    Worst costumer care! The front desk lady was so rude and lazy! I would highly recommend going to a different urgent care.

    Rude staff and long wait times. I went in here on November 27th and had a terrible experience. Extremely rude front desk staff that day!

    There's no sense in making an appointment online or checking in online since you still have to wait an hour or so after your scheduled time.

I was hesitant because we had never been but I thought to give it the benefit of the doubt anyway. The staff was great, friendly and informative. NP Mathew Sweeny, was great. Asked all the right questions and answered all the questions I had. He had a nice sense of humor too! Finally, the wait wasn't too bad either, about 30 minutes and it gave me enough time to read all the posted rules. The most off putting things about this location are all of the "no" signs posted on every wall and desk. Feels like a government office. Just a few of the rules I'm paraphrasing... -no food or drink -no cell phone -no doctor on site -sit down to fill out forms per HIPPA -NP will not refill prescriptions followed by a list There's about 2 posters of "no" signs all over the office, on every wall, on doors, and the desks. Excessive in my opinion. It felt like an FAQ office meant to have the least human interaction possible, just read the walls. Overall 3 stars, mainly because of the staff. Took care of the wound and sent us off with antibiotics! In a pinch, I'd come back.

Very rude disrespectful. I walked in and said we are here for my son's appt that we did online. She immediately asked in a very disrespectful way "who" while giving me this annoyed look and I proceeded to hand her the papers and she didnt say anything. She acted like she was busy when there was no one else but us. It was empty. We still had to wait a long time to get seen. However, Fabian the MA was very caring and respectful. Let me add that you also miss school and work for nothing. I wasn't incorrect again. You go in sick or injured and you get no tests or X-rays done, are sent home with no medication, but you've paid your expensive copay and your insurance is billed ridiculously. "It will go away on its own", and in the meantime you can't function or are in much pain. ‍  In Mexico, you go to the doctor, get X-rays, MRIs and full lab or blood work done, and within a few hours have all of the results. You are also given an ACTUAL treatment for weeks to months that RESOLVE your issue.  You also receive instant relief!   How do you explain that, when we, in the U.S., have the latest technology and resources. I know....its all politics and about the money here and not the patient.   It may not be a bad idea to opt out of my private insurances, save the premiums and just travel to Mexico when need be. It would definitely be cheaper!! Please take my review as something to improve on and not as a rant. Thank you.

My husband brought me in. The office staff was nice when we arrived . Filled out paperwork, and gave my insurance card. I was informed my insurance didn't start until July 1, this was June 28. They advised me to come back if I didn't want to pay cash prices! I knew my insurance was valid now, but they insisted I couldn't be seen without payment! I was having a horrible headache and felt lightheaded and they said I could come back! I forked over the 99.99 to be seen. They said I would be reimbursed when the insurance paid them. Fortunately, all was normal in the exam. The Dr was nice. Monday I called to find out and sure enough my insurance never had a time I wasn't covered . I called my Dr now, which is a nightmare because you stay on hold for over 20 minutes and finally got through. The option for a call back or message was there, but wanted to wait. I was informed to give it 2 weeks and call back. I went on vacation and upon return noticed the insurance paid out my claim, but I have yet to receive my credit. I called again yesterday to the on hold cycle. I opted after 10 minute wait to receive a call back option. Then I also called back to hold my place in line option. I called in the morning, never heard back from anyone. Very frustrating customer service experience. Just want my money refunded. Will try a call again today and hope to get through.

He stated that I am too old to be taking this medication and he only gave me a partial dose suggesting I needed a psychiatrist. I have seen several doctors and a couple of psychiatrists in the past years ago, which I informed him about. I stated that I had a full physical 8 months ago including several specialists for tests such as a cardiologist and gastroenterologist. I stated all knew of the meds I had been taking and none found a problem with them. He said he would prescribe a bridge of which will help me get by until I see a psychiatrist. He refused the daily dose amount I needed. I advised I have no reason to see a psychiatrist and will see a real doctor as I have in the past 8 years. He is not very kind and I feel knew nothing of my diagnosis or the fact I don't need a psychiatrist to fill the prescription. He said this was all he could do for me and I was dismissed. Don't waste your time or money on him! Terrible bedside manner.

    My experience with this office has been nothing but unprofessional and disorganized. My boyfriend…read morecalled to schedule an initial appointment and was never told he needed to fast for the labs they planned to run. When we arrived, they charged us for an office visit just to take his vitals....nothing else could be done because he wasn't fasting. We had to reschedule and pay for a second visit, something that could have been completely avoided if the receptionist had given basic instructions during scheduling. When his bloodwork results came in, nobody contacted us. We had to call the office ourselves only to be told his vitamin D was low and that a prescription would be sent to his pharmacy. Weeks went by and the pharmacy had no record of anything being called in--in fact, he didn't even have an account there because the office never sent the prescription in the first place. When I reached out to the doctor, she told us to "just buy it over the counter because most insurances don't cover it." Insurance was never the issue!!! We simply wanted the prescription that THEY told us they were sending. When I asked what dosage is needed to take and what exactly to buy OTC, I received no response at all. This office lacks communication, organization, and basic patient care. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values your time, money, and health.

I'll definitely be coming back because of the doctor's care. That said, my experience with the medical assistant was very disappointing. They removed my EKG stickers abruptly without giving me any warning, which was quite painful. At one point, the exam room door was left open while I was undressed, which made me feel very exposed in front of other staff. During the blood draw, my arm was rested on the footrest of the exam bed, which did not feel sanitary at all. I think this office could benefit from better training for their medical assistants on professionalism, patient comfort, and privacy. I'll return because I really trust the doctor, but I'll definitely be requesting a different medical assistant next time.
