He was nearby so he was able to come that evening (7 pm) to fix our garage door that wouldnt close. He explained what could be causing it. I'm a new home owner and he explained things really well to me. We also happened to have a garage door opener that we wanted to replace anyway. He replaced the entire motor and pulley system and improved our door sensor placement and wires in about an hour, by himself. But then the motor didn't work!
