I'd like to give them as many stars as there are stars in the night sky. I have been trying to get companies since Jan to help me. I mean I got all dishes dirty, backed up toilet, no showers, laundry piled up, sleeping in same sheets with 8 cats for two months, filth was all over the place cause when you cannot use water you become a slob real fast, and tenants complaining, I was played by a bunch of companies, see my other reviews of other fool septic companies trying to rip me off. I call Allard, and Lisa answers, I call her my angel who descended to earth to save me. She was compassionate, understanding, and sympathetic, she set up a appointment next am at 7:30. Then calls to tell me it will be at 8:30, totally responsible company. And sure enough her delightful, history buff husband, Ron shows up. I am a mess after all this begging, and he is steady, calm and professional, he empties out half my septic tank, last time I paid 800 with another company, he charged me 150. By conversing with Ron I realized he has been in this industry for a very long time; meaning he is king lion in this field. You are in good hands because he is teeming with knowledge. And I love history and we were talking history. I like that he understood about the importance of history; so I was impressed with him as a human. Then he sent Ross Williams with a camera to see if its a clog, and Ross was another stellar human, he was digging around and doing his thing and then sent up his helper and he has been digging out in my back yard in this heat all day, so I went and bought him ice cream and juice and I am on my way. Meanwhile I asked if Ron and Ross could talk about the progress as I am a ignorant about these things and both were willing to do this so dumped it in their lap and they are working at it together. Thanks to Allard I can put this to bed and become part of the human race again very soon; bathing, doing dishes, and normal things we become used to, until we no longer have it. So far so good. Six months ago I bought a house. The previous owner got septic tank serviced by them; $2200 ( for installating lid and pump float ). My septic tank failed and I looked at the control panel and the floats are not even connected to the power control!!!! read more

Ron and Lisa came through big for me this past week. I am in contract to purchase a home and scheduled all of my inspections in one day. The night before, Lisa informed me that their truck broke down, and might not be able to make it to our appointment. Given the deadline of my inspection contingency and my inability to take another day off work, I conveyed to Lisa how important it was that I get serviced on schedule. hired him to inspect our tank. charged us $60 and hour to uncover the tank, work that took maybe 10 minutes (I had uncovered it previously). did not drain it and told us it needed to be replaced (we knew that) charged us for pumping it and then when the tank was to be removed, charged us again to pump it when he actually did it. ripoff artist. read more

Ron came out the week before Christmas on a last minute plea for help on a septic inspection for a home we were in the process of purchasing. He was very patient in helping us find and dig up the lids, do the inspection, and get us help on getting a major problem taken care of so that we could move forward in purchasing this home. There was no baffold in the tank and the company that installed it was also awesome at getting the problem fixed immediately over the holidays at no cost to either us or the seller. Had Allard's out and they did a great job. The service was quick and he provided advise on my system. They originally came out a few weeks prior but couldn't get to my tank due to a low deck and told me to reschedule once they could get access which was reasonable. Never again. Over priced and did not clean up the worksite. Over ordered loads of drainage rock and left piles on my driveway and spread throughout my yard. There are much better septic technicians out there, A-1, Honey Bucket Man, etc. read more
