weekly air fill ups have become a daily thing, and this morning when I started the car the pressure was ridiculously low. I'm all for risking it, but not like that. Anyways, found this place on yelp and decided to drop by. Fast, efficient, friendly, and economical. $18 bucks to plug the hole, in and out in 20 minutes...I'm talking about the tire. I have been going to this shop whenever I needed tire work such as installing a new tire or removing a tire from a rim. They usually do the work right away while I'm there. I went by today to find the place all locked up at 10 am. There are still cars on the premises but nobody was around. I think they might have closed. I spoke to someone on the phone today. Awesome service. They were able to fit me in for an oil change last minute. The mechanic also found several issues that my last mechanic had not. They didn't pressure me at all into getting those things done, but I made an appointment with them because I feel I can really trust them. The prices are very reasonable and they are super efficient! Most other places make you wait all day and you're stuck without a car, but I just waited there and it was done in 30 minutes. They said my next service there would only take about 45 min. Overall, great service, efficient, and the mechanic is very thorough and knowledgeable. It can be hard to find a good mechanic, especially in the city, so I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Good, honest people. Will be returning! read more

My tire lights when on while I was driving which is a sure sign I got a nail or screw in my tire. I called a few places and these guys charge a fair price and seems to be on point: they told me to come an hour or two later and they would be able to spend time with me appropriately then.
