Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Tommy did a fantastic job on my rims, and also had many different powder-coating options for me to choose from. When it came time to mount new tires on my repaired rims, I chose Tommy, not only because I got a better price than Les Schwab and other tire shops (including the shops recommended by Tire Rack), but because Tommy is an honest and fun person. Tommy mounted and balanced my tires and then swapped out my old tires and rims with my new set-up. I'm very happy with the work that Tommy did for me.
