My husband had a high fever for 3 days with many symptoms even with Tylenol/ibuprofen. The doctor at this urgent care told us it wasn't a concern unless he had a fever for at least 8 days and sent us home with nothing. Even as non-medical professional, I knew that it didn't make sense. We had to take him to the hospital the next day and they found the pneumonia. A simple chest x-ray would have shown how bad it was. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. read more

Brought in our child after injuring his thumb playing basketball. Doctor mocked my husband for bringing him in. He said "can't move his thumb or won't!" Took an X-Ray, reviewed it, showed it to my husband, and said it was not broken. He basically ridiculed my husband for bringing in our child to be seen. He advised we should ice it. Six days later, the office calls and says our child's thumb is actually broken. They told us to go see our PCP. This was after 5 pm so our PCP could not be reached until the next day. No offer to write a referral, no solution, and no apology. Avoid this urgent care. read more

It's so weird how you look at business reviews on Yelp and have such an up and down experience. I ran into the urgent care 8 minutes before closing. I asked the receptionist if it was too late to take a patient and she said no and to come on in! I ran to the car grabbed a mask and rushed back in. My son was seen by Nadine Shelepak, PA and after reading the reviews on yelp, I called my husband to beware if the Dr was rude. My husband got back to the car 15 minutes later with my four-year old talking about what a pleasant experience he had. He insisted that I log on and write a review. So my son had an infection on his private area and I freaked out. My son was checked in and came back out 20 minutes later with a smile and a prescription in hand. My husband was like "I don't know why the reviews were bad the PA was super nice and the receptionist even offered our son stickers" the only complaint was that he could here the girls at the front desk talking about their plans for tonight but otherwise they were super cool and efficient" I would definitely come back if needed. So long as the service stays the same Yes I had a $50 copay but it says that on my card so I wasn't shocked nor did I have an issue paying it. They told us how to treat it and sent us on our merry way. So, my fellow helpers don't believe everything you here. It's a quick urgent care for minor diagnosis. Don't walk in trying to get treated for underlying issues. Go see your PCP for that or take a visit to an ER if it's severe. Some of these reviews were like what?! Returned for another visit some years later and the same exact treatment. I went to the urgent care on Cactus and 79th much better treatment. In and out with a brace and xray in 20 min. Awesome. I ALWAYS go to Alliance Urgent Care for myself as well as my husband and children. We go here more than our PCPs. The receptionists do their jobs and are never rude to me or my family. The physicians are ALWAYS extremely knowledgable and efficient. I always leave w/ answers. I can't complain. read more

SIX YEARS AND ABOUT TWENTY DOCTORS and NONE of them treated my phlegm producing sinusitis correctly UNTIL ALLIANCE URGENT CARE!!! DR. YURIY ALYEV (hope I spelled correctly) treated me with dignity and respect! He reminded me of the old neighborhood doctors who knew the family and treated everyone in the house through out your entire youth to adulthood. Good old fashioned RESPECT!! He looked me in the eye, he listened to every word I spoke, he communicated clearly and precisely! Then....he treated my condition CORRECTLY!!! The condition I have been fighting for six years, Doctor after doctor, and none of them managed to treat me. Is it possible to give no stars?? Terrible!! Took my 5 month old there on Christmas Eve since his dr was closed. He had what to me looked like hives but I just wanted to double check. We were the only people in there.. It took dr. Cooper 40 minutes to see us, even though he was sitting outside the door typing on his computer. I asked when we would be seen, he had the nerve to tell me 5 more min your next.... Uh I'm the only person here!? Went there with a sick child. Filled out the forms and handed my insurance card and license. 75 minutes later, I was called back up to get my cards and pay when I found out it would be $75 for the co-pay. I asked the receptionist why it took so long just to find out it was going to be $75 and she bluntly told me, "you should know what your insurance charges you". This is after I heard her on the phone taking a personal call and after just the week prior I was on a business trip in a whole other state and went to an urgent care there and was only charged $20. Practically my primary provider as they are so fast and convenient and understanding. always have treated me with care and compassion and unlike some doctors, they actually see through being sure to finish and follow through. Best urgent care I've been to hands down. I've seen some staff change but the main ones always there are great people! Horrible experience. I went in for what I thought was a kidney infection. Although i had tender kidneys and bladder, i was diagnosed with a uti because "i didn't look sick enough". Doctor came in chewing, as if I was interrupting her lunch, and spent less then 5 minutes with me. I asked her if I had a fever as i was leaving and her response was "I don't know. I live rather close to this particular urgent care, so I have several experiences with the facility and the doctors. Over the last five years I have been there approximately seven times, for myself and several times yet again accompanying friends and family. I NEVER had a single poor experience and I am boggled by the 1-star reviews (Though one may note that the only reviews from the other reviewer were for this urgent care and the competing location down the street, bad-mouthing one and praising the other- seems sketchy to me). The doctors here were always thoughtful, patient and honestly seemed concerned for my well-being. On my last visit I saw Dr. Treat, whom was kind, concerned and provided me both a short term solution as well as a long term care plan for an injury I sustained. I have recommended this facility for family and friends and they were all impressed with the staff. If you live in the area try this location, they have been great with my friends, my family and myself for over five years. read more

