One small thing I want to point out is that the carpet scraped one side of the wall when they were cutting or laying it down, and didn't mention a word about it to me. I had to get the paint out and paint the wall about 1' by 5'. I didn't like that they couldn't fess up to that. I'm sure it must happen a lot of times.
