If I could leave zero starts I would I have had my car for only 6 months and since day one of having my vehicle it has been nothing but issue on the way home from buying it it broke down because they wanted to just put water in my radiator when I told them while doing my final check before buying it it was low and the caused my thermostat to seize up, so it had to be replaced and had to do a whole coolant. Drop two weeks later. My thermostat seized up again due to my water pump. Having a crack in it and me having to replace that. And my upper intake and lower intake with changing my oil cooling system and also not even 110,000 on my vehicle sonce haveing it ive only put 4000 on it , and now my transmission is blown.And it is going to cost me 8,000 dollars to replace.I have not had my vehicle seven months and this has happened.And all they said was , not my problem I am reporting them to the the better business bureau to start a claim and talking to a lawyer. And also when my car broke down the first day I had it I called them and they said I had to get it towed to them after driving an hour back home and I let the finance company know and finance company would not send them a check until they fixed it. Let's fast forward it's November 12, 2025 I was involved in a hit and run on September 3, 2025. The credit lending business sent the dealership an email on September 24,2025 asking for the gap insurance payment, do you think anybody has received it? Just don't do it. They will tell you anything to get you in. They will rig the paperwork any way they need to to get you approved. They will also sell you a warranty and refuse to assist with contacting the people for it. You cannot get any information from them. Gino will shuck and jive you about how he is there to help, but the car will begin to have problems as soon as the 30 days are up. The computers on both vehicles that we purchased constantly give no codes, and the check engine lights will not come on but major issues will occur. The check engine light failed to come on and no codes were produced however the battery light came on and the alternator died. We charged the battery, plugged it in, and still no codes. If anyone reading this has had a similar experience, please contact me. If there are enough victims, we can have a class-action suit. Just because the car is used doesn't mean you can be swindled. read more

BEWARE of this place. They buy messed up cars and put band aids on the problems and hope your car doesn't mess up within the 30 days. Our check engine light turned on within the first month and they kept "fixing" it. The catalytic converter is bad, they never replaced it even though they said they did. Make sure you check the trunk for a spare tire or at least the jack because our car doesn't have one. We took our car back to them 5 times and every time the check engine light turns off for a week n turns back on. Gino is a liar and a cheat! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The cars are cheap because they are broken. We watched them take a piece off another car and put it on our car. The last time we took it in they told us there was no way the check engine light turned on again... they changed several codes in the car to rig it to not turn on. I hadn't even signed my portion of the contract yet, but they let my son take the car. The car spewed gas from the tailpipe, backfired, hard start, white smoke....supposedly bad coil. I returned the car, refused signing and got the hell outta there. They buy cars at auction and don't even inspect them!! The oil was sludge!! I wish I could give zero stars. I called them to find out if a car I saw on their website was available. Jimmy said let me check put me on hold and came back and said that it was available. I said I will be there within an hour and told him that I was already pre-approved for a loan. I was there in half an hour and he had someone else there that wanted to test drive it. The guy said he had cash, and told me he was buying it. Jimmy didn't tell the guy that I had called first or that i had reserved it for a test drive. At the very least he should have told the guy that someone is coming to test drive it and if they don't show up or they dont want it, then I will call you. He wasted my time and my gas. What a bunch of inconsiderate jerks. Take your business elsewhere! I totally agree that the staff there is top notch in customer service but they have to be because the cars they sell are trash. I purchased a car from them awhile back and I should have said something sooner but I didn't even think to check Yelp. I purchased a luxury car from them and thankfully it started showing signs of being faulty only two days after the purchase. I called them and they advised me to bring the car back so that their mechanic could repair it. I am so glad that I started examining the car a little better. I checked the trunk and happened to open the glove box where I found several documents from the previous owner. There was several mechanic quotes to repair the transmission! Before I took the car back to them for repair, I decided I better arm myself by doing a little bit of research on this company. I found out there was a call Kurtis news report done on them for their shady business dealings! Coincidentally at that time my mother-in-law worked for Kurtis! I printed out the article and took it with me when I went back to the dealership. They were spooked! I have never had a dealership or any business offer up a refund so expeditiously! I took the refund check and went right to the bank while their business was still open and made the deposit. Do your own research! The article can still be found when Googled. I ended up checking the car out at my work, it had a pretty decent oil leak, i was going to fix that but really was dreading it. Second day of owning it, the check engine light came on. Had nothing to do with the coolant leak, or oil leak. By that time I was done and not trusting these guys. They offered me an "extended warranty" of 3 months LOL. I couldn't trust them with the problems i addressed to them before purchasing a car so how could I trust them with problems after purchasing it? Now for all I know it was another vehicle. I had the car detailed just this last weekend. Finding out the side mirrors don't even match! The front bumper is held on with one screw. But this isn't it all. When I purchased the car I was told I had three months in case of any problems. About two and half months I had a oil change to find out my front brake caliber was broken in half. It was really raining that day and my mechanic of 8 years said to me get it fix cause I'm this rain you don't know what can happen. I called Lions Auto and they told me my mechanic was a liar. They said drive it to us...I was 30-40 minutes away. I said no you guys can just pay for it. It took a month and half to get any money from them. And they told me they would pay half and they did not! Then I had a sensor go out and they made a big deal about that too! Stay away from this place they are crooked people!
