The absolute sweetest sales team! We came on July 4th and they were so patient as we test drive multiple cars. We have been up and down Harbor and they were by far the most fair. It's an as is dealership so always do your research on the make and models, but Niyoosha was very helpful and there were no hidden accessory fees just tax and license etc. She even told us if we have any issues with the car to let her know and she will try her best to help us. It's very rare we are able to recommend a used car dealership but we will absolutely be coming back in the future! read more

Cannot recommend them after buying a car. Had a big gas leak in the car. They had to have known about it because every time you fill up the car it smells like gas inside and out. Contacted them to ask them to repair this. They supposedly did by Mickey Mouse the part that needed to be corrected. Contacted them again to tell them that the check engine light is on and after speaking to them again, she told me that they would call me back after they spoke to her husband. Two days go by multiple phone calls no answering phones no returning of calls at all whatsoever. I would not recommend purchasing car from them because they do not have your back after they get your money they give you the middle finger. I have already reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting my attorney. read more

8/5/23 This dealership is excellent! The dealers are very responsive and quick! Today I only had $1k to put down on a car and they were the ones who responded and helped me get a car today. They were very patient with me as it took almost 45 minutes for me to get a hold of an insurance company but once I finished they still waited and let me finish my application even after they were closed we stayed to finish everything up and they let me take my time with no rush. Shop here with confidence! 8/12/23 UPDATE!!! The very next day, 8/6/23, after driving the car it had a problem, low oil pressure. I took it back to Costa Mesa from San Bernardino the same day and they "worked" on it, and I picked it up on Tuesday, 8/8/23 and the oil pressure was still low, it just was enough to make the oil light go away. Three days later on Friday 8/11/23, the check engine light comes on and I went to check it out at Auto Zone and the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I took it to a mechanic shop to get a full diagnosis on it and the car had several problems, and all I got checked was the engine, nothing else so it may have more. The diagnostic report for the engine had over $3k in repairs that needed to be done, the car needed the catalytic converter, it had a vacuum leak, it needed an oil change which was weird because they claimed to have recently changed the oil but it was already low! After telling them I just wanted to get my money back they offered to take it their mechanic but I don't trust that, I knew the mechanic would do a half ass job like they did the first time. I told them I wanted my money back or the 2012 Toyota Camry that was advertised on their website, she then i'm told me if I returned the car she asked that I cover the dmv fees. Once I test drove a few of the cars today they refused to drop the price on the 2012 Toyota Camry or the 2008 Lexus ES 350 that I test drove. They only wanted to reduce the price on a Lexus Is but it was in an accident and their mechanic was currently "working on it". While I was there at the lot, there was a couple there looking at a BMW X5 and once the man popped the hood to inspect the car, they instantly passed up on the car, it had a rattling noise, yet these cars are "inspected and worked on". I ended up getting my money back and we broke even, please don't shop here, the cars are wishy washy and some ride good but have deep problems after leaving the dealer. Be aware and shop here with caution. read more
