I had my car and my daughter's car broken into last week. For both the front passenger windows was shattered. I called this company for my Ford Escape. They couldn't repair my daughter's car as they didn't have the part (but read later). They somewhat fixed my car's glass. It works fine. However, they didn't bring any vacuum and consequently left all the broken glasses inside the passenger door. I had tested the glass but never thought of opening and closing the door and now I am stuck with a door that makes plenty of noise when closing it. They spent no more than 15mn. Half job done is no job. Simply unprofessional. I do not recommend. Also their price is just OK compared to the other companies I contacted to replace my daughter's window. That other company that I recommend instead in another post not only vacuumed inside the door but also all the shattered glass on the seat and all over the place. read more

This review is for the Fairfield location on N Texas St. They did a great job and I didnt have to drive there. The mobile installers came to my house to install the rear windshield no extra charge. The also gave me a cheaper quote than Safelite and they had the window in stock the same day. I didn't have to wait a couple of days for them to order it. It took them 25 minutes to complete and they cleaned the mess. Overall great customer service read more

Not satisfied at all!! One thing, they did respond fairly promptly when our car was broken into, and they came to our house to fix it. However, the repairman left glass ALL over our driveway and all in the car. He barely got any glass out of the inside. With a curious two year old and a newborn, this was not cool with us. Then, to top it off, the very next day when the heavy door of our SUV was slammed, the entire window shattered again. The guy came back out and fixed it free of charge, of course, but again left LOTS of glass all over the inside! We don't recommend this company. read more

Alliance Auto Glass in Vallejo came out to repair my window said the glass didn't fit and they would come back on Monday with another piece of glass and repair it. On Monday they called and said they couldn't find the glass and were unable to order it. They were extremely unprofessional, not even answering the phone with the name of the business and being unhelpful on the phone. I had to wait for an extra 3 days and had to go with another company to fix the window. What a waste of time. read more
