My first time in this salon. They don't know how to acrylics and dip powder nails at all. All my nails were broken in 3 days. The pedicure was suck. I paid for $60 pedicure and the girl did only 5 minutes massage while another salon did at least 20 minutes. They was rushing on my pedicure and try to get another customer. Don't come if you don't want to waste your money and time. Or you will be a victim like me. read more

They sent the next available technician to do their nails instead of mine. When I called them out on it they lied and said they had appointments. Sneaky manager and obnoxious employees. I asked for a gel mani and basic pedi, and the lady working on my hands, while I was getting a pedi, kept almost slapping the pillow into the desired position on my lap roughly as if I wasn't even there. I had to tell her stop treating me like that and she just smiled and continued her convo with the lady doing my pedicure (mind you they spoke in mandarin to each other the ENTIRE time as if I wasn't even there). Then when I tried to pay, the manager tried to be slick and charge me for the more expensive manicure and when I questioned the price and told him I just got the basic pedicure he called out to the lady (in MANDARIN) who did my nails to confirm, as if I had not expressly told him upon arrival that I wanted the basic pedi and they barely even spent time on my feet. It was so obvious that he was trying to play me. These people don't understand that they're in a service business at all and there are so many other options out there. WE'RE PAYING YOU. Needed a quick mani and it was late on a Sunday. Saw the salon while driving through the shops. It was bigger than I thought and nicely decorated. Many stations and staff working and it was busy. I've been using Allen Nail Spa since they opened and love them. I went in yesterday to have my nails done and was very satisfied. They're always attentive when you walk in the door and the salon is always clean, which makes it easier to relax. There are some salons that only have a single wood book to select colors from; however, this one has many many rings of samples overflowing out of baskets. Of course, this always makes it difficult to make choice but I'd rather have to much to choose from than only a few. The people that have serviced me have always been very friendly and talkative and in my experience that hasn't always been the case. While you're being pampered you can enjoy the free water, wine or a frozen drink. My nails look great and there are a few things that could have been done a little better but I think it would be that way no matter what nail salon you go to. Would not recommend coming here! Spent an hour taking off my nails ...there wasn't enough worker so both managers were bouncing between 4 customers. Extremely rude & unprofessional... no one likes to get their nails done by someone who is trying to do 10 other things at the same time. Best manicure of my life. The massage chairs were amazing, I got to rest my hands on a comfy pillow while the nail artist worked and I was even given a complimentary frozen margarita. The salon is gorgeous and big TVs playing HGTV are everywhere. They offer a million great choices of colors and finishes with scented powders. I got a massage with my manicure, the stylist was very kind and the NextGen nails I got were GORGEOUS. They lasted for weeks ... the longest I've ever had a manicure last. What a mess... this is my first time and will be my last. I guess if you come in for a basic mani they don't care about you. The customer service was even Ugh. The lady at the desk when I first walked in wanted to up-sale me nail dip. But all I wanted was to recover from another mess up in Florida's nail salon. She was welcoming at first when I walked in but after I turned the suggestion down, I was pretty much for myself. The man that did my nails asked for me to go over and pick a color, so I walked over. She was standing by the nail coloring, I guess doing inventory and I asked if they had an ivory color. She responded " no no you pick your own color by yourself" as if I was bothering her. Okay so the man finishes my nail and tries to cool it down with a handheld fan after may 5 minutes he walks away and tell me "after 5 minutes put your watch back on". Okay...so I'm waiting thinking he will come back after the 5 minutes, no he didn't. So I went ahead and went to the cashier just to pay. She took my money with no words. I went in to have the dipped nails that they put on removed. I had them done for a special occasion. I also asked for a manicure because I knew that there would be damage to my nails. I was so looking forward to a little pampering of my hands, nails and arms as they say in the description. That was a joke. I also felt they would work on my nails a little to make them look ok after removal. I left there with pieces hanging off of my nails still and chopped cuticles that were bleeding. I felt as if I was not treated as well as other customers because I was removing the nails and not putting them on. It was the worst manicure I have ever had. So disappointing. It cost me as much to get the nails removed and a sloppy manicure as putting the nails on but you would've never known it by the level of service I received. read more

Bad experience, wont be returning. Was told there was no wait for a pedicure...only to sit and wait in the chair for 20 min before anybody even addressed me to say they would be "right with me" Just to wait another 20 min before they even started my pedicure. I just about got up and left, but i was told for the wait i could get the slightly more expensive pedicure at no extra cost. I didn't receive that pedicure, just the basic one i had planned on getting in the first place. Then the woman who actually gave me the pedicure, screwed up my nails big time. This nail salon is beautiful and very clean. We came as a group of 6 to get our nails done for my wedding. My sister was able to reserve a private room which made the experience amazing. They allowed us to BYOB and worked on all of our nails at the same time which I loved because we were all finished at the same time. I came here for my birthday and got a great pedicure from Ken, very good attention to detail, great guy. 2nd time I brought a party if 5...they couldn't handle it even though we had an appt in advance, poor quality pedicure, my daughters nails came off in just a few days. Decided to get eyebrows waxed today...wont be coming back. The lady didn't offer the mirror when she was done so I could see that I still had 2 eyebrows, missed a spot entirely that fixed when I got home and almost charged me for someone else's services. As a birthday present, I treated a friend, and we had our nails and pedicures done. Upon checkout, I handed the owner a coupon that had expired the week before but she said she would not take - so I stated that they had previously accepted a slightly expired coupon before without a problem. No big deal, but then the owner raised her voice so that all the clients could hear her and demanded I tell her who had previously checked me out and let me use an expired coupon because she needed to find out "who was stealing her money !!!" This place is awful. My daughter came here for powder acrylic. They told her, "no" to get polish for her acrylic. She tried to tell them she wanted powder color again but they pointed at polish wall and said polish. She choose the polish and said the mail tech was very rough. Halfway through the manicure the tech stops and says she has to pay now, before she will finish the manicure. My daughter pays and also ips because it's all one transaction. Needless to say her nails look awful. She has a cut and bleeding cuticle and the polish is already coming off. I call to talk to the Salon and they say the have everyone pay half way through so the polish won't get chipped. How many dinners have you guys paid for and tipped your waiter halfway through a crappy meal? Not too many of you. So I go down to the Salon. Show them her nails and tell them we want a refund. If they want to take the nails off so they are sure the weren't being scammed then they can. The "manager" was incredibly rude but finally agree to take the nails off. They cut the nails, have my daughter soak her hands in acetone for 5 minutes and tell her she can go. The acrylic is still on and her nails are jagged and awful. At this point I ask for the owners number. They keep telling me they will give it byt never do. Finally the lady gives me a name but no number. I ask for the number. She writes one down and icall it. It is the salons number. By this time I just want to scream or cry or both. I tell the lady thatif she doesn't give me the owners number I will post a million bad reviews and tell everyone I know of the awful service. She responds by saying she will call the owner but calls the police instead. Police look like they would rather be doing ANYTHING than being refs in a nail fight. hey advise me to write reviews. I tell them that won't bea problem. So, I will attach the crap pics before and during this ordeal. Just beware when going to this Salon. I have never dealt with such unprofessional rude people.