I came in with the flu. I told the doctor i have Crohn's Disease because this disease is very sensitive to certain drugs. He prescribed me tamiflu knowing what the side effects are. I never taken this before and thought considering i told him i have Crohn's disease he would be smart enough to not give me something that can cause a flare up. I been in remission for 2 YEARS!!!! With no symptoms!!! And now I'm in the middle of a flare up that is extremely bad. I've been missing a lot of work and there's nothing you can really do to make it go away you just have to go through it. So I'm beyond pissed off. You would think being a doctor he would be smarter than that. But i guess not. Unfortunately i learned the hard way. Receptionist pleasant both times that I went there. Once for UTI and other time for sinus infection. They were quick and polite and knowledgeable. Have a sinus infection again-- bad allergies. Plan to go there in the morning (its late at night). Can't find a regular doctor that I like-- been to tons. Plus usually when I need one it is last minute and can't wait for appointment. This is by far the worst medical facility I've ever been to. And this was not my first negative experience. Back in 2014 I had an extreme fever, back pain, regular vomiting, amongst other symptoms. At the time, urgent care was the only available/nearby medical place to visit so I took a trip down here to get some precessional medical assistance. They took a urine sample, did the regular temperate, oxygen, and blood pressure check, informed me that would send out my urine for further labs and sent me on my way with ibprofen and an antibiotic. Shortly after I went to the ER and upon further testing there I found out I had a kidney stone blockage and had a severe infection. I was placed in a room full of cameras on 24 hour watch because my organs were shutting down and blood pressure was at an extreme low. I went into emergency surgery and was told by the dr that there was a 50/50 chance the infection in my kidney could leak throughout my body during the procedure of having a nephrostomy tube placed. Fortunately, all went well and I was released the day before Christmas from the ER with my bag of urine still attached, but I was able to spend Christmas with my young daughter. Alliance urgent care had not called me with results until I had already spent 3 days in the ER. Had I waited on going to the ER my organs may have completely failed and I would not have been able to be here today. In addition, I took a visit today to this same urgent care(giving them the benefit of the doubt since it's now been 5 years since that visit), I'm leaving for a 19 hour flight on Tuesday and of course come down with a sickness on Saturday. Trying to be proactive I take a trip down here to get an antibiotic so that I'm not stranded on an airplane with no medical assistance for an excessive amount of time, as I'm already in pain with a fever of 101. "Dr" and nurse did their usual evaluation only to prescribe me Flonase Allergy Relief and a cough suppressant. I paid $110.00 for a nasal spray that I could have picked up over the counter. And I'm not a doctor by any means, but I'm positive allergies do not have any correlation with a fever. So here I am, yet again, throwing money and this facility only to be disappointed once more. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I will certainly never return here again. I will absolutely tell friends and family about the negligence I've experienced on more than one occasion. Please do not take yourself or your family here if you need any professional medical assistance. read more

This is probably one of the most unprofessional medical facilities I have had the displeasure of being sick in. I waited for forty-five minutes for a five minute appointment. The doctor came in after yelling out his lunch in a very condescending and unprofessional voice to a colleague and then proceeded to get me out of his office as soon as possible so he could enjoy his extra avocado, onion and tomato sandwich. He seemed more concerned that his sandwich did not have chicken or bacon on it than he my ailment. A note to the receptionist: when you are logged into Facebook on your work computer it is best to turn the speakers off - I stopped counting after the twentieth message you received during my wait. read more

The office staff was very nice and so was the doctor. She quickly gave antibiotics for both me and my 3 year old son. I was seen for sinus infection my son just has a cold but wanted to make sure no ear infections or anything else. I won't be giving my son the antibiotics because he is getting better and no infections so in my opinion they aren't necessary but good to have in case it does turn in to an infection. It's New Years Eve so I'm sure the doctors office will be closed Monday as well so it is comforting to have as a just in case. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because they were very friendly and it was quick - the bad part is, in my sons medical history it says current or previous medical conditions. I checked heart disease. The doctor made no mention of the heart disease and barely listened to his heart. On the bright side his condition is a thing of the past but what if it wasn't? I would go here for normal sicknesses but because she either didn't pay attention to the history or failed to rule out current heart issues, I wouldn't trust them to see me or my children for anything other than a mild illness. read more
