I'll never come back to this dump. They installed side steps on my truck and when they finished they parked the truck in the front and i was finishing paying for the service. When i went outside to look at the job, they had installed a different kind of side steps from what i had originally ordered. I was mad, and they had told me to try them out and if i didn't like them to come back. I should not have to do that from the start. I felt like it was the same thing that happened to another person that left a review here or on maps. And since i already knew about his experience i felt it would also be pointless to come back to a crooked business. I arranged to have a commercial style roof rack and a Maxxair fan installed on my new Transit Connect cargo van which I am converting to a camper van. I didn't feel confident enough to cut holes in my own roof! Although it took some time to get the parts (due to supply problems related to the pandemic), once the parts arrived the project was completed in a day! Doug listened to what I needed and did a great job of meeting my expectations. The fan is wired to run from the engine while I'm driving and switch over to my power station (through the DC outlet that was present in the rear side panel) when I'm parked. He called me a couple of times to clarify, and made the process very easy. Although I'm far from finished, the van is useable for travel in its current state and I'm excited to take it out! I purchased a shell at this business. . When I got it installed I thought it looked good and there were no issues. As a few days went by I looked closer in the shell. I observed the liner they used appeared used and had previously cut holes in it. It was a previous used liner, they pieced into my shell. In addition they mended cut pieces together and it was terrible work. They didn't take time to make cuts they were mending together look seamless. Poor workmanship. As I looked on outer shell over the sliding windows I noticed the framing where it's put together was missing sealant. One had sealant other one didn't. Again poor workmanship. I inquired over some additional products I wanted to purchase prior to install. No response. Had I saw the reviews on Yelp prior. I would certainly not purchase from this company. If there willing to use, used material and fail to do quality check prior to returning to customer. Tells me they don't care. read more

I had a lift and new wheels/tires put on my jeep at TSA. The folks here were helpful, but I found out later that the lift kit they recommended, sold, and installed doesn't work for my make and model. The result is that there's no lift in the front. I emailed them to ask about it, and didn't get a response. Now I'm trying to find a place to repair the mistake. read more

Horrible and rude customer service, they sold me some wrong parts, called immediately and they said bring back tomorrow. I did, but with hassles from a older gentleman who was more interested eating his lunch in front of me, than listing to the problem and trying to helping me resolve it.. The young guys who worked there seemed a little more friendly, but failed to get my estimate for future lift and work which was not ready that day either, or a week later when I called. I hear some of there work is good, but bad customer service will make me not want to go back. read more

Extremely poor service both when I dropped off my truck and picked it up, very rude and when you go in do not expect them to acknowledge you in any way or even say hello, you will wait 45 seconds to a minute for a response (what you need) in a rude tone!?!? I took my truck there for a new heavy duty rack. Note my truck has a shell on it, after receiving my truck back and taking a look I noticed that there was no material to seal the bed of truck and the new rack, just bare metal to metal with nothing in between the two so that it would prevent leaks into the bed. Just a nice gap between the two so water can run in. I then noticed the cut outs that were done so that the shell would fit over the new rack were horribly hacked out of my existing shell, I mean seriously terrible work. I know that the cut outs need to be there though they are very jagged, not aligned what so ever. Very unprofessional, they did not recommend /install the correct support structures for our pick up/camper combo. They did not show any initiative in solving the problem they caused and did not fully refund the money they owed to us. I recommend taking your business to a business that actually provides good customer service and gives you what you pay for. Their staff, Doug and Darren, have a "take it or leave it" attitude. Run, don't walk, to one of the other Truck support businesses in Carson City. read more

My husband took my Expedition in for headlight change replacement. I wanted the bright white headlights which make it so much easier to see far enough ahead to avoid horses and other animals at night. TSA replaced my headlights with mediocre bulbs which they confirmed would do the trick, $295.00 first visit. The bulbs made no improvement. "Bring it in and we'll make it right" they said. So we did, another $275 + and only high beam bulbs were replaced, and of course labor charges were once again applied. When my husband asked why only the high beams were replaced leaving the low beams the dull yellow which were standard on vehicles on the year of my vehicle. Maybe we weren't making things clear, we wanted headlights that would enable us to see far enough in the distance at night to avoid running into something ahead. Now I had two completely different levels of headlights. So thinking it was our miscommunication we went back again. Please, couldn't we have new LED bulbs for both beams? Of course, for an additional $$$ the entire headlight fixtures were replaced and we were assured they were adjusted correctly which we specifically requested since we felt nothing was done unless we spelled it out. "Absolutely " I was told. We live in the mountains traveling 25+ miles on winding, curving roads. Not once has oncoming vehicles flashed their headlights indicating my high beams were on, which they had to be in order to see anything more than 50 ft ahead. When my 10yr old told me my headlights "sucked" I knew it was not my imagination. The headlights are "adjusted" at two different levels, in essence shining in different directions. So after nearly $1,000, we've bought headlights twice, paid for labor 3x plus the time it took to sit in their waiting room 3x, I still don't have headlights that enable me to see at night. This was not a case of a dumb female not explaining what I wanted, my husband made the initial purchase and two additional visits, he's a diesel mechanic he knows vehicles. This was poor service, over charging 3x and just plain crappy business. read more

Super smug and Rude towards my husband and I. We were looking for a winch for my Jeep. Everything here is way overpriced. When I showed the employee/manager or whoever the snooty guy was the same winch I was wanting on Amazon, it was 300 cheaper and he got very defensive! Lol. You won't get my business. I have before me a receipt totaling $115.47 to repair the damage we did to the rear tilt window of our A.R. E. truck cap. The parts were ordered AT ONCE, and the REPAIR WAS DONE AT ONCE. Decent, efficient shop, even when we did not buy the A.R.E. Truck cap from them. Go there and be happy! They play no games, and don't try grab you by the short hairs for a minor repair. Glad to see Im not the only one with issues.Owner Darin clueless and could care less if the customer is happy. THESE GUYS STINK! Spent $1900 for roof light bar and performance chip. They installed the chip but said had no time to program it and could clearly see I was having great trouble figuring it out, spent an hour in their parking lot pulling my hair out.,NOT ONLY THAT.. The light bar made a HORRIBLE howling noise, had to bring it back. Spent $350 renting a car for 3 days while they corrected it. After I left they had the nerve to call me and charge $95 to program the chip which they should have done when they installed it. They saw how frustrated I was and they were nothing better than apathetic. Its absolutely mind blowing that these guys are in business at all. Almost as if daddy left the business to his kid and their intentionally trying to ruin it. 100 THUMBS DOWN, GO AWAY, YOUR UGLY GREEN SIGN ANNOYS ME EVERY TIME I DRIVE BY! read more
